"I've had a f*cking sh*t year in 2021,” Bella Thorne says with a shake of the head. “After losing my title I kinda lost focus and hit a tough stretch. I'mma start fresh this year and get back to my rightful place at the top of this division. I'm stronger than ever after gaining the weight I wanted to gain and bitches are gonna feel a big difference in the ring, starting with Caity tonight. How is this b*tch ranked above me I have NO clue, but I'm going to put her back in her rightful place tonight. Can’t wait. Let's f*cking go!"

Caity Lotz, the Medallion Boxing starlet currently ranked #8 on the Bantamweight leaderboards, secured for herself a relatively good year with some firm victories over Kaya Scodelario and Samara Weaving. Based on her win-loss ratio, however, it’s safe for us to say that might explain her lead over Bella Thorne's own record in 2021, which wasn’t as stellar by comparison.

Lotz acknowledges this fact as much next, remaining calm as she pushes her long blonde hair backwards before replying from the other end of the table:

“Look, I respect Bella and all that she’s done, but she doesn’t know what the hell she’s talking about. I’ve worked my way up the ladder through nothing but blood, sweat and tears. I’ve earned my f*cking spot, ladies. If she wants to go out of her way to get KO’ed by Selena Gomez and Elizabeth Olsen, that’s her problem. Me? I pick and choose my opponents to beat, and Thorne is going to be on that very list tonight.”

A heated affair as blonde and redhead square off at the podium moments later, with Thorne looking incensed by Caity’s comments and towering over her with her three-inch height advantage to rub it in. Caity, however, makes up for her lack of verticality with her sheer punching power, and though she most recently fell to Shay Mitchell (as did Bella), she’s put some of the other girls away with convincing KOs before the sixth round sounded its bell. Thankfully, Bella holds her tongue (and fists), meeting the actress with raised digits but promising to kickstart 2022 with a dominant and clean win.

Hours later, we’re back in the arena and ready for ten rounds of Bantamweight action. Thorne hopes to leapfrog her way back into the top ten of the rankings, whereas Caity might just end up with a championship shot if she manages to come out on top tonight. Thorne is wearing a red bikini top and black yoga pants, black gloves and her hair in a messy ponytail as she strikes a pose on stage as silver sparklers swivel for a jaw dropping backdrop. She marches to the ring with a confident smile, blowing kisses to the fans who are just as excited as her to witness the new 2022 Bella Thorne. Caity’s turn sees her marching down the ramp with a focused expression on her face. She’s wearing a white sports bra and blue boxing trunks, and white gloves strapped on either hand, her blonde hair in a tight ponytail. She ignores the cheers of the fans, by contrast, before removing the hoodie from her head in the corner of the ring.

The ref calls both women to the center of the ring to go over some final instructions, with Bella and Caity actually touching gloves as a sign for respect before marching back to their corners ready to rumble, only waiting for the bell to sound and…HERE WE GO with the referee’s wave of the hand and the bell!

ROUND 1:
It’s a must-win scenario for Bella Thorne as she strides into the fray with focus and purpose. Caity being ranked in the top 10 must certainly rattle her bones, and already she’s planting leather all over the blonde’s arms, hoping to initiate this fight and finish it strong. Lotz is playing the long game, wincing whenever she takes a jab to the face or forehead, but for the most part, holds her own sauce. Thorne is like a moving target in front of her, constantly blurring left and right trying to get into her head. Bella’s weight gain may have added to her power but in turn the Doll has lost a bit of her speed and agility and Lotz is able to land her fair share of attacks to Bella’s guard, fewer but more powerful right hands slamming in to show Thorne why she’s the lesser ranked opponent in this match-up. Thorne slightly surprised as she goes barreling backwards in the final minute, having taken a particularly nasty straight hand to the arms before another almost cuts her in half when Lotz lands on her belly. Bell rings and it’s safe to predict how Caity’s power might be employed in the long-term as she takes the opening round wide!

ROUND 2:
Caity is still using her power to dictate terms, Bella making it kinda easy for her whenever she steps into her direct line of fire. Lotz is slamming the big redhead about, but with Bella’s thicker frame she’s able to absorb a few more power blows than she used to. But another strong right hand is driven into the arms and Thorne has had enough of staying at that range, opts to scoot on back and tag the blonde to her face with her longer reach. Thorne earns more points for herself with this new method, and though it may not be as flashy as a hook or uppercut combo, it gets the job done. Caity winces each time she receives a jab to her nose or her cheek gets bunched in, also opting for a more defensive approach in the final minute, as the two ladies dance this round out. Lotz with a close number, though it’s quite clear that Bella intends to catch up to her ASAP.

ROUND 3:
And here comes Bella, back-to-basics boxing as the redhead keeps her feet moving whilst her hands are flashing thunder. Caity looks OUT-classed in there all of a freakin’ second, taking a flurry to the face before being forced to absorb another hook to the head outta nowhere! When Bella wants to brawl with you, she makes it crystal clear, as she continues to headhunt the Medallion girl all about the ring and back. Caity regains her composure closer to the second minute, hunkering down and taking the punches to her arms and stomach before swishing back with mighty right hands. Thorne, however, fully prepared, swerves like she’s bent bamboo in a Hollywood action flick, tags the shorter girl again to the chin to send her stumbling! But the bell rings too soon, and Lotz has to stumble back to her corner to admit that she didn’t manage to capitalise on her first two rounds of successes!

