(Downunder Boxing vs Free Agent)

Intro:
Tonights main event sees Jasinta Campbell takes Michelle Ryan here in the BBU Arena, can the ACB champion take on more step towards getting a BBU welterweight title shot or will Michelle stop her in her tracks?

Jesinta is 28 years old, she stands 5'10, holding an undefeated record of 5 wins, all coming by way of knockout, she is the current ACB welterweight champion.

Michelle is 35 years old; she stands 5'7, holding a record of 20 wins, 17 coming by knockout, with 22 defeats.

The fighters met at a press event for this fight, standing on a stage face to face for photos, lifting their fists up they are locked in an intense stare down.

Once that is over they separate to head to their seats, a microphone handed to both as they smile for the first time since they got on stage.

First up to speak is Jesinta, who says "to think it was only a few weeks ago I helped team Australia defend the ashes here in the UK, now though this is personal business for me"

Turning to face Michelle, Jesinta tells her "I respect what you have done in your career, you nearly beat Kate Upton once before, I hope that's the woman I get to face now"

That makes Michelle mouth "oh" before she laughs, the Brit then tells her opponent "oh you'll get my best darling, you should have thanked your lucky stars Katie Price was too stupid not to come to me to ask if I would kick your arse"

Now it's Jesinta with a rile smile on her face, Michelle continuing "you might respect me but I don't you, so far you have beaten nobody I care about and I think they hand your title belt out to anyone born down under right?"

Interjecting; Jesinta replies "this you mean" pointing at her title before adding "last I checked you have never been good enough to actually win the title, I just respect that you were once a contender, if you want my total honesty, I think you are done but you are a name that might open doors for me"

That makes Michelle scowl as she stands up, Jesinta standing up too as coaches rush in to keep the fighters from going for each other, a few threats exchanged before fighters walk off the stage.

Fight night; Jesinta is out with her coach Nikki Visser beside her, Nikki holding up the ACB title; which isn't on the line tonight, Jesinta smiling as she waves to the crowd looking confident as she goes.

The model is wearing a green sports bra, green trunks with a gold waistband and stripes, green gloves, gold gloves and her hair is braided.

Stepping through the ropes into the ring, Jesinta jogs around the ring pumping her right fist into the air, smiling as she enjoys the cheers, before settling into her corner to warm up.

On the other hand as Michelle comes out, she looks all business as she marches down the aisle, with her coach following behind her.

The actress is wearing a black sports bra with silver trim, black trunks with silver stripes down the sides, matching shoes, silver gloves and her hair is tied into a ponytail.

Climbing into the ring; Michelle stares over at Jesinta as she poses at the center of the ring with arms on her hips, turning to head to her corner to begin her warm up.

When the fighters come to the center of the ring, the tension between the fighters can be felt as they glare at each other, no words being spoken but it is clear they don't like the other one bit.

Slamming their gloves together when told to touch them up, they return back to their corners quickly, ready for 10 rounds of welterweight action.

Round 1:
"Ding" at the bell both women come out circling, throwing out single punches as they look for gaps in the others defences, finding staunch guards in front of them.

It's Ryan who pushes the action first, ducking down to throw a left/right straight into the abs of Jesinta, moving back as she takes a left clipping across the top of her head.

The next time Michelle tries to sneak to the inside, she is met with a straight to the top of her head, then a left to the side of it, forcing Michelle to retreat and reset.

It's a pretty evenly fought round, neither really pushing the boat out so far, several heated exchanges ending with both taking a step backwards to compose themselves.

Late in the round Jesinta lands a double jab into the face of her opponent, missing a right cross as Michele ducks down to land a straight into the body of the ACB champion.

The round ends with both scowling at each other, then head back to their corner getting advice from their coaches, knowing they are not in for an easy time.

Round 2:
Moving around each other, Jesinta comes out more aggressively, drilling punches into the cheeks of Michelle as she moves up on her toes.

Michelle though ducks a straight to come in close with a right to the body, followed by an overhand left across the cheek of the Aussie model.

They are letting their hands go more as they move around the ring, Michelle landing more to the body of the two as she tries to wear down the younger fighter.

But Michelle gets a double jab into her face, Jesinta starts to knock back the veteran around the outside of the ring, knocking sweat off Ryan's head.

Michelle swings in two hooks to the body as she tries to get back into the face of Campbell, getting shoved back with a left to her chest, a right lands across the face of Ryan.

The bell rings to end the round with Jesinta getting a nod from Nikki, happier with her work rate this round as Michelle looks annoyed as she returns to her corner.

Round 3:
Jesinta looks to keep on top of things, jabbing to the face of Michelle, keeping her on the outside in the early part of the round.

Dipping down under a right; Michelle comes up with an overhand left to the cheek of Jesinta, THEN LANDS AN UPPERCUT THAT SENDS JESINTA TO HER BACKSIDE!

