BEFORE:

"Yeah," says Jessica with a smile. "I'm back. Had a tough assignment the first time, and I handled myself pretty well. And, tonight? I'm notching win number one!"

"Camacho's no easy out," says Peyton. "I know that. But, I'm going to GET her out. Count on it."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that's 'Eyes on Me' by Desi Valentine, and here comes a young lady who made her debut at Asylum nearly a year ago, Jessica Camacho!"

McCarthy: "And, JUST like when she made her debut, Camacho has NO FCBA wins!"

O'Dell: "Jessica wasting no time getting down the aisle and into the ring and the crowd popping for the lovely Ms. Camacho in that baby blue number...."

All I wanna eat, is cherry licorice

I don't care if it sounds ridiculous

O'Dell: "And, that's 'Cherry Licorice' by the Felice Brothers, and here comes 'The Cobra', Peyton List!"

Tess: "List a girl who's had a few stable chances already in her young career...and she's working hard to make the best of this one, which could be her LAST."

Cassie: "Front Street management is VERY pleased with Peyton right now. Very."

McCarthy: "Front Street management knows NOTHING!"

O'Dell (sighing): "List into the ring and helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve and we have dueling baby blue bikinis in there tonight as the crowd gives a major pop for Ms. List as well. And, the ladies are about ready. Time for some picks. Tess likes Peyton. Mac?"

McCarthy: "NO FCBA wins! List!"

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "Unanimous in the first and the blonde wants to make with the jab early. No surprise as List has the reach advantage and she wants to use it. Camacho, as we saw the last time she was here, has great feet, though, and she's using those, slipping the jab, dipping inside, going to work..."

McCarthy: "This is how to deal with this PARTICULAR Dancing Hooker. Get PHYSICAL."

O'Dell: "That's definitely the plan for Camacho. She's working body, going upstairs to back up the blonde with hard shot, then back to the body, hooking ribs and tummy. List tying up, trying to slow this down. Blonde not hurt, but Jessica bringing the physical in a major way right now..."

Tess: "Definitely making Peyton uncomfortable at the moment."

O'Dell: "And, that's an effective way to win fights, take the other girl out of what she wants to do, and Camacho able to do that here in the first. Good combination, Jessica. Backs up List, and Camacho right back in her grill, hooking body right to the bell. Not close in the first. Camacho."

Cassie: "And, Jessica grabs the 10-9 lead."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Bit of an adjustment for List. Peyton showing more lateral movement, even willing to give a little ground now, to give herself more time to get the jab on and slow down Camacho's offensive. Working to a point. List having more success keeping Jessica off this stanza..."

Cassie: "But, Camacho finding ways inside in spots."

O'Dell: "Sure is, and she's getting off lusty when she gets in there. Jessica VERY aggressive, and it just might be, Mac, that Camacho's style is a better fit against List, a boxer, than against Mudd, who's also very physical. Not a lot of girls who are going to slug it out with Mudd..."

McCarthy: "Mudd's no big deal. I'd clean her up inside of four. But, a pressure fighter can find success against a boxer, yes."

O'Dell: "Down the stretch in what's been a tightly-fought second. Both fighters have had their moments, but, no one's been able to create much space. Good exchange there and another as we approach the bell, and there it is. Close, indeed in the second, but, it's Camacho again."

Tess: "And, Jessica extends the lead to 20-18."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Third beginning like the second ended. Blonde at range, working the jab, looking to put combinations together. Brunette moving the head and feet, looking to work forward, get inside, get physical. Camacho getting a TON of body work done in there..."

Tess: "And, that's something that could pay off later."

O'Dell: "Sure could. For the moment, though, not much in it for the second-straight round. Both fighters having moments. Blonde putting punches together at range, scoring as well as she has all night. Inside, though, the brunette's getting work done, thumping away with both hands."

McCarthy: "This is how to handle these Dancing Hookers. Get physical and they'll WILT."

O'Dell: "Down the stretch we come, and it's still very, very close. Blonde jabbing, landing a good right hand. Brunette steps inside and List ties her up. Ref gets in there to break them apart and Peyton gets back to the jab and will keep Jessica at bay through the bell. Close again. List."

Cassie: "And, Peyton is on the board, but Camacho still leads 29-28."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Pattern pretty well set as we move into the fourth. List on the outside, Camacho on the inside, and both fighters getting the better of things when they have the terms they want. Good right hand from the blonde there. Followed off the jab and stopped the brunette cold..."

Cassie: "But, just for a moment, because Jessica right back forward."

O'Dell: "Camacho inside working body. List ties up. Ref breaks them, and Peyton gets back to that long left jab. Jessica bobbing, dipping, moving forward and CAUGHT WITH A RIGHT HAND! That snake-like right from 'The Cobra' and Camacho is hurt and DROPPED BY AN OVERHAND RIGHT!"

Tess: "That right hand came out of nowhere..."

O'Dell: "Definitely did and the follow on has left Jessica flat on her back staring up at the referee. His count is three. Four. Five. Camacho blinking, now sitting up at six. Seven. Eight. Tries to get to her feet and CRUMPLES BACK TO THE CANVAS. Nine. TEN! It's OVER! And your winner by KO4 is 'The Cobra', Peyton List!"

McCarthy: "Lucky punch!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Peyton List, and, Peyton, you turned things around quickly..."

Peyton (smiling): "One thing Neve talks about is looking for opportunities and then taking advantage of them. If there's an opening, you've got to exploit it. And, that's what I did."

Tess: "Heck of a year for you. Tough loss in March, and people were talking about how you might have run out of chances before your 23rd birthday...things have definitely turned around since then..."

Peyton (laughing): "All I needed was a dose of Camp Campbell! Seriously, though, it was huge coming here and getting the opportunities I've gotten. And, I'm taking full advantage of THOSE, too!"

Tess: "Is 2022 going to be a big year for you?"

Peyton: "Count on it, Tess! Count on it!"
