Intro:
Now it is time to mark the end of Alessandra Ambrosio's celebrity boxing career, we are in her home town on Copacabana beach where she takes on stablemate and friend Kendall Jenner.

Both women have shared catwalks and now the Girls Friday stable gym over the past four years, there has always been a debate of who has been the better fighter, Kendall has had the more high profile matches, Alessandra has had the more success in terms of titles; that question gets answered.

With this being a special event, instead of the traditional press conference, both gave their thoughts on videos that were played over the stream for fans watching at home, while those at ringside got to see them on big screens set up.

First up on screen was Kendall giving her thoughts, smiling warmly as she says "god Alessandra I am truly honoured you asked for me to be your final match, maybe there are more deserving names then me for this bout, we have a hell of a bond ourselves though, you have taken me under your wing when it came to modelling and then when it came to this sport" wiping a tear from her right eye to show how much Alessandra means to her.

"At the same time we have joked for years who would win, then we had people comparing us, while I love you like a big sister I need to win this fight for my future, whatever happens I will give you a big hug, the fans will get a show they will never forget tonight, thank you Alessandra for everything" blowing a kiss to the camera as she finishes her speech.

Then Alessandra's video plays, she sits on the beach they are boxing on as the sun is setting behind her, Alessandra laughs as she looks behind her, telling the camera "I guess we couldn't get a better metaphor for this scene" winking as she nods to herself.

After taking a moment to put her thoughts together, Alessandra says "for over a year I have been dreaming of this day, thinking of all the different women I could face to mark my final day, Kendall was the one I kept thinking about, all my friends I have fought and it was so hard to do, to fight them in my final match I think would be too emotional for me, hell making this video has me wanting to tear up like a baby" smiling as she looks to the sky, fighting back those tears.

"So it had to be you Kendall, we have sparred so many rounds together, some have been a little heated but mainly we have hugged and supported each other, I think we owe it to ourselves to show the world why we are the best two in the world, by the end of the night either my legacy will be cemented beyond a shadow of a doubt or yours will be, that is what makes this fight so perfect for me to end my career on, I'll see you soon Kendall and may the best woman win" the beautiful Brazilian finishes as she waves to the camera.

Fighting time, the ring posts are set into the sand as bleachers full of adorning fans, the fighters stablemates, friends and Alessandra's family fill them, the only thing directly ringside is the judges table with the time keeper beside them.

First onto the beach to a loud cheer is Alessandra, she looks excited as she heads on with one of her closest friends and coach Gisele Bundchen, Alessandra is wearing her national colours, yellow with green trim for the bikini, while her gloves are green, hair tied into a ponytail.

Into the ring goes Alessandra, she blows kisses to the bleachers as she does a lap of honour inside the ring, stopping in her corner as she takes a deep breath to calm any nerves, shadow boxing as Gisele tells her to take this fight on as she would any other.

Now out comes Kendall to a respectful round of applause, she nods to the fans, she looks stoic as she walks to the ring with her coach Taryn Terrell, the stunning American wearing a black bikini, white gloves, while her hair is tied into a ponytail too.

Climbing through the ropes into her corner, Kendall doesn't do much posturing, taking this fight deadly serious as she stretches, Taryn giving her similar advice, in her case reminding Kendall not to be soft on Alessandra, this is a professional fight, not a friendly exhibition.

Waved to the middle of the ring by the referee, the fighters come together with an intense stare, all feelings of love for their opponent taking a backseat right now, this is all about defining who is the best lightweight this stable has had so far.

Once the instructions are over the fighters exchange a respectful fist bump, Alessandra wishing Kendall good luck, Kendall simply nodding as her expression hasn't changed since she walked onto the beach, back into their corners they jog, getting a nod from both that they are ready to begin, the referee waves for the bell to be rung to start 10 rounds of lightweight action.

Round 1:
"Ding!" Bumping a fist with their opponent in a sign of respect, both fighters look a little wary at first, with all the knowledge from hours of sparring over the years, neither is quick to rush in as they feel each other out with jabs to try to get a taste what they have in mind.

Alessandra is the one to make the first real move with a jab/right cross that gets loud cheers as it lands to the cheeks of Kendall, who steps out the way of a follow up jab/uppercut attempt by the home favourite.

That definitely perks up Kendall as she starts to throw in more combos, the lanky arms of Kendall drilling in two to three punches square into the face of Alessandra, keeping her mostly at arms length as Alessandra has the power to end this early.

