BEFORE: Former champion Una Healy remains the biggest draw of the night as even BBU TV's Denise van Outen calls her the "hottest babe" of the bunch which explains why she got the nod over fellow Irish stunner Maura Higgins when it comes to Sophia Thomalla's path to divisional title picture:

"I know Maura should be in the conversation for the best Irish fighter right now but Una is one name that looks awesome on anyone's resume! Beat her and you're right there! No offense to Sara Carbonero and her big victory tonight but me taking Una to the cleaners will be BIGGER!", Sophia speaks a confident tone ahead of the Main Event and she might actually be right! Just don't tell Healy about it:

"I need to restore some respect here! Just because The Saturdays are done it doesn't mean I'm done! Sophia needs to realize her kickboxing skills ain't that impressive to look at Charlotte Church over my damn shoulder! Not so fast, bytch!", Una vows to halt the German's hype train tonight but she'll have her work cut out regardless if she's the fan favorite or not! She refuses to touch the blonde's gloves during the introductions which raises the staredown intensity by default!

Una Healy wears a green bikini set & white gloves. Long red hair tied in a half-up ponytail. Sophia Thomalla wears a black bikini set & red gloves. Long dark blonde hair tied in a braid. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the bantamweight division.

Round 1:
Una flies in with the early punches and gets aggressive when she realizes Sophia doesn't intend to smoke her in slugging fashion straight away. The German actress prefers to weather the initial Irish storm and displays an excellent defense to smother all those efforts before looping a clear response over the top that finds Una's pretty face. The former champion ignores the juice and switches her targets; she goes downstaits to punish the blonde's midsection and this is only when Sophia kicks into a higher gear to blast Una up the middle regardless. Both women engage in a spirited tussle in the center of the ring - Una throws more punches but lacks connection and eats a straight-forward response from Thomalla who gradually outworks her come the final minute. The German woman still doesn't seem to be running on full speed but that's enough to match Healy's execution for the time being.

Round 2:
Una wins the initial tangle - if only by landing three shots into Sophia's face before things take a sudden U-turn when the German fires a left/right combo into the redhead's boobs. Una chokes up on the spot and doesn't react when the blonde bangs her on the solar plexus moments later... another body shot then wobbles the former champion onto the ropes and she has to spin out of the incoming blast but Thomalla still seems to be holding back a lot here... she hassles Healy to the opposite corner where the Irish lass gets aggressive again but there's no way through the blonde's high guard so the older babe keeps bouncing off a stubborn German wall before Sophia delivers a sky hook on the ear to sink Una into quiet spasms at the bell.

Round 3:
Sophia puts the hammer down and she plucks her mitts into the redhead's chest to assume immediate control of the close range drill. Una scythes her across the mouth with the initial hook but shoots over her shoulder with the follow up and gets blasted to the body again as Sophia glues her mitts into the singer's cleavage. Uh-oh! Una has seen it all in BBU action... well, almost and she gets crippled by the shear power supply of the German contender. Sophia lets it rip and carries from Una's boobs into her chin which triggers the alarm bells in the Double A corner. Una has enough footwork poise to escape the heat at the last second but spends the remainder of the round in hectic retreat which only adds to the German's advantage. Sophia taunts the reeling redhead after the bell and Una tells her to beat it but actions speak louder than words so...

Round 4:
...it's no surprise when Thomalla lights up the joint early in the fourth when she muscles past Healy's high guard and begins to bang heavy shots into her face! Una slumps onto her heels and she can't escape the jam this time as her counter-punching response bounces off the blonde's shoulders before a nifty left hook tears a small gash under her eye just shy of the one-minute mark. Ugh! Una cries out when she gets her own mitts shoved into her face as Sophia clobbers her onto the ropes where she adds more swarming juice to destroy the Irish guard. Uh-oh on the double. Sophia beats Una for the left hook swing and whacks her on the ear before a right hook on the mouth DROPS THE SINGER FOR THE COUNT!!! Una's legs simply give way and she crumbles down in the corner but she's too brave to check out of this fight in such a lousy fashion. She gets up at seven and tells the ref to move out of the way... okay, be my guest! Sophia winks back at coach Gina Wild and storms back at the somewhat desperate Irishwoman who has to find that one haymaker for the ages now... and she doesn't... Thomalla brutally interrupts her charge when she bangs a left/right combo on the nose and barges into her boobs with a left hand as well. Una gets stopped in her tracks and bellows out into more spasms but those are cut short few seconds later when the German SMOKES the ailing singer with a jaw-shattering uppercut. Ugh! UNA CRASHES DOWN FLAT ON HER BACK in dead meat fashion and that's all she wrote, folks! Brutal knockout ends the Irishwoman's night so the ref doesn't even bother with the count. KO4 Sophia Thomalla!!!

AFTER: Rammstein's "Sonne" bangs through the speakers and it's impossible to argue that Sophia is the new sun on the BBU bantamweight sky. Denise van Outen begins to wonder if Charlotte Church doesn't actually vacat the straps in order to avoid this power-punching behemoth and maybe, just maybe Dorota Rabczewska is the last road block that stops Thomalla from facing the Welsh singer anytime soon. Oh wait, Doda just got stopped by Sara Carbonero so the Lionesses are really out of ammo... or maybe not? The ancient Polish-German rivalry always brings up the best from each side and coach Mel B. passes over the big news from the front office during the VIP afterparty - if Sophia can defeat Dorota next month she will be granted the bantamweight title shot pending Charlotte still owns it (which leads into more speculation as to what Charlotte's plans really are).
