BEFORE: Special grudge rules fight takes place next as Nina Dobrev is ready to avenge her unceremonial exit from Lookout! Boxing and vows to blow the doors of the woman that replaced her in the Paris Hilton-run stable - Demi Lovato.

"Man, Nikolina still can't let go of that move! That was years ago! Let's face it dear, I was ALWAYS the better prospect! You are Jared Goff, I am Matthew Stafford! Long-time overlooked but always BETTER! Hey, you're not even the best Lioness bantam as Minka Kelly is! I almost feel sorry for the scrub!", Demi Lovato pulls no punches during pre-fight interview with Erin Andrews that actually wins her some support from the MGM Grand audience.

Over to Nina... or not? The Bulgarian-born brunette has apparently trashed a few smartphones when she learned of the Lovato interview: "That lousy bytch will eat those words! I'm gonna make her BEG for mercy tonight! Enough with this nonsense! She was never better... I was! Paris Hilton couldn't recognize a supreme talent even if stuck to her nose! Arghh.... let's frickin' fight already!"

Nina Dobrev wears a leopard print bikini set & red gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a sleek ponytail. Demi Lovato wears a purple bikini top, black hip-huggers & white gloves. Long dark brown hair tied in a braid. The fight is scheduled for ten rounds in the bantamweight division.

Round 1:
Nina muscles her way past Demi's high guard and lands several crisp punches into her face which meets immediate response but the younger brunette can't find her range and misses on some easy boxing lay-ups which only allows Dobrev to double down on her head-hunting efforts. She carries leather straight into Demi's face again alas the Lookout! fighter refuses to buckle and drives in an uppercut series just to break Nina's stride. The older brunette shakes off that effort quickly and moves in to hammer some body shots that finally sends Lovato into a defensive scamper as she wobbles onto the ropes late on and opens the door for some additional Dobrev punches that settle the action.

Rounds 2 & 3:
Demi gets off to a much better start in the second and beats the fellow brunette for both pace & power; she knocks Nina's head back in repeated fashion before blasting her on the chest as well. Nina needs a couple of seconds to recover but finds herself hazed back to the ropes anyway as Lovato pushes on with the slugging blast. She pins the Bulgarian Badass onto the ropes and lays it into her guts also helped by a not-so-accidental headbutt. Even on LCA anniversary that gets a no-call and leaves Dobrev slumped thereafter. Similar case in the third, Lovato overruns her nemesis and lets her eat all the leather and then some as she gashes her from both flanks before a well-measured switch drills the midsection again. Nina ends up hugging the ropes and simply can't find the counter-punching success as Demi rolls up two rounds on the bounce!

Rounds 4 & 5:
Payback time as Nina opens the jabbing flood gates and slams hard leather into Demi's face for a change. Both women stay in the slugging lane much to the crowd's delight but Demi blinks first when she gets cut under the left eye as Dobrev glues her mitts into the area and breaks the fellow brunette's aggressive stance. Lovato uses some nifty footwork to avoid more heat for a while but runs out of real estate and has to accept another slugging pounce late in the fourth. Nina duly lets it rip up the middle and bangs away at the subdued rival until the bell. She picks up the pace in the fifth as well and cuts Demi up across the nasal ridge which initially triggers a hectic slugging dispute until the younger brunette gets stuffed with a rare shot on the solar plexus. Nina moves down to hammer more punches in the area and clobbers Demi onto the ropes where both girls continue to rain punches in speed dial fashion. A late clash of heads finally slows them down and they have to be separated by the referee at the bell.

Round 6:
Demi shakes off the nasal wound and rips through Nina's guard to enforce another slugging tangle early in the sixth. Dobrev simply has to apply similar pressure for the sake of her own pride but she eats a vicious double on each temple and falls back onto the ropes when Lovato cranks up the slugging volume. The frantic pace proves to be too hot for the Bulgarian-born brunette and she slumps into noticeable spasms during the second minute as Demi simply keeps blowing through into her face. Huh! She cuts Nina up below the left eye and scythes her on the chin a couple of times before booming a right hand on the ear that SLUMPS DOBREV ONTO HER KNEES!!! Uh-oh!!! That's a terrible outcome for the hosts and Nina is fortunate the knockdown happened late in the going as she rises up at eight with only few seconds left on the clock and Lovato simply cannot finish her off in time. However she barges Nina in the chest and vows to complete the job in the seventh!

Round 7:
Demi runs across the boards to blow away the seemingly broken Nina but bounces off the top of her forehead and before she can follow through with a proper rebound she gets nailed from the inside as Dobrev plugs an uppercut double and rips another gash on the fellow brunette's nose. Ugh! Demi stumbles to her heels but still tries to reach out only for Nina to bust through with a wild hook on the wounded nose. Ugh! Demi slumps into spasms and fails to raise her mitts fast enough as the Lioness brunette SLAMS a right hook on the eye and DROPS HER DOWN FOR THE COUNT!!! Ugh! Demi bumped her head off the canvas real hard and suddenly experiences genuine vertigo when she tries to beat the count a little too quickly! Uh-oh! She's up at six but then wobbles down to her knee again and collapses down on her back as the dizziness won't go away! This one is over!!! KO7 Nina Dobrev in come-from-behind fashion!!!

AFTER: This rivalry isn't quite over and Nina orders Demi into a Walk of Shame much to the crowd's delight before shoving her face first onto the canvas. She then yells at Paris Hilton to "take out the trash!" which prompts Elisha Cuthbert to step into the ring and try to calm things down: "We still love ya, Nina! It was a pure business decision!", "It wasn't your decision, Eli! Stop bailing you-know-who out!". The former stablemates exchange more words even during the official verdict while Demi has been mysteriously escorted away from the ring and probably out of the MGM complex since she failed to show up for the VIP afterparty later in the night. Well, she's got nothing to be proud of indeed as Nina Dobrev is probably the last person she'd want to lose! Until they meet again!
