BEFORE:

"Obviously, a HUGE opportunity for me," says Embla with a gorgeous smile. "I know I can compete at this level, and, tonight, I get a chance to prove it."

"I love it when girls think they're going to PROVE something against me," says Peyton with a smile of her own. "Let's see how that works out for her."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that is 'Heatwaves' by Glass Animals, and here comes Icelandic beauty Embla Wigum!"

McCarthy: "Another tomato can with NO FCBA wins! Where does Weirdo FIND these girls?"

Cassie: "In this case, in ICELAND..."

McCarthy: "You know what I MEAN...and, SHUT UP, SCABBO!"

O'Dell: "Wigum rose to fame on TikTok as a makeup artist, to further answer Mac's question..."

McCarthy: "Tomato cans! The world is full of them and Weirdo is DETERMINED to bring them ALL in here..."

O'Dell: "Embla into the ring and helped off with the robe to reveal a lavender number and a body that's clearly been well trained for her FCBA debut..."

All I wanna eat, is cherry licorice

I don't care if it sounds ridiculous

Even the birds and the bees

Eat how they damn well please

O'Dell: "And, that's 'Cherry Licorice' by the Felice Brothers you hear behind us, and that can only mean that 'The Cobra' Peyton List is on her way to the ring!"

Tess: "List ran off five straight wins after joining Front Street last year, as she looks to make the most of her third chance at management. And, with Kat Dennings retired, she definitely has a chance to move up in the bantamweight pecking order at Front Street this year..."

Cassie: "Definitely could be a big year for Peyton."

O'Dell: "List into the ring and helped off with the robe by Jewel and Neve, and she's looking plenty good in that baby blue number she likes, if the crowd reaction is any indication. Ladies are about ready. Time for some picks. Tess likes Peyton. Mac?"

McCarthy: "NO FCBA wins! List!"

O'Dell: "Cassie?"

Cassie: "I agree with Tess!"

O'Dell: "Unanimous again, and Peyton wants to make everyone look good early as she gets to work with the jab. List has the reach advantage over Wigum, and she's making use of it right now. Embla moving the head and feet, working past now, getting inside to bang a little body in there."

Cassie: "Wigum moves very, very well."

O'Dell: "Yes, she does. And not just the feet. Head and hands as well. Makes herself hard to find. And, that's always a good thing for a fighter. For her part, Peyton IS finding, using that long jab to set up solid right hand follows. But, when Embla can slip that jab, Wigum's getting work done herself."

McCarthy: "Another kid who's not being shy in her debut. Maybe these tomato cans are starting to realize Weirdo's Dancing Hookers aren't that GOOD..."

O'Dell: "Down the stretch in the first. It's been good, two-way stuff the entire way, and that's not changing now. List getting points scored at range with that jab, but Wigum offsetting much of it on the inside. Much, but not all. There's the bell. Close, but Peyton List claims the points."

Tess: "And takes the 10-9 lead."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Embla closing and banging to start the second. And, she's got Peyton in retreat right now. Wigum getting off lusty, hooking body and head and making Peyton very uncomfortable in there. List tying up, but Wigum levers her, goes right back to work on the body."

McCarthy: "I LOVE this. TAKE IT to that Dancing Hooker!"

O'Dell: "Wigum has really changed the complexion of this fight just with added aggression. She's ALL up in List's grill, and Peyton's unable to restore the distance she wants, at least at the moment. GOOD right hook by Wigum and List ties up again, this time forcing a break."

Tess: "Peyton needs to either find a way to enforce the range or start banging with."

O'Dell: "Good point, because, right now, she's not doing either, and the results aren't pretty. Instead, the shorter blonde is in control, taking the fight to List, who's being backed up once again. Five seconds to go. GOOD right, Wigum and there's the bell. It's Embla and it's wide."

Cassie: "And, we're even at 19."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Wigum right back in Peyton's grill and List doing what Tess suggested here and banging with. GOOD right hand from Peyton backs Embla up a step, but Wigum stepping right back in and going back to the body. List hooking ribs and tummy now, giving as good as she gets in there..."

Cassie: "This isn't Peyton's game, exactly. She likes to use her length and box at range, but..."

O'Dell: "She's showing she can fight on these terms. Ladies doing some serious digging to the body right now, though neither is neglecting the upstairs. Good left hook from Wigum and LIST ROCKS HER WITH A RIGHT UPPERCUT! Wigum clinches and GETS DROPPED BY A RIGHT HOOK!"

Tess: "And she may not be getting up from that..."

O'Dell: "List quickly to a neutral corner. Embla down on her right side. Referee's count at three. Four. Five. Wigum rolling to her belly at six. Seven. Eight. Not going to happen. Nine. TEN! It's OVER! Embla face down on the canvas as the count passes her by and it's OVER and your winner by KO3 is 'The Cobra' Peyton List!"

McCarthy: "The Dancing Hooker got lucky!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I have our winner, Peyton List, and Peyton, things got physical in there..."

Peyton (nodding): "Yeah. She wanted to get in the booth. Not really my preference, but, hey, if that's how you want it, let's see how it goes for you."

O'Dell: "Things have gone VERY well for you since coming to Front Street..."

Peyton: "And, they're going to CONTINUE to go well. Last spring, people were saying I was, basically, DONE at 23, a two-time loser nobody wanted. Well. How'd that go for THEM?"
