The Beale's and The Branning's have had plenty of on screens scraps over the years, and now that intense rivalry would transfer to the ring as Mimi Keene (AKA Cindy Beale) takes on Lorna Fitzgerald (AKA Abi Branning).

Rumours that the pair had tangled on the Eastenders set hotly denied by both camps, but the bad blood was evident between them.

"I'm glad Lorna has finally shown her face, she's avoided me for far too long, and I can't say I blame the kid for running scared as she's going down back time tonight.

Now both content to rely on their jabs as the frantic opening slowed to a more controlled pace.

The rattled blonde beaten to the punch as Mimi smacked her blue gloves into Lorna's cute face, she enjoyed this so much she repeated the dose, Lorna already wincing as Katie Price berated her young charge from ringside.

"This is too easy" chirped Mimi as yet again she found the mark winding Lorna with a nice body shot, Lorna backing off as Mimi looked to end this early, but as Mimi tried to get inside Lorna showing her nous as she allowed Mimi near before clenching and firing a sneaky right into the younger girl's ribcage, before the ref split them.

"Sneaky bytch" hissed Mimi as her temper grew.

And just as Mimi wound up a big right hand the bell sounding.

Both corners working on their fighters urging them to up the tempo.

Mimi still furious with Lorna's sneaky punch, and she came charging out of her corner, exactly what Lorna wanted as she casually picked off the Brunette, with some accurate jabs to the body.

Now Lorna the one looking in control as Mimi struggled to land anything in response.

Katie egging her protégé on to get a rare knockdown, but Mimi regaining her composure as she landed a nice combo forcing Lorna backwards, Confidence returning she ploughed a cracking left through Lorna's guard drawing a trickle of blood from Lorna's nose, not content with that she switched downstairs and Lorna fading now as Mimi came on strong, now the blonde forced to clench as she tried to draw breath, Mimi wise to her now shoved her backwards, and smashed a stunning right into Lorna's skull, the blonde stumbling now as she looked weary..

Mimi not relenting as she peppered Lorna's pretty face with a rapid set of hooks, then as Lorna lifted her guard Mimi tagging her in the ribs again, Lorna grimacing in pain now and she's slowed to walking pace.

30 seconds remaining in the round can Mimi finish the job, a left hook right hook combo tottering Lorna, before Mimi wound up another big right.

BANG! Lorna's blue eyes glazing over as she hit the floor.

Mimi retreating to her own corner as the count begun, but the way she was joking with Emma suggested she was confident Lorna was done.

Meanwhile Katie Price fuming in the opposite corner, her aim of turning Lorna into a real woman looking an even more forlorn hope.

A gloomy Lorna next, and she showed her war wounds, a cut above her left eye, and a cut lip, but what seemed to discomfort her more was her throbbing booty.
