Before: Molly looking to ramp it up again--blonde’s had a nice developmental year, contending at one point with Tricia Helfer for Best New Blonde and narrowly coming up short--time to regroup and reload on Cat. “Bell’s still a premiere brunette name and a worthy foe,” Molly says in preflight, “but I feel she’s lost a step that I can take advantage of. I’m just a strong as Cat and I’m quicker at this point, and I think I’m a better stand-up boxer. She’ll try and make this thing rough and murky, but I won’t let her: my legs will tell her what she can and can’t do and we’re definitely going to be fighting my fight,” Bell cordial her side of the dais--but unafraid to answer Sims’ analysis. “Molly’s come a long way, I’ll give her that,” Cat admits, “but let’s not get ahead of ourselves, I don’t see a stronger woman, a faster woman, or a more skilled woman across the podium fro me, and I don’t think she’s improved much since the last time I schooled her. She’s a hungry fighter--she’s knocking on the door, but I’m still the better woman and I’m happy to rove it to her once again.” Molly in silver/grey bikini, Cat in electric blue bikini.

During R1, 2: Molly pushing off the right big toe (her right foot back), propelling hard left jabs, strong right crosses onto Fortress Cat. Bell blocking, weaving her torso down low, swinging fat right hands Into Molly’s body then gathering her up: brunette playing patient punch n’ clutch to bog leggy blonde down. Very frustrating stuff for Molly: she wants to be trading straight licks, fighting in orderly fashion at range--Cat denying her all of these simple pleasures, Bell not jabbing as much, but making better use if her stick--pre-empting and startling Molly, sidestepping off the poke o wrong foot the blonde, Subtle brunette stuff--Cat setting the tempo, dictating terms to the younger, quicker girl to sang both heats.

R3: Mount Molly erupts! Sims showing the ability to adjust, denies Cat’s clinch via the short left uppercut; labels Cat moving back a long right cross; jabs Cat to ropes, Attacking at the apron, Molly steadying Cat with a left partially wrapping across Cat’s back, then jerking tuff right uppercuts: Bell’s knees spasm, brunette forced to clinch urt in hectic first minute as action. Sims pushed off by the ref, but she wades back on in, bending into lashing right hands up top and crowding close. Sims with nice rangy action on hooks, uppercuts, crosses--she’s raking Cat along the ropes, punishing her the way she did Taylor Cole in back to back triumphs on the beach, Bell windblown disorganized--she’s getting pasted reeling back over the top ropes as head-punches crash home--curvy legs and stupendous backside holding proud former champ up. Blonde battering brunette to corners, then pouring on--Cat buying time by clinching around Molly’s hips for breathless breaks--Bell mouth open, eyelashes fluttering: she’s badly, badly hurt. Sims hup-hup-huping underneath whenever Cat droops forward: oh those mouthwatering jugs sustain! Bell to bell Molly putting punches together on Cat--blonde awarded 10-8 without brhe knockdown for total dominance. Bell staring shellshocked on her stool as Syren splashes her with water--TE trainer whispering into Cat’s ear so prying cameras can’t pick it up.

R4: Cat hurt, but alert, boxes one of the best recovery rounds of her career. Molly’s quicker, but Cat’s timing and judgment are superior: Bell beats Sims to the punch via the jab, taking the initiative for the exchanges. Cat closing distance rapidly, carrying a short, thick right hand to the pit of Molly’s stomach, then quickly tieing up as blonde pitches forward into brunette arms, Squirming, writhing clinches--long-limbed beauties straining and staggering in steamy embraces--Cat very rough with Molly in the clinch: spinning her off balance; grinding tousle against shiny super-model features: elbowing and shouldering, Bell’s only objective: work the body--thick, slopping lefts and rights strap against Molly’s flanks, tuck up into sternum. Cat warned for following through with her forearms and elbows against Molly’s ribs--blonde grimacing at the bell, shutout and throbbing from bell’s tender mercies.

R5: Back to back shutouts--history of super-model boxing will proclaim these “”Rounds That Will Live In Infamy” gor the body punching Bell does on Molly in the 4th and the 5th. It’s constant, stroking, lashing, digging assault--Cat holding Molly behind her head with one hand while smoking her the other--Cat pushing and pulling, bodying up and smothering. Sims open-mouthed, whining and straining--she’s not bad on the inside for a tall girl, but Cat’s holding and hitting tactics baffling all blonde responses. Sickening sounds drumming out fro Molly’s fine torso: dull thuds and beefy thumps; rights and lefts bashing against, sticking into, scraping across the ribs and tummy. Molly breathless--fatigued from the strain of pushing against Cat’s clinches, weakened by the endless body work--it’s vintage, vintage cat Bell at her rough-hewn best.

R6: Molly’s not the same: mouth open; eyes staring; feet plodding; hands low. Sims best when she’s up on her toes and shooting out with shots: she’s achy, tired flatfooted. Cat stepping in and doubling up the jab, forcing Molly back into the ropes and PASTING her a walk-in right cross; strong tanned legs soak up the shot but poor Molly’s ROCKED! Sims fighting off the ropes, extending arms to push at Cat--Bell composed, alert--swinging hooks fat and loud to Molly’s ribs, shaking blonde torso, then seeking hot chin action via the short right hand. Nothing pretty about it--brunette just stacking blonde up out back the woodshed--Molly taking punches, trying to dig in, but she’s getting battered, red steps in as blonde defences become too ragged: no point in allowing  in allowing a promising talent to be ruined as Cat bludgeons her way to victory. TKO6 Cat Bell.

After: Molly hammered out on her feet, whimpering softly as she’s tenderly led to her stool--rough treatment at the hands of a very stern Cat bell tonight. “I’m of two minds about the stoppage,: says a fresh n’; sweaty Cat in post fight in response to a Tractorpull query. “On the one hand, I’m glad they stepped in when they did--Molly’d given it her all but she was very hurt and no longer defending herself. She’s a future champion and she doesn’t need to take unnecessary beatings at this stage of her career. I think she’s the best blonde out there--I really do--I think she’s ahead of where Theron or jenny O’Dell were at the same stage in their careers and the future’s very bright for Molly. Having said all that--I’m always saying that the officials have to let us punch until a girl goes down--it’s very important to the fighters nto se the opponent on her knees. As you know, I’m senior chair of the Fighter’s Advisory Board to the FCBA and I’ll be addressing this issue at future talks. We don’t want anyone hurt, but we all want to see decisive moments in the ring and I’m sure the fans do, too. Tonight, Molly might be deluding herself into thinking that was an early stoppage: we’re not doing her any favours by stopping her out on her feet and giving her a bunch of kooky ideas.”
