BEFORE: The sun is out in Florida so BBU travels to Miami which Elsa Benitez calls home these days. The Mexican cougar targets her first competitive victory and believes she can easily overpower former Italian lightweight champion Elisabetta Canalis tonight. However the showgirl from Sardinia has other ideas and claims Elsa is going down in a heap and should be thankful her challenge was even accepted in first place: "This old slapper is lucky I live in Los Angeles right now so I could make fit her into my plans. She ought to be mud wrestling somewhere in Mexico instead of wasting everyone's time with her boxing career!" (giggles).

Elsa Benitez wears an orange bikini set & black gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a half-up ponytail. Elisabetta Canalis wears a red bikini set & silver gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a custom ponytail. Both women are barefoot. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds at 125 lbs catchweight.

Round 1:
The Mexican cougar tries to land some crisp punches early and overwhelm the Italian with her power supply but she lacks precision to carry through with her shots and gets outworked by the faster Canalis down the stretch. Elisabetta has no trouble slicing Elsa's high guard and she knocks her head around before looping a nasty hook on the temple that stumbles Benitez to the side. Ugh! Elsa might have a few pounds advantage on her opponent but she moves too slowly across the sand to mount a meaningful challenge and has to embrace a speedy jabbing rush from the younger brunette. Elisabetta thumps her from both flanks and drops her onto the ropes where she hauls in more harpoons on target leaving Benitez in spasms come the bell.

Round 2:
Elsa tries to land some quick shots up the middle but Elisabetta dekes away from those efforts and clatters into her body with more determined venom. She laces the Mexican foe from both flanks again and starts pushing her onto the ropes. Elsa tries to hang on digging her heels in the sand but Canalis pummels her in the navel and catches her with a stray elbow on the chin that finally drops Benitez into outright spasms. Elisabetta beats her to the post and delivers an uppercut double on the chin slumping the older brunette into more spasms. Ugh! Elsa has apply the earmuff cover however Canalis pounds away in fury anyway and leaves the Hispanic cougar in all sorts of bother at the bell.

Round 3:
Benitez flies in with a left/right combo to finally break the Italian's party and cracks a left hook on the ear moments later as well. Elisabetta barks in anger but decides to spin away into safety instead of lashing back at the Mexican woman. This allows Elsa to sprint into a jabbing assault that slowly picks Canalis off before a booming right hand nails the younger brunette across the nose. Elisabetta loses her footing and gets busted with another hard shot on the chin that sends her stumbling onto the ropes. Elsa races with immediate follow up ideas however she's not fast enough to catch the Italian lacking and shoots over the head before crashing into her shoulder thereafter. Elisabetta escapes the trap to run out the clock but shakes her head in disgust when the bell halts the action.

Round 4:
Elsa gives it another slugging try and bounces into the Italian's face but eats a scything hook on the mouth in response and gets dragged into a back & forth tussle in the center of the ring. Elisabetta carries more leather up the middle and rocks the Mexican's head back before looping another big hook on the temple that slumps Benitez on jelly knees. She tries to push the Italian away but gets busted with a brutal left hook on the nose and wobbles forward with a whimper just as Canalis NAILS her with an uppercut bomb on the chin... DOWN GOES ELSA!!! The Mexican model drops on her knees and has to hurry up in order to beat the otherwise slowish count. She gets up at eight and shakes off some sand off her knees which delays the action and makes Elisabetta verbally upset straight away. The fight is resumed and Elsa has to back off while the Italian seeks immediate punishment and lands several crisp hooks on target. She shuts Benitez down in the corner and bangs away in fury but the referee doesn't step in to halt the beating and the clock rescues the battered Mexican cougar at the last second.

Round 5:
Elisabetta picks up where she left off and smacks more head shots on target as Elsa doesn't have the strenght to fend off more slugging heat. The Mexican high-guard collapses seconds into the fifth and has Canalis rocking the fellow model's head back & forth until she blows Benitez up with a right cross on the nose. Ugh! Elsa wobbles forward with a whimper and probably doesn't even see the last punch that smokes her on the mouth one more time. DOWN SHE GOES!!! Elsa gets laid out on the sand with her arms above her head and the ref recognizes she's done for the day! KO5 Elisabetta Canalis!!!

AFTER: The Italian showgirl kicks some sand over the fallen Mexican and earns a loud ovation from the Miami fanbase. She waves back to the camera and claims it's too early to write her off and she might still upset one of these prospects again. BBU TV's Denise van Outen wisely points to the fact Elsa isn't exactly a prospect herself but one can excuse a winner talking out of order to boost the PR value. There are enough models out there whom Elisabetta can vanquish and she's in impressive physical shape to cause a headache or two going forward indeed.
