Intro:
We are live from the legendary York Hall in London, Lily Allen and Cher Lloyd both need a win to thrust their careers back towards the elite, a win here will be a big statement towards that goal.

Coming into the fight both lost their last bouts, Lily to Maisie Williams and Cher to Ewelina Lisowska, almost becoming the forgotten women of the division as this is their first bout of the year shockingly.

Heading into the fight, both posted messages on social media that showed they are certainly not friends, Lily firing the first strike across the stern by saying "so I have just found out I am fighting the Cheryl Cole clone, easy nights work like her mentor, #Coleclone"

Prompting Cher to post "really? You are still throwing insults from years ago, probably remembering days when people actually cared about you before you become a preachy bytch #whocaresaboutLily"

More messages were exchanged with equally barbed messages, till they both got into training hard and the messages stopped for the time being.

On the fight night Kate Abdo for BBU TV got a word from both fighters in the interview area, Lily was up first standing wearing a white T-shirt with the "Fight Club UK" badge on the front.

When asked for a few words about the fight, Lily tells Kate "everyone has seen that me and Cher don't like each other one bit, she has always been a fake to me, first trying to play being a singer, before trying to look and act like Cheryl, now she thinks she is a top fighter"

Grinning Lily continues "the only thing Cher is... Well she is a cheap skank, she fights the way she does because she doesn't know any better, happily I'll brush her aside so that the BBU fans don't have to watch her ever again" nodding to the camera as if it say that is a promise, she heads off to her locker room.

Now Cher is in front of the microphone, she is wearing a black hoodie with a skull on, her fists already tapped up as she smiles to Kate.

"God I am not the only one sick of Lily right? Listening to her make speeches on how things should be, then change her mind as soon as she is proven to be a hypocrite" says a stern faced Lloyd as she gets serious.

Pointing at the camera, Cher tells it "I am done talking, tonight I am simply going to f*** that has been up and move on to bigger fights" she marches off looking keen to fight.

The time is now to settle this, Lily out first with her coach Katie Price, they stare at the ring as Lily's fans are whistling and cheering her, she acknowledges them with a pump of her right fist.

Stepping into the ring, Lily is wearing a white sports bra with red trim, matching trunks, red gloves and shoes, her hair is tied into a ponytail, she stretches as her eyes are firmly on the aisle.

She doesn't have to wait long as Cher comes down the aisle, she is jogging down the aisle fist bumping some fans in the front row of the crowd, her main focus though is on the ring.

Climbing into the ring, she mounts her corners bottom ropes to pose for the crowd, she is wearing a black sports bra with green trim, matching trunks and shoes, green gloves, her hair is also in a ponytail.

The referee brings the fighters together, they stare angrily at each other, neither talking as they look tense, ready to strike at any provocation from their rival.

Told to touch gloves, there is hesitation from both, then they swipe their gloves together before jogging to their corners, the bell rings to start 10 rounds of flyweight action.

Round 1:
"Ding" the fighters come together near the center of the ring, throwing multiple punches already in bunches, not much feeling out as they want to get down to kicking ass.

Cher has the hand speed advantage it seems, ducking under a left cross to bury in two rights to the body, just missing with an overhand left as Lily takes a step back just in time.

The younger fighter starting to knock back Lily to the outside of the ring, landing several drilled punches into the abs of Allen, trying to wind her and wear her down.

It leaves the guard of Cher too low though, Lily makes her pay for the body work with a left hook/straight to her head, knocking Cher back a step back as the hard hitting veteran looks to bully back Lloyd.

Who has to cover up more as they head into the final minute of the round, Lily switching targets to get groans out of her opponent to the joy of her corner crew.

At the conclusion of the round, both women stare at their rival as they pass to return to their corners, Lily looks a little annoyed by the start of the round, Katie reminding her she came on great at the end.

