Intro:
We kick off the fourth round of this years Diamond Boxing Tournament sees two women looking to break their duck in the tournament, Kate Bock (0-3) and Lais Ribeiro (0-3) have both struggled, Lais still needing to get her first win on the board in her career.

Venturing down under for this fight, both women gave their thoughts on camera in the Green and Gold magazines offices, the interviewer Sarah Cummings asking both for their thoughts on the fight, with Kate the first to speak on camera as she sits in front of the camera in a red dress, red sandals as she nods to the camera.

Asked about her feelings about the tournament so far, Kate admits "well it hasn't been great has it?" Laughing, she then continues "but I have to keep my head up, besides I am only fighting Lais now, she isn't exactly pulling up trees herself" a chuckle heard from behind the camera.

Kate tells Sarah "while I've started badly, I am going to win the rest of my fights, I entered this tournament to prove myself and I won't be leaving it finishing it in last place" a determined expression on her face, she blows a kiss to Sarah before leaving the office with a smile.

Lais meanwhile sits wearing a black tank top with black yoga pants and trainers, showing off her impressive physique as she sits in the hot seat, looking like she wants to be anywhere else but talking on camera about her tournament experience so far, telling Sarah "this won't take long" as she leans forwards.

"I am sick of being written off, I've had some of these supposed great fighters on the ropes, I've been so close yet I have not closed the deal, this time I will as you don't scare me Kate, you've been touted to be a star and yet look at you, you're crawling on the canvas looking defeated every fight now, all you in the media try to say I shouldn't be in the tournament, when I f**k up Kate, I hope Kate is told that" says the Brazilian bombshell, pushing out her seat to leave the set, not interested in saying goodbye to Cummings.

Fight night in Melbourne's Kooyong Stadium, first through the curtain comes Kate with her coach beside her, she looks a little more relaxed then her previous fights as she waves to fans at ringside, stepping in the ring wearing a white bikini with red gloves, hair in a ponytail as she bounces on her toes in her corner, nodding to her coach that she won't let this chance pass her by to get on the scoreboard.

Now here comes Lais with her coach behind her, she marches down the aisle with her eyes on the ring, she climbs through the ropes into the ring wearing a black bikini with gold trim, gold boxing gloves, her hair is braided as she poses with her arms in the air, eyes locked onto her opponent as she sneers at her.

Referee waves the fighters to the center of the ring, both girls hands on hips as they stare daggers at each other, the final instructions are read out, both women slam their gloves into their opponent's, then jog back to their corners looking keen to get started, the bell rings to start 10 rounds of welterweight action.

Round 1:
As the action kicks off Kate is already looking to pressure Lais with her target being the body of the taller fighter, Lais being peppered around her abs as she boxes in response off her back foot, drilling her punches into the top of Kate's head to stop her charging her down, it's a solid start to the fight for Bock as she holds the center.

But a mistimed right cross leads her to taking a jab flush on her forehead, a right cross then follows to turn Kate's head, suddenly momentum turns around as Lais has her opening, bashing back the Canadian fighter with stiff combination punching, Kate having to tighten her guard as she is seeing Lais isn't a complete pushover as she assumes.

In fact Lais holds the center quite well, forcing back Kate with nudges to her face, outworking her rival in their exchanges as Kate looks a little worried when the punches are coming her way, Lais drilling a few punches into the chest of Kate for good measure to let her know she isn't going to have an easy time, at the bell Lais storms back to her corner, she is hyped up for this fight knowing on paper it could be winnable after months of hard losses.

Round 2:
Lais tries to build off her last round by stepping in more with her punches, her coach doesn't look so sure at that tactic as Lais gets caught with punches around her stomach in response, both women wanting to control the pace as Kate is up on her toes more looking to counter her way in.

The opportunity presents itself after Lais overextends with a straight, two left hooks land under Lais's ribs before an uppercut sends her onto her heels, Kate driving the Brazilian beauty to the ropes, thudding away to the body as Ribeiro covers up, needing to shove back Bock to escape the ropes.

Problem for Lais is she has let Kate in the front door, Kate isn't budging so easily, with both trading on the inside, a right buries itself into Lais's belly button to make her hiss, followed by a clubbing overhand left onto the side of her head, the taller woman shelling up as she is bullied into a neutral corner in the dying seconds, at the bell Kate evens the scorecards in most peoples eyes, jogging back to the corner where she stays standing, wanting at Lais as soon as she can.

Round 3:
Both women are making mistakes trying to win this fight, Kate too keen early on as Lais pops her to the face with nice straight punches, she is missing with power punches as she wants to keep the pressure on her fellow model, instead leaving herself too open to a counter.

Lais doesn't seem too keen to punch through Kate though, that last round still seems to be on her mind as they box around the ring, giving Kate time to readjust her tactics, Kate catching Lais with a jab to the solar plexus, followed by a right cross up top that turns Lais's head to the side, Kate muscling her onto the ropes, where Lais clinches up.

Resuming after being split apart, Lais starts to come back at Kate with a nice one-two through her mitts, again she doesn't really throw many power punches, either being clever or too cautious, Kate is landing several crisp punches in reply, the bell rings with both with things to be happy about, Lais being told to be more aggressive once she has Kate on the back foot.

Round 4:
Slinging out more combos now they are warmed up to the task at hand, Lais is trying to do as she was advised, Kate though slips a right cross to bury an uppercut into the solar plexus of her opponent, Lais groans before an overhand left slams across her chin, causing her to stumble a step to the side.

Kate piles on the pressure as she drives her opponent to the ropes, Lais tries to fight her way off them, instead an uppercut rocks her head back as she has jelly legs, ANOTHER UPPERCUT SENDS LAIS CRUMBLING TO ALL FOURS!

Kate jogs over to the neutral corner with her eyes on her opponent, 1...2....3....4.. Lais tries to push up but is weak, she collapses to her left side, 5...6...7... Lais shuts her eyes as she groans, 8...9...10 it's all over! Lais can't beat the count!

Winner Kate Bock KO Round 4

After:
Kate is back on the winners podium after a bad run of results, she turns to the fans with a cheeky grin on her beautiful face, her fans applauding and cheering her, though she will probably not have as easy a time in her last three fights of this tournament, returning to her corner to be given a warm embrace by her coach.

Meanwhile Lais rolls to her back, this tournament has been a rough experience to say the least for her, over comes her coach with the ringside doctor, after checking on her she is helped to her feet, a little shaky but doesn't look in horrible shape, just dazed as her coach helps her to her stool.

Once Lais is feeling better she exits the ring with her coaches help, this tournament was a chance for her to prove her doubters wrong but so far she has lived up to peoples ideas that she'd be the tournament punch bag, Lais taking a deep breath before she steps into the backstage area, with her remaining opponents looking forwards to fighting her.

In the ring Kate is freshened up, she raises her arms in the air as walks to the center, enjoying being a winner again, she gets her left hand raised by the official, she tells the cameras "this is just the beginning" smiling as she raises her fists, showing she is looking forwards to the rest of the tournament now, looking like a weight has been taken off her shoulders.

She steps out the ring with her coach, Kate waving to the fans on her way to the back, maybe creating a new area of support for her as heads to the back, still she has Gemma Atkinson, Charlotte McKinney and Karlie Kloss to look forwards to.
