BEFORE: It's time for some home nations action as former welterweight title challenger Alexina Graham returns into the ring to square off against former Miss Scotland Nicola Mimnagh who vows to kickstart her own career this fall. Both these women are confident of success and the Cardiff Arena audience is ready to see them batter each other into complete oblivion but BBU TV's Kate Abdo believes one punch could shut someone's lights off.

There's a guest commentator in the booth and it's former lightweight champion Rochelle Humes who teases to reveal a special message after tonight's fight and most fans on social media believe this wn't be retirement-related whatsoever!

Alexina Graham wears a teal green bikini set & white gloves. Long red hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Nicola Mimnagh wears a navy blue bikini set & white gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a curled ponytail. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the welterweight division.

Round 1:
Alexina gets off to a hot start drilling through the brunette's high guard in the opening minute but the proverbial haymaker punch just isn't there to be found so early into the contest and Nicola manages to overcome the slow start to smack some overhands into the redhead's face down the stretch. Both women settle down in classic back back & forth exchange and the single punches dominate the second half of the round - with minimal revenue. Nicola shakes off another nasty hook on the temple and lands more shots into the redhead's face however she might have lost the eye test here in the opener but there's a long way to go.

Round 2:
Alexina rolls out with the trigger-happy swings and she knocks a solid combo in the brunette's face however Nicola accepts the slugging challenge and rips it into the redhead's face herself. Both women engage in a vicious back & forth dispute if only the precision isn't quite there as Nicola bounces off the top of Graham's forehead and loses her momentum down the stretch. Alexina responds by dropping low to pummel the Scottish ribcage and she drives Mimnagh onto the ropes where she keeps working downstairs to expand her advanage. Nicola is shut out on offense and has to clinch the English model to find some respite.

Rounds 3 & 4:
Both women look rusty here and the search for the ultimate haymaker further stalls the action during the next two rounds. Alexina teases Nicole to go after her dropping her gloves by the hips but the former Miss Scotland is unwilling to take the bait. The Cardiff audience doesn't like this at all but both women ignore the jeering and keep sending one-punch "assault" that even makes Kate Abdo angry in the booth. Rochelle Humes agrees with the criticism and claims she can go out there right now and knock both of these slags out! More cliching and shoving in the fourth and it's some ugly piece of boxing we're watching here. A quick shot to Nicola's groin serves as the highlight as Graham gets lectured over her tactics to close out the round.

Round 5:
Alexina flies in with the drilling attempt and she rattles Nicola with a double combo on each temple but a clash of heads allows the older woman to escape more trouble. Graham almost loses her footing and is forced to chase the Scottish foe in mid-range for majority of the round. Mimnagh is by no means a footwork demon but she lures the Victoria's Secret model into a counter-punching trap late in the going and dishes out some heat to spin the carrot ponytail around. She makes another slugging push to drop an uppercut rally and send Alexina sliding onto the ropes but the clock runs out before she can make more inroads.

Round 6:
Nicola feels like she can break through with some elite punches right now and she gives Alexina a hiding knocking some hard slugs into her body; she also clips her boobs and drives a wicked hook into the solar plexus that stuffs the Nottingham model into her loudest spasms of the night. More pressure coming from the brunette and she clobbers the former title challenger onto the ropes where she works the piston right hand to thump Graham's breadbasket into visible swelling. Alexina has to clinch the charging opponent and she applies a dirty headlock which meets with a shot to the groin. Another pause and both women get lectured by the ref with Rochelle Humes verbally upset in the booth. Nicola slams another one-two combo into Alexina's face before the clock runs out and she's fuming all the way to her corner afterwards.

Rounds 7 & 8:
Mimnagh seeks that head-hunting missile to make the most out of her seemingly dominant position but Alexina keeps her at bay and swings over the fences to find a proper answer and hold off the Scottish charge during the next two rounds. Nicola intends to dish out as much heat as possible though; she laces it up in the phone booth and works on the redhead's cleavage before both women tangle up along the ropes. Alexina finally loses her temper and bumps the brunette in the chest herself but her head-hunting effort misses the mark and allows Mimnagh to regain control in the closing stages. More of the same in the eight, too much phone booth boxing to carry enough power supply and both women cut a frustrated figure when they wrestle for supremacy in the corner. Ref stays away from it and we're heading into the money rounds with the outcome of this bout still hanging in the balance.

Round 9:
Alexina takes off with the slugging pounce and leaves Nicola dancing around on her toes in avoidance. More verbal taunts follow but the pageant winner doesn't bite on it and lets the English model slice thin air until she scoops a left overhand on the eye that wobbles Graham into an uppercut combo that finally allows Mimnagh to spread out from both wings. She hammers the redhead onto the ropes and drills through her midsection to maintain control... Alexina tries to swing back from the hole but she can't stretch her elbows here and gets clobbered into a worrying standstill as Nicola cleans up her pocket and bangs more hard shots on the already swollen stomach to end the round. Ugh! Kate Abdo thinks Alexina needs a knockout here in the tenth...

Round 10:
Sure enough, the redhead goes for the big kay-oh but Nicola slips by the initial charge and hangs back in mid-range to trigger even more desperate hassle from the English rival. Alexina wants to lay down the slugging law but keeps missing with her approach and eats a counter-punching response in the second minute with Mimnagh not resting on her laurels just yet. She clubs additional hooks to the redhead's cleavage as well and really takes the last ounce of energy from Graham's lungs. Alexina's body is unable to find that last final push for glory and the back & forth exchange that follows only adds to Mimnagh's resume as she nails the ailing redhead with one last combo at the bell. Comes back 96-94 for your winner through unanimous decision Nicola Mimnagh!!!

AFTER: This is a small upset right here and Alexina can't believe how she got outboxed by the allegedly less accomplished opponent. This wasn't a gimme match-up overall but Kate Abdo expected the Nottingham model to come through and pick up a contender buzz again. That has been postponed for the time being.

Over to Rochelle Humes who announces she will return to the ring later this month with a high-profile clash against American model Scarlett Leithold: "I feel like the lightweight crown is there for the taking! I just need two-three good fights and I'm right back in the picture. No offense to HollY Peers but BBU can do better than a frickin' glamour model holding on to the belts!"