Getting in closer to rifle in body shots at the end of the second minute, Alessandra looks comfortable till she gets nudged back by a left forearm to the chest, a right hook lands on her jaw to turn her head, leading to Kendall driving her to the ropes with a quick fire jab/straight/jab combo.

Trying to fire back off the ropes, Ambrosio isn't going to give up this exchange so easily, but Kendall is beating her to the punch with more room to work, at the end of the round the fighters jog back to their corners, Kendall in most people's eyes claiming the round with that late push.

Round 2:
The pace quickens now both are mentally warmed up to what they have to do, Alessandra getting in closer now to work, forcing the issue more as they let their hands go on the inside, Alessandra sticking to working the body more of Kendall.

Who has to do the same when Alessandra works her way in tight, barks and groans being heard as neither is holding back a punch, feet digging into the sand as they look to be trying to muscle their opponent back to cheers from the fans.

A sneaky uppercut catches Kendall as Alessandra shows her that first class inside fighting skills she has, back onto her heels goes Jenner as Ambrosio backs her into a neutral corner, head down as she throws in hooks to the body, Kendall hanging on to force the referee to split them apart.

Once they resume Alessandra is trying to keep on that front foot, instead she gets a taste of Kendall's ability to fight off the back foot, the American burying her jab square into the forehead or cheeks of Alessandra as the last forty seconds ends with Kendall looking great.

At the bell there is a more harder look between the two fighters, that urge to win now firmly running through them, sitting on their stools knowing that the scorecards are probably even again, coaches working hard in their own way to prove they are superior to their counterpart with advice and working on their fighters.

Round 3:
Coming back out their corners with determined expressions, the jabs are definitely getting stiffer as cheeks are getting marked up, more so Alessandra's as Kendall's reach along with her footwork are allowing her to dodge and land.

After thirty seconds of this dance, Alessandra dips under a jab to move in quickly, banging in two hooks to the body as she presses Kendall to the ropes, the younger woman grunting out with each clean hit, gritting her mouthpiece to stop that as she pushes back Alessandra.

Getting away from the ropes, Kendall again gets a good run of punches going on the outside, before getting hit with an overhand left then a right under her ribs, Kendall ends up being driven into Ambrosio's corner, getting to hear Gisele yelling at Alessandra to f' her up must be a surreal experience for Jenner.

Who this time pulls Alessandra into a clinch, there's some trash talk from both women as the referee struggles to pull them apart, once they are separated Kendall moves out the corner after giving Gisele a quick glance with a glare.

The final moments of the round sees both exchanging more around the center of the ring, both landing some nice shots through guards as they open up their elbows more, the round soon ends with Alessandra raising her arms into the air after another strong round, Kendall cursing under her breath as she returns to her stool.

Round 4:
Moving around the middle of the ring kicking up sand as it gets more lumpy where they've been, Kendall is doubling up her jab more, making Alessandra have to move her upper body more to dodge before getting in closer to work.

A straight slams into the chest of Alessandra as she tries to move in closer, making her wince as that seemed to drive some air out of her, Kendall quick to work as she lands a perfect one-two combo down the middle into Alessandra's face to snap her head back.

Claiming the center of the ring, Kendall has Alessandra in a more defensive posture now, keeping Alessandra nearer the ropes as she is beginning to outwork the older woman, adding more punches into the abs of Ambrosio to make her grunt out now.

As they pass the half way mark, Alessandra comes in with a left cross to the cheek of Kendall, that fighting spirit on show from Alessandra as she stands her ground to trade, both women slinging in more hooks as Kendall keeps getting drawn into Ambrosio's style of fight.

Using her left to give Alessandra a shove to the face, Kendall then smacks a straight into the forehead of the Brazilian to knock it back, reestablishing the distance she wants as she drills in more punches straight into the face of her opponent.

When the bell rings Kendall pounds her chest with her right glove, as if to tell Alessandra that she is tougher then her, Alessandra shakes her head as they pass each other by to return to their corners.

Round 5:
The timing of Kendall is improving through this fight, she is dodging more punches with her footwork before rifling in some hard straight punches into the face of her opponent, making Alessandra need to tighten that guard up.

Which allows Kendall a little more freedom to work, the greater volume of punches is coming from Kendall, who is at worst taking several digs into her abs, no power punches land on her in the opening minute.

After that though Alessandra finds a way to get in closer, deflecting a straight with her left glove as she steps in closer with a straight into the chest of Kendall, Alessandra begins to press the leggy Jenner onto the ropes, throwing a few more hooks up top till Kendall hangs onto her.

Broken apart by the referee, Ambrosio is forcing the issue more as they fight around the ring, she can't get in tight as she wants as Kendall is landing some beautiful punches out her guard, making Alessandra's cheeks look redder.

