Before: Yet again, Katherine Heigl denies retirement rumours as she steps into the ring after a year of silence, coming off a round three loss to Paula Patton. On the other hand, Elsa Hosk is coming off a stable debut win against Jennifer Lawrence, looking somewhat annoyed about having to face such a "boring" opponent.

"Katherine Heigl, seriously? This is my follow-up to Jennifer Lawrence, after all that training and hard work they're putting me in the ring with a has-been who hasn't won a fight since 2010. A lot has changed in eleven years, mostly her figure." Elsa says with a gratifying look on her face.
"Ugh! Who are you to talk, missy? First of all, I put fighting aside so I can focus on my career. And speaking of fighting, I'll have you know that I won seven titles over the years which is seven more than you. So, if you think you've got what it takes then you'll just have to prove it." Kathy snaps aggressively.

Hosk smirks briefly and enters the ring wearing a matching black bikini paired up with red gloves, her slim body is enough to get the crowd going wild. Heigl is in a yellow sports bra, black leggings, and gloves, showing off her busty, curvaceous figure.

Round 1: Kathy's on a warpath, throwing a hailstorm of lefts and rights close to Elsa's face, missing mostly but pushing her backwards into ropes then slinging cheeky left hooks to the model's ribs and belly. She follows up with a series of jabs to her breasts and a vile uppercut of the jaw. Elsa's shellshocked but manages to get out of there, tagging Heigl with a one-two on her way out. Kathy won't let her slip from grasp that easily, she pursues while swinging high and wide hoping to corner her a second time, but Elsa keeps it smart, keeps moving, using impressive footwork to keep distance and/or dodge when Heigl gets too close for comfort. Not much coming from Elsa offence wise, she spends most of the round fending off Kathy's aggressive barrages, doing well to defend but getting clipped every now and then. Hosk managed to tire out her opponent as Heigl walked to her corner huffing and puffing but the Swede found herself behind on points.

Round 2: The second round sees a more active Elsa as she meets Kathy in the middle ready to negotiate. Heigl is still hell-bent on hurting the Swede, opening with an ambitious uppercut, swinging high and wide. Elsa dodges to the side and counters with a left to Kathy ribs and a straight right to the boobs, agitating her even more. Heigl all offence, firing from all angles, hoping to catch the blonde's chin or torso. Elsa does her best to wait out the assault, gets clipped here and there but manages to mostly stay out of it. Heigl eventually slows down giving Elsa time to strike, she goes in with a hard right to Kathy's gut, solid jabbing series to the face making the older girl wobbly then finishing off with an uppercut to the jaw as Katherine Heigl goes down for the count. She shakes her head, wipes her mouth, and climbs up along the ropes at the count of seven. Elsa looks to finish Kathy off along the ropes, goes in for the kill but gets caught by a right hook, a left to the plexus follows up and Heigl manages to sneak off the ropes in time for the bell, losing out on points but staying in the fight.

Round 3: Heigl is still the aggressor, pressuring the Swede relentlessly, Elsa punching back in an attempt to slow her down but Heigl presses forward like a charging bull, walking her down and jabbing her body. Hosk is hit with a straight right, takes a few steps back, finds herself entangled into the ropes, responds with a right but Kathy's left catches her first. Kathy administers a ropeside beating, digging into Elsa's abdomen with hooks, jabbing for her face and torso as the Swede takes a knee just before the second minute. She's up at six, mitts at chin looking for a way off the ropes but Kathy won't allow it, working the jab, keeping Hosk where's she wants her. Heigl is in control during the final minute, continues working blonde's midsection and ribs, Hosk butt in ropes, defending well and looking for an opening but doesn't find any. Elsa manages to hold out until the bell thanks to her fantastic legs but is behind on points again.

Round 4: Heigl trigger-happy, swinging at the ever so slightly shorter blonde, Elsa shook by last rounds result, starting to show a lack of confidence as Kathy plucks away at her. Again, she spends most of the round dodging, hoping Heigl would just slow down and tire out, but she shows no signs of stoppage. Elsa keeps her composure, looks for openings, manages to smash a left to the ribs, takes a right to the cheek in return before backing out. Elsa starts to find cracks in Heigl's repetitive strategy, manages to find multiple openings and dish-out punishment to ribs and midsection, slowly wearing Kathy down. Heigl not listening to the advice being given to her, continues to pursue the model guns blazing often hitting nothing but air. Hosk goes with a wide right smashing her cheek, Heigl steps back momentarily to come back to her senses but Hosk smashes another left to the temple and finally a hard uppercut to the gut as Heigl slumps down to all fours. She gasps for air and begins to climb along the ropes but she's too late, the ref counts her out.

After: Heigl is in denial after the fighting, refusing to accept that she's lost to "Elsa Hosk of all people." As she stated. She's still looking to end off her career with a win but it's proving to be a difficult task.

"Starting off 2022 with a win is a big accomplishment and a definite morale booster. 2021 wasn't the greatest or the most eventful year for me but it ended well so here's to hoping that this year will be an all-around improvement. I'm starting to feel comfortable in my new stable and I think they have some big plans for me and the others as well." Elsa talks to the press.
