BEFORE: Allthough Jennifer Metcalfe remains a top name on the British soap TV market she's been dismissed as a "big, fat shark in a small pond" by Camilla Luddington who earns her money over in America these days and suddenly found new boxing life after signing with Tamara Ecclestone's Diamond Elite crew. There are some critics of this decision given Camilla's age but Tamara simply doesn't take advice from anyone amid reports that her ego has surpassed the size of her father's bank account by this stage.

BBU TV's Denise van Outen predicts all these backstage distractions won't help Camilla much but Jennifer comes off a lenghty spell on the bench herself so this fight could be a slow-burner for lack of a better word.

Jennifer Metcalfe wears a black bikini set & red gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Camilla Luddington wears a pink crop top, white hip-huggers & black gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a braid. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the bantamweight division.

Round 1:
Quick start from Camilla who jumps into a high-octane jabbing assault that must be an Ecclestone training special and it catches Metcalfe off guard and reels her on the heels upon immediate impact. Camilla works the speed dial delivery to back the surprised opponent into the ropes as Jennifer simply can't swing back over the top with enough authority to halt the Luddington progress. Both women lock horns along the ropes but it's all Camilla who plugs her mitts into the fellow brunette's chest and cripples the Hollyoaks stalwart into loud spasms come the final stretch. Woof. Not many people in the audience saw this coming as Metcalfe is shaking off the rust the hard way to say the very least. Bell.

Round 2:
Camilla tries to resume the slugging pounce but runs into a counter-punching response that finally allows Jennifer to stick her foot in the proverbial door. Both women exchange some hard shots from point-blank range before Camilla drops to her heels following a naughty hook on the nose that makes her squeal in discomfort. Jennifer continues to send the aerial bombs knocking the fellow brunette back to the post as Luddington appears to be lose her defensive grip and leaks more ruthless shots from the inside until she slumps behind a desperate earmuff much to Tamara Ecclestone's dismay. Some loud screams from the Diamond corner can't quite turn this around as Metcalfe rallies to punish the subdued foe with some quick harpoons and she duly cleans out Camilla's exposed ribcage in the closing stages of the round.

Round 3:
Another slugging exchange in the center of the ring opens the third but both brunettes are too erratic to cash in on their efforts until Camilla cracks a left/right combo on the chin and tries to land more uppercuts while Jennifer stumbles to the side and barely avoids getting smoked by a genuine power punch. Camilla still moves forward to drop more uppercuts before the Hollyoaks actress regains her footing but she only pounds her onto the ropes where she gets clinched into safety as Metcalfe stalls the action on purpose. Both women clash heads and trade verbal insults come the final minute but the referee allows them to settle it their own way which only ignites more reaction from the Diamond corner where Tamara Ecclestone demands Metcalfe to be docked a point for intentional headbutt. Travesty!

Round 4:
Jennifer storms back to land several head shots as Camilla's aggressive style comes at a hefty price. She gets bullied in the heads up exchange and appears to be rather vulnerable when punched to the body which the Lookout! corner has noticed. Another clash of heads raises the tempers but Luddington can't do anything about it and gets flushed back to the ropes where Metcalfe plugs her in the rack and works the harpoon delivery to keep the fellow brunette shut down for remainder of the round. Camilla drills a rare response in the stomach and traps Jennifer in a standing headlock which finally forces referee into some action but both women ignore him and end up crashing down onto the canvas right at the bell for extra artistic impression.

Round 5:
Camilla flicks more head shots trying to expose Jennifer's high guard but the action soon turns into a gut-checking contest before the Diamond brunette rips a left hook into the liver area to send Metcalfe into a hectic retreat. Luddington makes the most of this oppirtunity and hassles the reeling foe onto the ropes where she goes all slugging again to keep the Hollyoaks stalwart under serious duress during the second minute. Jennifer tries to swing back from behind the guard but fails to find her zone and gets picked off by a late jabbing rally as Camilla duly runs up the score to forge ahead on the cards. She belts the subdued woman just above the waist-line at the bell and finally earns a genuine praise from coach Davina McCall during the interval.

Round 6:
Jennifer hits the turbo button and flies in with a jabbing dose that knocks Camilla backwards but she still tries to regain her dominant position and pushes off her heels only to find a heavy left hook blasting her on the nose instead. Jennifer quickly fire another combo to tag the chin and Camilla is slow to react which allows the Hollyoaks brunette to SMOKE her with a right hook on the ear that DROPS LUDDINGTON ONTO HER KNEES!!! Uh-oh!!! That was a nasty punch from Jennifer who struts back to her corner while Camilla tries to get up almost too quickly for her own good and only slumps into the referee's arms in the middle of the count. She remains dizzy enough at eight but wants to continue... until she fades onto the ropes and can't quite hold the line so the ref calls the fight off despite loud protests from Tamara E. and Davina McCall!!! TKO6 Jennifer Metcalfe!!!

AFTER: Camilla looked quite dangerous for a while but these women nearing cougar territory can be vulnerable enough to be exposed at any moment and Jennifer managed to find the sweet spot and send the overseas camper down for the count. Tamara Ecclestone is still furious with the result and claims Jennifer should have been DQ for multiple head-butts however that is pure wishful thinking on her behalf and gets immediately shot down by Denise van Outen in the booth. However the Diamond crew is determined to set the record straight and vows to send Sophia Peschisolido for a revenge mission if neccessary. Jennifer remains unimpressed by the post-fight mouthing off and tells everyone to stay off her elite lawn which leads into some towel throwing before the security guards restore order in the ring. We haven't seen the last of this dust-up yet as Tamara Ecclestone is allergic to anything related to Paris Hilton & her boxing franchise.