Final moments of the round sees Alessandra nearly headbutt Kendall as she rifles in a right to the body, getting in a few more good body shots till the bell rings, where Kendall shoves Alessandra as she didn't appreciate nearly getting headbutted, the crowd boos as Alessandra looks bewildered what is the matter, sitting on their stools now the looks on their faces tell how much their tempers are starting to rise now.

Round 6:
Planting their feet more helps Alessandra as they are trading, Kendall maybe letting her temper dictate her right now as both land some hard shots that send sweat flying.

Nudging back Kendall with her left shoulder, Alessandra lands an overhand right before an uppercut that sends Kendall back into her own corner, Taryn yelling at Kendall to fight back as she covers up while Ambrosio looks to try to rip her apart.

Holding onto her opponent, Kendall looks a little relieved even as Alessandra presses her tight to the turnbuckles, referee needed to break them up as Kendall gets back into space, where she gets her rhythm going again as she gets on her bike.

Past the halfway point with both landing more hard punches as they go back and forth, Alessandra lands an overhand left to the jaw of Kendall, then drives her onto the ropes as her right hand is working like a piston close to the waistband of Jenner's bikini bottoms.

Not looking best pleased as she shoves back Alessandra, Kendall tries to come roaring back, they give the crowd a grandstand finish to the round as fists go flying, not many land flush but the ones that do send sweat flying to show they ain't love taps.

The bell rings with the fighters just about holding back, chests rising faster as they glare at each other, stepping past their opponent to their corners as the crowd chants Alessandra's name, she seems focused on knocking out Kendall though as both fighters continue to lock eyes across the ring.

Round 7:
Fighting around the middle of the ring, Kendall is trying to get this fight back where she wants it, landing some crisp combos into the face of Ambrosio, some swelling is now forming around Alessandra's left eye.

Digging down into the sand, Alessandra catches Kendall with a left cross to her cheek, then an uppercut to the body as she gets in tighter, going into the second minute she is driving Kendall to the ropes to the delight of her supporters.

Nudging back Alessandra, Kendall steps in with a straight that the older woman ducks under, AN OVERHAND LEFT THEN SLAMS ON KENDALL'S CHIN, SHE FALLS ONTO ALL FOURS IN THE SAND AS THE CROWD GOES WILD!

Alessandra pounds her chest now above Kendall, needing to be nudged away so the count can begin 1...2...3...4.. Shaking her head as she looks at the sand, Kendall seems shook up by that punch, 5...6... Pushing to her haunches, she watches the count, 7...8.. Getting up to her feet, her sand covered gloves are cleaned up so she can fight on.

On comes Alessandra as she looks to end her career on a high note, swinging in some nasty looking hooks as Kendall needs to rely on her legs to get her out of trouble, clinching up when Alessandra gets in close as the crowd is on it's feet wanting to see Ambrosio get the job done.

Kendall though is doing a good job stopping these charges, maybe not as hurt as Alessandra thinks as she pops her in the face with her jab, while holding on when Alessandra gets inside her reach to work.

At the bell Kendall breaths a sigh of relief as that could have been the end of her day with an early nap, Alessandra looking to the heavens annoyed at herself for rushing things, her emotions maybe getting the better of her there.

Round 8:
Trying to get back into the face of Kendall, Alessandra is getting clipped into her face by straight hits as Kendall is moving around the ring, both of them are glistening under the sun as sweat coats them, chests rising faster but their spirits don't seem dampened at all.

Getting in a good right to the body, Alessandra finally gets some success in close range, working away till she gets held back Kendall, heads start to grind as they grapple in the clinch, Alessandra wanting to be free to work as the referee needs to step in to pry them apart.

When they resume Alessandra gets hit with a right cross that opens up a gash above her left eyebrow, Kendall seeing it begins to target it with more straight punches, for the first time really in the fight Alessandra is back pedalling as Jenner chases her down.

Getting her second wind, Kendall is bashing Alessandra through her guard to her face, forcing Ambrosio to hold onto her now, trickles of blood runs down the side of Alessandra's nose from the cut, Gisele looking worried as she sees what happened.

Split apart, they box around the ring with Alessandra trying to catch Kendall out with a big hook, Kendall is reading her too well now, allowing her to dodge then rifle in a hard punch into the face of her stablemate to knock her backwards.

At the end of the round Gisele is quick to work on that cut, the ringside doctor checking it over as Alessandra winces, across the ring Kendall has a cold expression on her face, no need for Taryn to tell her to show no mercy it seems.

