BEFORE: It's time for Ewelina Lisowska's first title defense and her tonight's opponent might be the best BBU flyweight who is yet to become champion - former The Sugababes' stunner Jade Ewen! Denise van Outen claims that Jade could have won the straps long time ago if only her Beevers management pushed her as hard as Samia Ghadie but that's unlikely to change so Ewen must play the cards she's been dealt one way or another.

"I know Ewelynn is proud of her kickboxing skills and she scored a couple of good wins but she's not ready for someone like ME! I whooped Cheryl Cole last time out and that victory alone is worth more than all of Lisowska's wins in BBU to date. It's been a nice story for her but it's time for the Jade Ewen era!"

Meanwhile the Lioness champion admits Jade is the crowd favorite here in Cardiff but there's a reason why she never reached the BBU top: "Jade is a quality puncher but she only wins when she controls the fight. Here's the bad news... I'm gonna run this fight from the front and pummel her around the ring. These sluggers can become vulnerable when someone else does the slugging!"

Ewelina Lisowska wears a crimson red bikini set & black gloves. Long raven-black hair tied in a braid. Jade Ewen wears a black bikini set & silver gloves. Long black hair tied in a half-up ponytail. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the flyweight division.

Round 1:
Jade tries to upstage the champion early on but bounces off the stubborn high-guard and eats a sudden jug muggin' drive that catches her by surprise. Ewelina racks up the bumper shots before firing a combo into the fellow singer's face but she fails to throw Ewen off her stance as the challenger quickly triggers a high-octane response which leads into a rampant ovation from the audience. Both girls give each other no quarter in the proverbial phone booth until Ewelina regains control by thumping Jade in the solar plexus that bends the older brunette sideways and forces her back into mid-distance safety come the final stretch. She refuses to fire back at the champ and Ewelina duly clocks her up the chimney to just about win the opener on points.

Round 2:
More aggressive slugging from Jade allows her to keep the Polish brunette in check until she settles down to punish the midriff which leaves Lisowska somewhat vulnerable down the stretch. A quick clash of heads doesn't help the champion's cause either as she wobbles to her heels and gets outworked even further with Ewen thumping her back onto the ropes. Ewelina tries to respond in counter-punching fashion even while she hugs the ropes but Jade displays elite mobility to escape the danger and keep the point-blank range assault in place. She rocks Lisowska's head back & forth and keeps her pinned on the ropes to even the scorecards in comfortable fashion.

Round 3:
Ewelina flies out of her corner to connect with some promising hooks early in the third but another piercing double on the solar plexus allows Jade to find her groove and outwork the champion in another phone booth tangle. Ewelina begins to get vocal as she tries to smash the Brit up the middle but Jade isn't called the best flyweight never to win a title for a reason; she soaks up the quick fire juice and hammers back a leather menace into the younger singer's face to stun Lisowska into spasms. Ugh! The Polish high-guard begins to leak more blows and the champ bails out of another slugging dispute which allows Jade to bounce her around the ring for remainder of the round.

Round 4:
Things are starting to unravel for the defending champion when Jade rips a small gash under the left eye and remains devoted to smashing more of Ewelina's face in another slugging dispute early in the fourth. Ugh! Lioness coach Mel B. begins to lose her temper but Ewelina stays in the close range and desperately tries to smack a proper piledriver into Jade's face instead. She tags her on both temples and manages to slow the older singer down before bursting into her stomach with a rare harpoon delivery. Jade also stands her ground but gets pulled by the arm and spun onto the ropes where Lisowska stuffs her with an uppercut series on the mounds that finally forces the ex-Sugababe to apply the clinching stalemate. Ewelina breaks free to smash & grab another combo upstairs and leaves Jade fuming at the bell.

Round 5:
Jade fires back over the top and leaves Ewelina dancing on her toes before she reels her onto the ropes as the Pole's agility maybe isn't so elite after all? Denise van Outen thinks the champion tried to lure the challenger into a counter-punching trap but stopping Jade's punches with her face ain't gonna do it! Ewelina gets spiked by a couple of nasty hooks and ducks underneath the third to head-butt Jade's boobs and trigger a lenghty clinching stalemate in the corner. Jade demands a point deduction and loses the grip on the action when Lisowska begins to pummel her in the ribcage. She eventually shoves the younger brunette off but fails to punish her with another speedy overhand drive and stumbles into another clash of heads that makes Beevers' coach Denise Lewis extremely upset as well.

Round 6:
Ewelina cranks up the uppercut delivery and clips Jade's bumpers before carrying enough power to snap her head as the chin connection drops the challenger back. Jade looks a bit battle-weary here in the sixth and struggles to match the Pole's jabbing assault that gradually wears the challenger down. Jade seeks a clinching respite in the second minute but still gets bumped onto the ropes where Ewelina keeps blasting the older singer in the midsection and slumps her into quiet spasms come the two-minute mark. The steady body assault drains the Brit out and Ewelina digs her forearm into her windpipe before crashing into her stomach with several crisp harpoons in the closing stages. Ugh! The dirty clinch has Denise Lewis fuming but Ewelina keeps pounding away in fury until the bell finally halts her charge. Ugh! Jade almost goes down on her knees and hugs her aching belly as she slowly walks back to her corner.

Round 7:
Jade is slow to get up for the seventh and gets blitzed by the lithe champion who blows into her solar plexus with immediate jabbing pressure. Another elbow in the chest cripples the challenger into more spasms before Lisowska SMOKES the visibly aching foe with a brutal uppercut on the jaw. Jade never saw this one coming and stumbles to the side where Ewelina steps up to drop a harpoon hammer on the liver!!! AND SHE PUTS EWEN AWAY right there and then!!! Jade crumbles to her knees with a loud whimper and bends her head against the canvas as she hugs the aching midriff. The pain is simply too much to handle though and the ref waves off the count at seven as the proud British singer remains down on her knees and shows no signs of getting back upright. KO7 and STILL the BBU flyweight champion Ewelina Lisowska!!!

AFTER: The Polish singer struts back to her corner and poses for a selfie with coach Mel B. before climbing the ropes and demanding more ovations from the Cardiff audience. She later tells Denise van Outen that "Jade is a tough cookie but I'm simply tougher than her! So the "I beat Cheryl Cole" excuse is off the table now! (...) What Leah Perkins challenge? Oh, that little witch! I heard Mel B. and Kylie Minogue rolled back some years to make it happen so it's official now? I know my manager loves these Aussie babes and this might be his personal choice before Zara Holland gets in for the rubber match. I mean I get to call my own shots but there are way too many options out there! Okay... so I know Leah won and yeah, I'm gonna fight her on the July PPV! Start printing those tickets!" (winks).
