BEFORE: Former Sports Illustrated model Catrinel Menghia makes her official boxing debut tonight and there is literally no tape on this woman since she hasn't been active in BBU either. Lioness Club tried to contact Alina Vacariu for more details and Lily Aldridge herself recalls Cat was merely the second rate entry back in the day at SI events which means she was reduced to oil wrestling duty. Ouch! Will the new face cause an upset on the 'New Faces' PPV? Wouldn't happen for the first time!

Round 1:
Lily makes sure the newcomer doesn't stretch her elbows too much during the opening dispute and develops a hectic head-hunting plan to stay on top of the fellow brunette. Catrinel lands a couple of single punches but soaks up a nasty left hook on the brow ridge and thinks better off it. She spins away into mid-range and tries to weather the American's jabbing storm but her counter-punching efforts falls wide of the mark. Lily is urged by the crowd to really crank up the volume and she rides the wave thumping Menghia onto the turnbuckle where she drills her exposed midsection for a good measure. Catrinel clinches her into safety but cuts a very defensive figure and almost gets tackled to the ground when Aldridge tries to break free in the closing seconds. The hip toss attempt proves unsuccessful though.

Round 2:
Catrinel gets more aggressive and almost catches Lily flat with a quick head-hunting charge but the American avoids the initial attack and digs deep into the Romanian's midsection instead. This is where these rookies usually hurt the most but Catrinel withstands the test and blasts Aldridge on the mouth with a wild hook. Lily has to acknowledge that effort and weaves to the side only for Menghia to find a looping follow up that nails the fellow brunette on the nose. Catrinel jumps into a hectic head-hunting charge again and while she struggles to land a truly big punch, she drops Aldridge into a steady retreat and traps her along the ropes to turn some heads in the crowd. She whacks the subdued American on the chest and keeps adding more jug shots to bend Lily into quiet spasms come the bell. Ugh! Even FMF coach Shannon Elizabeth didn't see that recovery coming!

Round 3:
Lily goes back to the head-hunting plan but Catrinel finds more rhythm slugging through those attacks and she knocks several crisp shots into the fellow brunette's face. Lily trips over her own feet and loses her balance which only allows Menghia to land more vicious shots up the middle before a scything cross on the chin drops Aldridge into another worrying retreat. Lioness coach Eva Mendes begins to lose her patience but Catrinel fails to follow through with enough power supply and settles for artistic impression value bouncing the American around the ring through steady single-hand assault. She doesn't really punish Aldridge here but maybe we shouldn't expect too much haze from the newcomer after all? Oh, wait! A brutal hook on the brow ridge slumps Lily on the ropes late in the going and Catrinel signs off with a belting double on the liver area that sinks the American into more spasms at the bell.

Round 4:
Menghia smells blood and tries to set the early tone but bounces off the top of Aldridge's forehead and catches a hard right on the chin. She sinks on jelly knees upon impact and Lily manages to blast her on the nose with a swift follow up. The American keeps the foot on the throttle and blitzes the briefly stunned opponent with another ruthless double before drilling an extra uppercut on the chin. Ugh! Catrinel slumps into more spasms and gets stuck on her heels which allows Lily to SMOKE her with a brutal scything cross on the nose one more time... DOWN GOES MENGHIA!!! Uh-oh!! The brave rookie half-spins while going downstairs and crashes hard on the boards amid a wild cheer from the audience! She tries to get up as quickly as possible but suddenly the vertigo takes over and she slumps on all fours while crawling towards her corner. Will she make it? She will NOT!!! She remains down on all fours when the ref screams "TEN" and this challenge is over! KO4 Lily Aldridge!!!

AFTER: The victorious brunette shakes her head and admits she almost fumbled a clear cut home run performance. Meanwhile it doesn't seem like Catrinel is destined for oil wrestling undercards despite a losing effort but she paid a rookie price after all. FMF coach Shannon Elizabeth vows to bring the Romanian model back for another try sooner rather than later and warns Tractorpull Magazine about using the "dancing hooker" excuse or she will personally visit the notorious blonde reporter in her fancy Nashville office.