Round 2:
Throwing more jabs to set up their big shots, Lily comes out a little more quicker, bashing Cher across her cheeks with two hard cross punches as she comes forwards.

Finding herself being shoved around the outside of the ring, Cher only really able to throw single punches out of her guard, while she has Lily herding her around.

Spotting a chance to close the space between them, Lily slips a straight to bang in two left hooks under the ribs of her opponent, an uppercut doesn't land flush but does push back Cher to the ropes.

Where she has to clinch after Lily tries mauling her to the body with hooks, both grind foreheads in the clinch, with the referee needing to push them apart.

Roles reserve from the first round, Lily trying to charge in only leads to her taking a straight to her mouth, a left cross lands to the jaw of Allen to turn her head.

The round comes to a close with Cher thudding her gloves together, annoyed she couldn't build off a good opening round for her, her coach reminding her she has the speed and skills to trouble Lily.

Round 3:
Drilling stiff jabs into beautiful faces, the fighters circle around the ring till they nearly clash heads as they step in closer, barking with effort as they go toe to toe.

An uppercut knocks back Cher to her heels, back towards a corner goes Cher as Lily puts her head down, bullying back Lloyd till her back touches the turnbuckles.

When that happens Cher gives Lily a shove with her left, hammering a right to the cheek of Allen to turn her head, back comes the younger woman now.

Back and forth goes the action, each making mistakes as they leave themselves open, banging hard hooks to cheeks that are marking up faces.

They nearly clash heads again when they come into the final moments of the round, slugging in body shots that has both women groaning out up till the bell rings to end the round.

Where they shove apart, eyes full of fire as they glare at their opponent, the referee making sure they return to their corners after a very evenly fought round.

Round 4:
Letting her temper get the better of her early, Cher tries to land a left hook early on as she comes at her opponent, missing it leads to her taking a counter right to her mouth.

After being knocked onto the ropes by a follow up left/right cross combo, Cher finds her bottom lip is bleeding from a left hook slamming across her mouth, making her cry out and cover up.

Covering up as she is herded along the ropes, Lloyd is looking frustrated as she is only really able to land straight punches out her guard to keep Lily from getting too close.

But the bigger punches are coming from Lily, who slams in more body shots to get groans from Cher, with more shots coming through the guard of Cher to knock her head back.

In the final moments of the round, Cher slips a straight to bash a left to the ear of Lily, an uppercut to the body follows as she starts to really put punches together this round.

Problem for her is the bell rings to end the round, with Lily looking the more calm of the two understandably when she returns to her corner, Cher more animated when talking to her coach.

Round 5:
Trading more stiffer punches as they open up more, it looks a mistake again for Cher as Lily slams a jab/straight combo into her lips, causing Lloyd to yelp out and retreat.

Lily getting more aggressive as she keeps the heat on her opponent, forcing exchanges around the ring that she is winning when they are in close, the power of Allen firmly on display.

While Cher is doing better when she moves her upper body more, landing some nice counter punches, her temper though is making her get into too many fire fights to be successful right now.

Leading to Lily landing a left across her jaw of Cher, powering her back into a corner, where Cher needs to clinch up with Lily, both sweat soaked fighters snarling at each other as Lily tries to break free to punish Cher some more.

After the slip up Cher does manage to sidestep an overly keen Lily, moving to Lily's left before pounding a right hook into her jaw, a left smacks the older fighter into her right eye.

Causing Lily to cover up for the final thirty seconds, Cher comes flying in with most punches hitting the guard of Allen, some bury into her ribs and body to make her hiss out up till the bell rings to end the round.

Again another good round for Lily, who gets praised by Katie, even as her right eye has a little swelling around it, better then Cher's cheeks starting to look puffy.

Round 6:
Finally seeming to take heed of her coaches words, Cher is starting to bait Lily in with her jab, boxing off the back foot before ducking or parrying shots to land her own.

Lily does manage to land a right soon enough to the chest of Cher, stopping her in her tracks long another to land a left across her beautiful face to begin moving Cher back again.