ROUND 4:
Thorne continues to abuse and showcase her skills and upgraded power in 2022, immediately leaping back into the fray and driving Lotz on the defensive with flurry after flurry sent upstairs. Lotz needs to turn things around if she hopes to stay in the top ten of the rankings. But she’s being overwhelmed with punches to her face, and barely manages to see where she’s going before Thorne is yet again set upon her, banging fists into her nostrils and lips, then trying to take her head off with a superb uppercut to the arms. But it still takes a while to fell a giant, it appears, as Lotz manages to regain her footing in the second half of the fight. The American actress, dancer and singer is also quick on her feet, able to dance with the heavier former champion and at least stay out of range of her more dangerous attacks. Last few seconds and Caity gets in some power shots of her own into Bella’s body, and while they succeed in drawing the ire of the Doll, it won’t be enough to turn the tide for the fourth.

ROUND 5:
Bella going for broke, probably not just wants the win, but wants to win in convincing fashion. Her early assault is halted in its tracks, however, when Lotz comes out of her own corner guns ablazing, with the two women CLASHING in the center of the ring in a blitz of flying arms and limbs! Thorne of course going up high, smacking a right hook clean between the eyes of Lotz. But Caity was ALSO mid-swing, and she bashes a hook of her own into the side of Bella’s face, to shock her silly as well! AND HERE COMES CAITY, roaring inwards despite the stars swimming above her head! She hounds and hounds Thorne backwards, smelling blood, rocking the Doll with overhands and wide lunges towards her head! Bella’s confidence suddenly thrown out the window with the bigger woman already covering up and retreating - what started as a promising round for herself and possible victory has quickly gone down the gutter, as Lotz huffs away on her arms and tries to bring her down instead, or at least pin her down to the ropes. Bella, however, shows her fighting spirit as she hops and weaves and bobs about, successfully dodging another wild hook aimed for her head. The Doll resets at the opposite side of the ring when the bell rings, panting and looking quite startled, but safe for the time being from potential disaster. Wide round swings back to Miss Lotz, as you can imagine, and Bella’s victory parade will have to be put on hold for now!

ROUND 6:
Ladies are moving slightly more cautiously, a couple of steps forward when the bell rings but nothing more. They exchange jabs from afar, one hand always raised and covering their chin, just in case the other girl makes a break for it and decides to run her down. No such action for the first minute, as Thorne herself becomes weary of her Caity’s punching power. But Lotz herself seems to have run out of juice, that last round blitz attack surely not doing wonders for her own stamina. She’s heaving and breathing hard with every passing second, till finally, the Dollhouse corner begins to urge Bella forward, telling her it's safe to push in for a possible kill. Bella Thorne nodding, acknowledging, before pressing in, suddenly picks up the pace of her jab combos fired at Caity’s head, no doubt testing the waters as well as doing some damage. Any damage, really, at this point. Lotz, not responding well, grunts and lets out a squeal of outrage when another right hand from Bella’s squeezed into her mouth to shove her backwards in shock. Bell rings and Thorne takes it, of course, and has renewed confidence about where the rest of this fight might be headed.

ROUND 7:
It’s all Bella Thorne's show for a round, as she shows NO hesitation this time in mowing Caity down! Lotz is like a tank ran out of gas as she groans and sputters under the weight of the sudden onslaught, with Bella leaping in at her at the opening bell and NOT letting up on the action! Left-right combos pound away at her arms and stomach before Thorne goes for the knockout swings at her head. Lotz, for her part, manages to survive long enough to get BLASTED into the ropes, her back glued to the corner as Bella pins her down with more and more dashing swings! Another hook nails her on the chin, and Lotz goes spinning around multiple times in quick succession - she finally LOSES her balance and DOWN SHE GOES!! Lotz left in shock down on her face, her hands pawing at the canvas above her head… The referee takes one hard look at the state of things and WAVES the rest of this fight over! That’s it! Thorne takes it in seven rounds!

Official Decision: Bella Thorne defeats Caity Lotz via KO7!

AFTER:
A confident smile on Bella’s face as the bell rings to signal her victory - it’s the first of 2022 and surely many more to come, and the Doll raises her right arm high to both acknowledge the cheers of the fans as well as soak them in for her own benefit.

Caity gets pulled upwards by her hair in the aftermath of the festivities, Bella not giving two fucks about her squeals of protest or the fact that she’s knocked out too cold to know what’s going on besides the sharp pain shooting through her scalp. Thorne makes it quick, however, dragging the beaten blonde to the center of the ring before posing over her with a foot planted firmly into her heaving chest.

Caity ain’t going anywhere at this time (well, maybe out of the top ten rankings), as her body is too spent to protest or try and get free from the humiliating position below. A bigger and stronger than ever Bella Thorne is back in dominant form and is ready to take the division by storm as she strikes her signature pose above the fallen blonde: both biceps flexed for the cameras, her tongue stuck out amidst the dishevelled mane of red and orange hair, as she seals in her win tonight.

Bella exits the ring shortly after, keeps it short and to the point when asked for comments.
“Demi, hope you’re watching. I’m coming for my belt. Yeah, you heard me. MY f*cking belt!” Bella then flips off the cameras and struts out of the ring to the sound of deafening cheers from her many fans who got to see the biggest Dollhouse star in top form tonight.

We’re looking forward to seeing Bella Thorne version 2022 rampaging through the bantamweight division. It’s going to be a blast!
