BEFORE: Local favorite Nicole Scherzinger has struggled for success this season but vows to demolish former Baywatch star Donna D'Errico in familiar Waimea Bay beach setting tonight. Nicole misjudged her schedule when she faced newcomer Olivia Culpo a few months ago but she dismisses Donna's boxing comeback that saw her split a pair of fights versus Joanna Krupa and Denise Richards lately:

"Look, Donna is a plastic blonde bimbo who should have stayed on the bench. She's got nothing on me, folks! I'll beat her up so bad she will retire on the spot... again!"

Donna D'Errico wears a red bikini set & silver gloves. Long blonde hair loose & straight. Nicole Scherzinger wears a yellow bikini set & red gloves. Long black hair loose & straight. Both women are barefoot. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the bantamweight division.

Round 1:
Nicole verbally taunts the blonde actress even before throwing the first punch and gets caught by an immediate jabbing rally that indicates the older woman came here to play after all. Nicole fails to escape the slugging rush and gets stuck on her heels while looping a half-hearted response that D'Errico easily neutralizes before dropping a vicious bomb on the nose. Ugh! Scherzinger stumbles to the side with a loud whimper and has to apply clinching brakes however the blonde shoves her onto the ropes and lands more head shots that split the singer's guard with relative ease. Ugh! Nicole's boxing reputation has taken a massive hit in the last few months and Donna carves her up from both flanks to run away with a genuine whitewash; she thumps the statesque singer into a standstill and even the Hawaiian crowd is shocked to witness such a terrible opener from their favorite.

Round 2:
More of the same in the second - minus the Scherzinger taunting. The singer's high-guard is nowhere to be found and allows the former Baywatch starlet to cash in with a jabbing drive that leaves swollen marks on the brunette's face down the stretch. Nicole responds over the top but fails to carry enough weight behind her shots and gets dismissed as "creampuff cougar" by Erin Andrews in the booth. She lands a couple of seemingly good shots but Donna shakes them off with a laughter and barges the older foe into the body which duly drops Scherzinger onto the ropes come the two-minute mark. A wild hook tags the Hawaiian stunner on the brow ridge and bends her into outright spasms while D'Errico cleans up her midsection to complete another commanding performance.

Round 3:
Nicole scampers across the sand to finally beat the blonde to the punch and she gets one on target before dropping a low shot just above the waist line that spins D'Errico away with a loud whimper. Cue in some belting menace from the local favorite who begins to stuff single harpoons on the blonde's vulnerable area until a clunching stalemate along the ropes allows the actress to find a brief respite. However Nicole barges her in the breasts and drops another good hammer on the liver area which sends Donna into a hectic retreat. She almost falls over onto the sand and eats a nasty hook on the jaw that makes her gurgle in pain; the crowd reacts in joy and Nicole carries the momentum to shut her opponent down on the turnbuckle where she keeps blasting her in the stomach for remainder of the round.

Round 4:
Donna tries to recover from that poor round but eats a nasty cross hook on the nose that stuffs her on her heels and allows the singer to drop more leather up the middle that forces the older woman to bail out of the exchange. Donna doesn't seem too keen to find a slugging response here but the brunette is unable to rattle her with a proper haymaker and relies on artistic impression value as she eventually backs the reeling blonde onto the ropes where both women trade blows in the second minute much to the crowd's delight. More mind over matter style here as Nicole nukes Donna on the nose and stays on top of her with a drilling hook on the breasts. Blonde gets vocal but eats a stray elbow on the chest and has to embrace a jabbing series that firmly drops her behind the earmuff cover come the bell. She kicks the sand in anger while walking back to her corner and it's 38-each on the cards.

Round 5:
Nicole tries to slug through the blonde's leaky guard again but misfires on the approach and bounces off Donna's shoulder while the blonde hammers a left/right combo on the chest and stuffs the singer out of breath on the spot. Woof! Another quick hook finds the jaw and wobbles the brunette to the side; Nicole digs her heels in the sand and tries to reach out with a sky hook but that's a terrible idea indeed. She finds nothing but thin air while D'Errico SMOKES her with a thunder left hook on the temple... Scherzinger yelps in pain and turns to the side while the older cougar blows her up with another left/right combo on each temple before driving a vicious shot on the solar plexus... DOWN GOES NICKY!!! The Hawaiian audience is silenced in emphatic fashion as the proud singer drops on all fours and bends her head against the sand. She struggles to catch her breath and gets duly counted out while Donna kicks extra sand over her back. How about this one? KO5 Donna D'Errico!!!

AFTER: "So much for trying to send me into retirement! I've got a lot of fighting in me left!", Donna quips during the post-fight interview as Nicole gives her a lenghty stare while still sitting down on her heels in the middle of the ring. "This cougar beach boxing has a solid future, heck, even Charlize Theron does it these days so I'm gonna stick to it as long as I can! Shall I call Pam (Anderson) to ask her if she can still fit into her swimsuit? I bet she does!" (winks).