This time Cher is faster to hold to stop the momentum, Lily is seen gloating into the ear of her enemy, the referee needed to break them up as they swing free fists into kidney areas.

Once apart Lily tries to strike quickly, missing with a straight as Cher dips down before landing an overhand left to the eye of Lily, making the older fighter yell "bytch!" As she blinks while taking a few steps back.

Whether an intentional target or not, Cher isn't afraid to target that puffy looking right eye of Lily, forcing Allen to cover up more tightly around it as sweat is knocked off her head.

The round comes to an end with Cher firmly on top, her arms look less tense after being bullied around the ring the prior two rounds, Cher sits staring hard at Lily as she watches the Fight Club crew try to reduce that swelling around the eye.

Round 7:
As they head out to fight, both are picking their punches more, Cher looking to be getting her rhythm going quicker of the two when she rifles in a double jab to the abs of Lily, followed by an overhand right to her ear.

Now Lily is giving up more real estate in these exchanges, not to say she isn't still dangerous, landing a left cross/right hook combo that sends sweat flying from Lloyd's head.

But it is Cher landing more overall, slipping a right as Lily is having some trouble with her vision, a left hook opens a cut over the right eyebrow of Allen to add to her woes.

Momentum has definitely swung to Cher as she bashes back Lily to the ropes with three clean shots to the face, forcing Lily now to clinch up to stop the assault.

After being broken apart, the fighters let their hands go, Lily desperate to stop the rot this round, Cher wanting to punish her rival, leading to a grandstand finish to the round as blood and sweat flies off both women.

At the bell they stand with chests rising up and down faster, Lily's right eye is nearly swollen shut, made more gruesome by the blood running down her cheek from that cut, Cher has blood from her lip dripping onto her boobs as neither is unscathed from this war.

Round 8:
The vision problems are really starting to get to Lily, she is missing more as she can't gauge the range as well as before, instead taking more counter punches to her cheeks.

Cher soon lands an overhand right followed by a left hook that sends Lily reeling backwards looking hurt, A FOLLOW UP RIGHT HOOK ON THE CHIN OF ALLEN SENDS HER DOWN TO HER RIGHT SIDE!

Not celebrating too much, Cher heads off to the neutral corner with fans up on their feet either cheering Cher or wanting Lily to get up and fight more.

1...2...3... Lily rolls to her back as her cut over her right eye is open again, dripping blood to the canvas, 4...5...6... She just lays spread eagle as 7...8...9...10 Lily can't get up, ending up counted out!

Winner Cher Lloyd KO Round 8

After:
Cher pounds her chest with her right glove as her fans are roaring their joy, this is a marquee win for her after several years trying to earn one, her coach looks to the heavens knowing this could have been different after the middle rounds didn't go their way.

Katie rushes into the ring, checking on Lily as she helps her sit up, a towel cleaning the face of Lily so that the cut can be worked on, tears run down Lily's cheek as this fight meant a lot to her.

Over comes Cher to gloat, yelling at Lily "I f***ing told you I was going to do you bytch!" With Katie screaming back for Cher to go f*** herself as tempers flare, the referee stepping between them to make sure nothing happens more then shouting.

After Cher returns to her corner, Katie with help from the Fight Club UK cut man help take Lily out the ring, Lily stares at the aisle as she can't bare to look at the crowd, who mostly seem to be ignoring her to heap their cheers onto the winner.

Who is mounting each corner of the ring to pose with her arms in the air, though as the dried blood on her tits from her own cut and swollen cheeks though, she was in a real battle tonight to get this win.

When her hand is raised by the referee though, she is beaming over this victory, taking in the cheers before she steps out the ring with her coach beside her.

It'll be interesting to see with the bad blood formed in the build up if this is the only time these two lock horns in the ring, right now though it is all about where can Cher go next on her rise up the rankings.
