About

Hello all, and welcome once again to a brand new FCBA stable announcement. Our stable name is the Free Punchers and we hope to exhibit that philosophy during our time here with the FCBA. Our goal is to let our fighters be themselves in the ring and outside of it. This means more candid remarks in interviews, more open access behind the scenes, and of course a whole lot of trash talk. We expect our fighters to make themselves known in the FCBA in very little time.

So, without further adieu here are the members of the Free Punchers:

Abigail Breslin (Flyweight, Bantamweight, JMD)
We were honestly shocked that nobody had ever signed Abigail. A young fighter with some impressive wins under her belt, we feel that Abigail has what it takes to become an elite fighter in the FCBA. For now we’re going to hold off on JMD fights with her.

Favorite FCBA Boxer Ever: Jessica Biel 

Least Favorite FCBA Boxer Ever: Kaley Cuoco 

Most Want To Fight: Ariel Winter 

Stable Expectations: “A group of fighters who will stay by one another’s side.” 

Personal Expectations: “Keep improving, hopefully I can make a run at a title at some point.”

Elyse Willems (Flyweight)
A former member of The Comediennes, Elyse has struggled since being a Free Agent. However, we’re hoping now that she’s with a new home the wins will begin to stack up for her once more. Elyse is known for her killer jab and her willingness to get into the ring with anyone regardless of weight class. She’s a catchweight swiss army knife!

Most Want To Fight: Billie Eilish (again) 

Stable Expectations: “A few contenders and maybe a dominant fighter will emerge.” 

Personal Expectations: “Get above .500 and stay there, plus also mentor Abigail as she climbs to the top.”

Laura Harrier (Lightweight)
A newcomer to the FCBA, Laura Harrier has everything we want in a fighter. She’s incredibly instinctual, athletic, and is not going to be pushed around in either the ring or the press junket. Laura is hopping in the league to do one thing: WIN.

Least Favorite FCBA Boxer Ever: Jenny McCarthy 

Most Want To Fight: Alyson Michalka 

Stable Expectations: “Smart, competitive fights.” 

Personal Expectations: “I think I’ll use my athleticism and reach to win a lot of fights.”

Iskra Lawrence (Welterweight/Middleweight)
Strong, powerful, overwhelming… just a few words to describe model Iskra Lawrence. She sees the Welterweights and thinks there’s an opening for her to establish herself. In her own words: “Girls like Gillan and Upton are sticks. It’s time to get some real power back in the Welterweight division.” Again her words, not ours.

Least Favorite FCBA Boxer Ever: Kate Upton 

Most Want To Fight: Kate Upton or Antje Utgaard 

Stable Expectations: “A collection of contenders.”

 Personal Expectations: “A Welterweight belt around my waist.”

Roster Update: 01/01/22:

For immediate release,

The following two fighters have officially been signed to the Free Punchers roster and sanctioned by the FCBA commissioner effective immediately:

Kiernan Shipka

Though Kiernan is young (22) and inexperienced (7 career fights) she overwhelmingly impressed our evaluation team. This has been a move that we have been tracking for months and after careful consideration, we have decided to add to our flyweight roster. Kiernan will work closely with Amy Smart and Claire Danes as we hope to mold her into a legitimate contender in her division.
