(Kear's Kats vs Free Agent)

Intro:
Tonight's action sees Abbey Crouch look to stop her run of bad results, she faces the debuting Alexina Graham here in Scotland's SSE Hydro.

Abbey is 33 years old; she stands 5'9, holding a record of 4 wins, 3 coming by way of knockout, with 15 defeats.

Alexina is 29 years old; she stands 5'11 ½, as stated this is her debut, she is most famous for walking the Victoria Secret show in 2017, becoming a Victoria Secret Angel this year.

It has been several years since Abbey has won her last fight, Alexina seeking to use her as an easy start to her own career, pundits saying that Alexina is the favourite if she does as her training videos have shown.

Both fighters were interviewed in their locker rooms before the fight, first up the BBU TV interviewer Georgie Thompson heads into the Kears locker room to see Abbey.

Who she finds is talking to her coach Gail Kim, instead the Kears manager heads over to Georgie to tell her "as you see Abbey is deep in discussions with our trainer, so we don't want her to lose her focus"

The manager stating when asked if Abbey has real pressure on her possibly getting cut, laughing before they reply "look she helps us out, while we want her winning fights, we accept that she is struggling and will help her through this"

Georgie then heads into the locker room of Graham, seeing her shadow boxing as she warms up, nodding over to the interviewer.

Stopping for a moment as she begins stretching her arms, Alexina tells Georgie with a smile "I have been dreaming of this night the past month, working my butt off for the past few months to get here"

She continues as her coach massages her neck "I know Abbey can box if given free reign, I hope she can give me a few rounds but when I see an opening, I am going to try to take her out" then she gets back to warming up.

Fighting time; out comes Abbey with Gail behind her, Abbey is waving to the fans on the way down the aisle, looking relaxed as she seems to be seeing this as a chance of getting back in the winners circle.

She is wearing a red sports bra with white trim, matching trunks and shoes, her gloves are white, while her blonde hair is tied back into a ponytail.

Stepping through the ropes, Abbey mounts the bottom rope as she flexes her arms, hopping back down to go through her warm up routine as she awaits her opponent.

Now out comes Alexina; her coach is beside her as she grins at them, chatting as they head towards the ring, she begins to bang her gloves together as she nears the ring itself.

She is wearing a baby blue sports bra, matching trunks with "Angel" in red letters on the waistband, blue shoes, red gloves, while her red hair is tied back into a fighting braid.

Climbing into the ring with a smile, Alexina steps to the center of the ring to blow kisses to the fans, quickly settling into her corner as she shadow boxes.

Walking to the center of the ring, the two fighters look relaxed around each other, focused more on keeping limber as they bounce on their toes.

When told to touch gloves, they do as told with a smile, as they return to their corners their expressions turn serious, the bell rings to start 10 rounds of welterweight action.

Round 1:
At the bell the fighters start off with probing punches, Alexina starts off stronger as her extra reach allows her to land the better punches, stinging the cheeks of her opponent.

Who ducks down to throw more body shots, Abbey stepping in closer range to work, forcing a tense looking Alexina into a more tighter exchange.

Alexina nudges back Abbey; with both resetting their stances, neither is going all out at the moment, neither seem to have much confidence right now as they circle and trade mostly single punches.

It's Abbey who surprisingly finds the will to push on harder, dipping under a right to come inside to throw two hooks to the body, nearly headbutting the redhead in her tits as she sticks in closer.

Forcing Graham to start throwing more punches, the two fighters trading in a phonebooth style, Crouch is pressuring the taller fighter around the ropes.

When the bell rings, Alexina returns to her corner looking annoyed at herself, her coach massaging her arms to try to loosen her up, as across the ring Abbey gets washed down by Gail, telling her to keep the pressure on.

Round 2:
Again neither pushes the boat out to start; circling while trading jabs, Abbey looking for a way to get in closer to push back her opponent though with her upper body movement.

As Abbey moves inside; Alexina steps back out the way of a right to her ribs, counters with a left across the top of the head of the blonde, a straight knocks back Crouch a step.

That success seems to have given Alexina confidence as she begins opening up more, landing more combinations through the guard of Abbey to snap back her head.

Abbey begins to work harder to come forwards, both women trading harder shots as they move in closer, heads get turned by hooks as hair twists and turn.

Late in the round, Alexina catches Abbey moving inside with an uppercut to knock her head back, she presses back Crouch onto the ropes, as the veteran covers up till the bell rings to bring the round to a close.

Jogging back to her corner, Alexina nodding to her coach as she sits on her stool, admitting she let her nerves get to her, now she will show her best, which makes her coach grin.