Round 9:
The bleeding has stopped but Alessandra is trying to protect that cut, Kendall not in the mood to take it easy on her, feinting to open up gaps in Ambrosio's defence, striking with straights and uppercuts to knock back Alessandra.

A missed right hook by Alessandra leaves her open to a counter jab on her nose, AS ALESSANDRA'S EYES ARE SHUT AN UPPERCUT LANDS ON HER CHIN TO SEND HER DOWN TO HER KNEES!

Boos ring out along with people yelling at Alessandra to get up, 1...2...3... Alessandra shakes her head as she tries to clear her vision, 4...5...6.. Pushing up to her right foot, 7...8... She beats the count with a slight wobble, gloves up as she tells the referee she wants to fight on, gloves are cleaned and they are ordered to fight on.

Maybe wanting to fight to the end or thinking she can catch Kendall coming in, Alessandra comes firing back at her opponent, both landing clean but once a right slams into that cut to make it bleed again, Alessandra is shipping punches more and more through her guard to send her reeling into her own corner.

There isn't much coming from Alessandra now, Kendall is like a rock em sock em robot the way she is pounding Alessandra's face, BEFORE THE REFEREE CAN STOP IT THE TOWEL FROM AMBROSIO'S CORNER COMES IN! THE FIGHT IS OVER!

Winner Kendall Jenner TKO Round 9

After:
As soon as the towel flies past her and the bell rings, Kendall stops hitting Alessandra, instead she embraces her friend as she checks on her, Alessandra hugging Kendall back even as the turnbuckles with Kendall seem to be holding her up, the crowd stand to applaud both women.

Helping Alessandra onto her stool, Kendall kneels down with Gisele beside her, both fighting back tears as Alessandra blinks to clear her vision, when she sees them about to cry, Alessandra tells them "none of that OK, you'll make me sob" smiling as she wipes a tear from her right eye, both her friends nodding as over comes Taryn.

"Great fight you two" says Taryn as she brings Kendall's stool over, both coaches working on their fighters close to each other as they both praise the fighters, Kendall and Alessandra now with their gloves off hold each others hand to show how close they are, how hard this fight was for them both even if they looked like enemies at times.

Once both are cleaned up they step to the ring center, normally the referee would lift the winners hand but the owner of the Girls Friday stable Mr Keegan and his assistant manager Melanie Sykes both step into the ring with a big bouquet of roses, Melanie handing hers to Kendall as Mr Keegan hands his to Alessandra.

Both women hugging Mel and their boss, tears being shed at the emotion moment as this is a real tear jerker, the end of an era as Alessandra Ambrosio's boxing career is over, not quite the fairytale result she wanted but she gets a chance to wave to her fans before speaking to them.

A microphone is handed to Alessandra, who says to everyone "God I will try to get through this without crying anymore, I want to say thank you to my wonderful stable for five years of fun, it has had it's bad moments but you gave me a chance to try something I never thought I could be good at, as it turns out I wasn't bad at it after all" making the crowd chuckle as Alessandra wipes a few tears aside.

"Now it's time the younger generation take over, I swore to myself that I wouldn't be a roadblock for the models and other fighters coming through, I won't lie that I didn't think about continuing my career when it was going so well but when the young guns started to knock me out month after month I knew my original idea was the right one, as you saw tonight Kendall is the future of this stable and this organization, my other stablemates Dua (Lipa) and Kelly (Gale) are the future, I am going to fade gracefully I hope (winks with her right eye) into the background now" Alessandra says as she looks at her feet with a smile, knowing it is the right decision.

Mr Keegan then asks Alessandra for a moment, getting the microphone from her as he says "first I want to say what an honour it has been to work with you, to watch you improve in the ring and honestly people don't know how much you influenced the growth of the stable, you were the first person I signed when I took over ownership, you were the one who recommended women like Hilary (Rhoda) and Joan (Smalls) you told me to get my arse into gear to sign up Kendall, so I wouldn't want another stable to steal you from us, I'd like to offer you a coaching job as an assistant coach to Taryn, now..." He is interrupted by Alessandra.

Who yells "yes!! I accept" smiling as she hugs him, clearly she isn't done with the sport entirely, the rest of the stable members in the ring all are beaming as they are overjoyed that she is staying with them, maybe that's the best birthday present today for Alessandra, getting to stay with the stable she has become family with over these past few years.

The crew all leave the ring together with promises that they will celebrate Alessandra's birthday the right way, Alessandra blowing a kiss to the cameras as they pass them to head off the beach with one chapter ending and another beginning.
