BEFORE: It's Cheshire vs London in the next fight as Nicola Roberts returns to action to face off against the young prospect Lottie Moss who is determined to break out in style after her Contenders Six effort didn't quite go to plan last year: "I'm so excited to be here! I know Nicola is a fan-favorite and she's probably the best singer of Girls Aloud so this is a great opportunity for me. I'll do my best not to upset the fans when I knock her lights out!" (laughs).

Nicola realizes she's getting picked off here but points to the fact she comes off two wins and Lottie is "no different than Amanda Clapham whom I beat up last year. Those brash blonde bimbos need to learn the manners the hard way. I don't need models praising my singing skills so if she thinks she can unsettle me that way, she's dead wrong!"

Nicola Roberts wears a naby blue bikini set & white gloves. Long carrot red hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Lottie Moss wears a black bikini set with white trim & red gloves. Long blonde hair tied in a curled ponytail. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the bantamweight division.

Round 1:
Lottie deploys a high-octane attack but Nicola's footwork is better than one could expect and leaves the blonde slicing thin air after she lands a couple of quick hits into her mouth. The experience comes to the fore as Nicola simply lets the blonde drain the energy levels before mounting an overhand response that finds the target very easily. Lottie's lack of established defense makes her pay with a lump under the left eye as Roberts simply outworks her in a jabbing push that only has one winner in the end - Lottie gets thumped onto the ropes and disappears behind a tight earmuff as the Cheshire singer keeps adding more juice in the closing seconds.

Round 2:
More of the same in the second, Nicola weathers the model's early storm and takes control of the counter-punching drill thereafter. She blasts through the blonde's suspect guard and takes it from there much to the crowd's delight. Lottie slumps on her heels and has to soak up more pressure as Roberts keeps picking her off and shows no signs of slowing down at all. Most fans forgot how effective Nicola can be IF she avoids getting overpowered and Moss just doesn't bother her enough to make a winning case thus far. No wonder she barks in anger at the bell as Nicola winks back at bandmate Kimberley Walsh who has joined Mel B. in the Lioness corner.

Round 3:
Lottie tries something different in the third however a back & forth exchange in mid-distance doesn't offer much upside and won't swing the judges' cards either. The younger woman seems happy to trade lukewarm shots but she simply won't make Nicola blink here at all, the redhead is anything but a short-fuse operator and she prefers to secure a boring draw on the cards if only to prevent Lottie from winning a round outright. Ho-hum!

Round 4:
Moss gets on the jump and finally manages to land a big shot into the singer's mouth which triggers a hectic leather exchange in the center of the ring. All of Nicola's good work goes sideways when she eats a brutal left hook on the eye and wobbles forward into an uppercut flurry that allows Lottie to bash her around the area until she clobbers her onto the turnbuckle. Nicola swings from behind the guard in response but skims off the top of the model's shoulder and gets pummelled on each temple as Lottie cranks up the head-hunting assault and keeps the Cheshire lass wrapped behind a desperate earmuff for remainder of the round. VIP guest Kate Moss leads the applause but the Lioness Club entourage doesn't want to panic yet...

Round 5:
More quick-fire slugging from both girls and Lottie has finally learned what is Nicola's biggest weakness... she kicks into overdrive on the uppercut charge and clips the singer's chin ofetn enough to glue her to the spot before landing a brutal hook on the brow ridge that results in immediate swelling. Uh-oh! Nicola wobbles to her heels and gets duly pummelled onto the ropes as she's unable to match the model's intensity anymore. She descends into loud spasms as Lottie truly works her over in the final minute adding vicious harpoons to the body that leave the redhead gasping for air at the bell.

Round 6:
Roberts is slow to get up for the sixth and eats a mouthful of leather as Lottie applies the hi-lo attack before drilling the exposed midriff with a quick switch. Ugh! Nicola's superior footwork is nowhere to be found and she slumps forward with a loud shriek just as Moss turns from the hip and SMOKES her with a brutal hook on the jaw. Nicola's eyes bawl into the orbit and she HALF-SPINS TO THE SIDE down on the canvas moments later!!! Kimberley Walsh realizes it's all over and makes her way onto the ring even during the count which is quickly waved off as Roberts has been knocked out of her senses indeed. KO6 Lottie Moss!!!

AFTER: "Nice going there, kid! I assume my boss wants to have a word with you during the VIP afterparty?", Kimberley triggers the rumour mill about Lottie joining the Lioness Club ranks while big sister Kate also wants in on the action: "I didn't come here to watch you guys enjoy all the fun! Lottie deserves all the goods. She's way above these Page Three wannabees and I'm so glad Mr. V has recognized the talent!"

During the post-event afterparty BBU TV's Denise van Outen reports that Lottie Moss has indeed signed an exclusive contract with the Lioness Club which raises more questions about Jessica Schwarz's immediate future beyond the intended 50-fight milestone.