Round 3:
Heading back out their corners with their eyes locked, they are starting to trade more punches now, Alexina looks to have the faster hand speed though, landing more punches then Abbey can get off.

A left/right straight knocks back the head of Abbey, with a right hook across the lips of the WAG opening a cut on her bottom lip, blood running down to the chin of Crouch as she backs up.

Dipping down to get at the body of Alexina, Abbey is seeking to drive back the younger fighter, ending up getting nudged to the back of her head, before Alexina moves away into space, Abbey is complaining about that, with a warning to the redhead coming.

A right smacks Abbey across her lips again, making her cry out as her guard opens up, three punches knocks back the head of Abbey as sweat and blood fly into the air.

Abbey struggling to defend herself as Alexina keeps knocking her backwards, she needs to clinch up in the final seconds of the round, the referee breaks them up just as the bell rings to end the round.

Returning to their corners, Abbey is getting cleaned up by Gail, who is telling her to keep her head up and get at Alexina, she is being too subdued after the opening round.

Round 4:
Bouncing on their toes, they are trading jabs but again Alexina is landing the cleaner punches, landing through the mitts of the veteran to knock her back.

Abbey lands two body shots before taking a right to the side of her head, the blonde stepping back and getting caught with a left across her cheek to turn her head.

The redhead is dictating the action, keeping Abbey on the outside of the ring, each time Abbey does have any success getting inside her reach, Alexina keeps knocking her back with uppercuts or hooks.

The Kear's corner looks depressed as they watch Abbey getting knocked around the ring, sweat flying off her as she ends up clinching up with Alexina, the referee breaking them apart, warning Abbey that she needs to show some fight.

The final moments of the round sees Abbey trading with Alexina at the center of the ring, the crowd cheers the fighters on as they bark in effort up till the bell.

Abbey tells Gail she is trying as she gets washed down, her cheeks are puffy to go along with blood running down from her lips.

Across the ring; Alexina is looking happy as she chats to her coach, stepping up before the bell rings for the next round, looking keen to get back into the action.

Round 5:
Deciding it seems to try to take the fight to Alexina, Abbey begins firing more punches as she hunts down her opponent, who is boxing on the back foot.

An uppercut from Alexina snaps back the head of Abbey, with two hooks following that rock back Crouch, another right across the nose of the blonde makes her cry out as blood now flows from her nose.

Abbey finds herself knocked back into a corner, taking a hammering across her face as her knees buckle, AN UPPERCUT ON THE CHIN ON ABBEY SENDS HER DOWN THE TURNBUCKLES TO HER BACKSIDE!

Alexina pumps her right fist into the air as she jogs to a neutral corner, 1...2...3... Abbey's gumshield comes out as her eyes are shut, 4....5....6....7.. She isn't moving much and 8....9...10 Abbey is counted out!

Winner Alexina Graham KO Round 5

After:
A great first knockout Alexina hopes will be the first of many, she mounts the bottom ropes of the corner she is in, a loud cheer from her supporters brings a big smile to her face.

All the while Gail is using smelling salts to bring Abbey back to reality, she splutters awake looking around at what happened, once it sets in her head goes down as this was another pain loss.

Gail helps up Abbey and takes her back to her corner, where her nose and lip are patched up, blood washed away to make her look somewhat like herself, even as her cheeks are swollen.

Across the ring Alexina thanks her corner team for their help, her gloves taken off as she has a drink, shaking the hands of her coaches before she turns to head to the center of the ring.

Where she gets her hand raised by the referee to a loud cheer, Abbey gives her a respectful clap but seems more interested in getting out the ring.

Gail helping Abbey out the ring itself, heading up the aisle maybe wondering how much more punishment she wants to take in future.

Inside the ring though Alexina is getting interviewed by Georgie, who first asks her about how she felt this fight went for her.

"First I want to say a massive thank you to this crowd, you were all amazing with your support for both of us in this ring, it was an honour fighting in front of you all!" Alexina says while the crowd begin to chant her name.

She then answers the original question by saying "I felt the fight went OK, I was a little like a deer in the headlights to begin, once I relaxed I felt I dominated the fight from bell to bell, Abbey is tough and I thank her for this fight"

Georgie then asks who she wants next, Alexina laughs before replying "I trust in my agents, I don't really care who I face as long as it is a good fight, hopefully I work my way into the title picture next year, right now it is all about learning the ropes"

Alexina thanks Georgie for the interview, posing for the cameras with hands on her hips, her coaches smiling as they seem to see her as a natural to all this.

She leaves the ring soon after, fist bumping several people in the front row as she heads to the back, is this the beginning of a future champions career?
