BEFORE: Manuela Arcuri's unexpectedly competitive FCBA debut has sparked immediate interest in setting up the Italian derby sooner rather than later even though Monica Bellucci realizes she's a downgrade from Charlize Theron who battled past Manuela last month. On the other hand Arcuri doubles down on her intentions to fight Jennifer Garner before too long but feels like she needs to face the Foxfire Hall of Famer coming off a win - and Bellucci's scalp looks impressive on anyone's resume indeed:

"Charlize gave me some tips how to conquer Garner, I suppose they will work against Monica as well. I'm a late arrival on the FCBA scene and I bet Monica must be terrified to know she's no longer the Italian #1 on this side of the Atlantic. No wonder she had to accept my challenge or else look like a scared little puppy!" (giggles).

Meanwhile Monica arrives in the ring flanked by fellow GBS cougar Elizabeth Hurley who will act as her trainer tonight. Both Italians reluctantly touch gloves and exchange some words in their native language moments before the opening bell.

Round 1:
Manuela carries immediate jabbing attack into Monica's face and leaves the older brunette with no better idea than to slug it right back! However Monica doesn't have the high-speed delivery available to match the Italian compatriot and gets clocked up the chimney with Manuela bashing her from both flanks in gung-ho fashion! Monica has to yield real estate but still leaks additional jabs before she runs out of space and sags on the ropes where the fellow brunette clips her with a solid uppercut drive on the boobs. Ugh! Bellucci sinks into loud spasms and bellows out behind a desperate earmuff which only allows Arcuri to smack her in the exposed ribcage anyway.

Round 2:
GBS entourage realizes it doesn't take much to boost Manuela's confidence into elite levels after such a promising start so Monica comes out hot and tries to slug it straight back into Arcuri's face! The initial revenue is more than positive as Monica snaps her foe's head back and cracks a small gash under the left eye before the younger Italian clinches her in the center of the ring. Arcuri still wins the test of strenght and shoves Bellucci onto the ropes where she misjudges her response though and eats a counter-punching series before Monica drives a vicious harpoon up her gut. Manuela wobbles onto the ropes and gets trapped there for remainder of the round as Bellucci stymies her with another successful body assault.

Round 3:
Manuela uses the superior mobility to avoid Monica's intended phone booth approach and outboxes her in mid-distance during the opening minute. GBS coach Liz Hurley yells at her stablemate to get going but Monica simply slumps behind a desperate earmuff again and gets duly clobbered butt-in-ropes come the second minute. Manuela pays back the body assault favor and harpoons around Bellucci's elbows to cripple her into even louder spasms before a booming right hook splits the mitts up high and tears a bloody gash under the left eye. Ugh! Monica slumps into another earmuff cover and barely lands a weak double from behind the guard as Arcuri stuffs her in the gut instead. Bell.

Round 4:
Manuela feels like she can bulldoze the older brunette around the ring but gets careless enough to soak up an uppercut double as Monica settles into the desired phone booth and clatters into the model's chest wholesale. Ugh! Manuela wobbles on her heels and eats a piercing stinger on the solar plexus that slumps her into more trouble as Bellucci suddenly unloads a monster double on each temple before scything the younger brunette across the mouth as well... AND DOWN GOES ARCURI!!! A quick one-two-three and the hitherto dominant Italian goes down hard on her backside!!! That makes Liz Hurley really excited in the GBS corner while Manuela almost gets up too fast for her own good! She yells back at Monica in their native language again as she regains the upright stance at six. She wants to apply immediate pressure on the older compatriot but Monica keeps her at bay with more aerial swings that clip the temples again. Oof! That's more than enough to neutralize Arcuri's slugging response for remainder of the round.

Round 5:
Monica forges ahead with more quick uppercuts in the phone booth but she fails to deliver another head-hunting blast and keeps Manuela in the counter-punching game that results in a head-butting respite down the stretch. Manuela remains the supreme puncher in mid-distance which evens the performance value in the second minute before another harpoon blast tackles Arcuri to the body and stuffs her into loud spasms. Ugh! Monica barges her onto the ropes and plugs more pesky harpoons to secure a clear advantage come the final stretch where she pours relentless leather into the exposed breadbasket and cripples Arcuri out of breath outright.

Round 6:
It's been a great performance from the GBS cougar so far and Liz Hurley believes one more knockdown should seal the win for Monica. The older Italian comes out firing to slam dunk the seemingly hurting opponent but Manuela shows enough grit to avoid the slugging maze before unloading a jug muggin' drive herself. She clips Bellucci's rack from the south but more importantly carries a big double into her chin as well. Monica wobbles to her heels and swings from the back foot which proves to be a bad idea as Arcuri ducks underneath it and SMOKES the older brunette with a powerful hook from the inside. Monica gets tagged on the chin hard and wobbles forward with a whimper just as Manuela loops another cracking hook into her ear!!! Uh-oh!!! DOWN GOES BELLUCCI!!! The older Italian crashes down on all fours and slumps face-down at the canvas half-way during the count leaving both Liz Hurley and the virtual fan wall stunned in silence... NINE... TEN... YER OUT!!! KO6 Manuela Arcuri in come-from-behind fashion!!!

AFTER: Manuela crashes onto her knees and cannot hide her joy upon winning her maiden FCBA fight! She pounds the boards with both hands before getting up and saluting the crowd inside the arena. She goes on a lenghty speech in her native language before issuing a few words in English as well. Yes, even Erin Andrews realizes how happy the Italian model is right now. What about Jennifer Garner? Bring it on! Manuela feels like she can't be stopped in the cougar division anymore and taunts the visibly dejected Elizabeth Hurley into some sort of GBS revenge mission as well. Watch this space!