Michelle grins as she heads to the neutral corner, 1...2...3... Jesinta punches the canvas as she gets to a knee, 4...5...6.. Rubbing her jaw as she stares at the referee counting, 7...8.. Getting to her feet with a nod at the referee.

Allowed to continue; Jesinta covers up as Michelle gets into her face, the two fight in tight as Michelle tries to press her back, pushing back the Brit to create space.

Jesinta covering up as Michelle goes to work on the body, forcing groans from the Aussie as she drives her near the ropes.

At the bell Michelle is looking all smiles after a strong round, Nikki checking on Jesinta before cleaning her up, Jesinta telling her that she will be OK.

Round 4:
Michelle looks to stay in close; moving her head more as she looks to dodge before moving inside to work, Jesinta smartly boxing off the back foot though, knowing what her opponent wants to do.

Slipping a jab before landing a right to the body, then an overhand left to the cheek of Jesinta, Michelle starts knocking back the Aussie towards the ropes.

Forcing Campbell behind her gloves, Michelle is sticking to the body now that she is in tight, head down towards the gloves as she looks to keep Jesinta towards the ropes.

Pushing Michelle back to create space, Jesinta moves off the ropes and when Michelle looks to keep the pressure on, Jesinta sidesteps her before landing a right into the side of her head.

Jesinta showing she has plenty of fight as she knocks back Michelle with three clean punches to the face, Michelle covering up as Jesinta tries to smack her face in.

The round comes to a close with both women exchanging a few words before returning to their corners, the English fighters corner is much more relaxed of the two.

Round 5:
Stepping out their corners; they fight at the center of the ring, Michelle looking to get inside like she has been successful doing.

Jesinta though is making that harder for her, when Michelle tries to dip down the model catches Ryan with a right cross to the nose, making the Brit cry out and step back with blood trickling.

Now with a target to attack, Jesinta drills punches between the gloves of her opponent, keeping her stuck around the outside of the ring.

Pushing back Jesinta; Michelle moves to the side to reset, THEN WHEN SHE STEPS IN WITH A LEFT CROSS, JESINTA DUCKS BEFORE AN OVERHAND RIGHT LANDS TO THE JAW OF MICHELLE, A FOLLOW UP LEFT HOOK SENDS RYAN TO HER BACK!

The Brits corner is stunned to see their girl down, 1...2...3...4... Michelle turns to her front shaking her head, using the ropes, 6...7.. She is up to a knee, 8.. Getting up to her feet with her gloves up.

They resume fighting in close for the remaining seconds of the round, when the bell does ring they have to be nudged apart by the referee.

Sitting on their stools soon enough, Michelle getting her nose cleaned up by her coach, she looks upset that she got put down to even the knockdowns up.

Round 6:
They circle while trading single punches to start, both have tasted the canvas and neither seem to want to risk making a mistake too soon.

Jesinta feints with a left before swinging a right hook into the side of her opponents head, sweat flies off as Jesinta knocks back Michelle to a corner.

Trying to clinch up; Michelle eats a right on her nose that makes her cry out, eyes shut as a left hook smacks across her jaw that looks to have hurt her badly.

Michelle covers up as Jesinta hammers away at her, AN UPPERCUT FINDS A WAY THROUGH THE LOOSENED GUARD OF MICHELLE TO HER CHIN, A LEFT LANDS ON THE JAW TO CAUSE MICHELLE TO SLIDE DOWN THE TURNBUCKLES!

The referee nudges back Jesinta as she gloats over Michelle, once she is in a neutral corner the count begins, 1...2...3...4.. The gumshield of Michelle comes out her mouth as she continues to look down, 5...6...7.. Michelle still hasn't moved from sitting against the bottom turnbuckle, 8...9...10 she is counted out!

Winner Jesinta Campbell KO Round 6

After:
Another name on the growing list of wins for Jesinta, she yells "get in!" As she lifts her fists into the air, eyes locked onto the knocked out Michelle.

Who has her coach checking on her, using smelling salts the coach wakes up Michelle, who blinks to clear the cobwebs from her head, seeing her coach she knows what happened and it makes her look to the heavens upset.

While the winner heads back to her corner to fist bump Nikki, who tells her "that's what I want to continue to see from you, you showed guts and steel to pull through this one babe" making Jesinta's smile somehow grow bigger.

Michelle on the other hand is helped out the ring, she shakes her head as she uses her coach like a crutch, not believing she couldn't finish the job off when given the chance.

Meanwhile inside the ring Jesinta is getting her hand raised, she lifts the ACB welterweight title with her other hand, shouting "I want a shot at you Bo!" 

She does a lap of honour holding up her ACB title, her supporters chanting her name, then she leaves the ring with Nikki beside her.

Both smiling as they head up the aisle with an arm around the others shoulders, joking about how they are going to celebrate tonight, though the bigger question is what will be the future of Jesinta, a title shot or a title defence of her own?
