BEFORE:
"Anya's been doing hella good since I beat her 4 years ago. That's pretty cool and all, but I thought it's time to bring her back down to earth again. I mean, she's good, but she's not Bella Thorne good,” Thorne says with a cocky smile. “I mean, sorry. She's not as big, as strong or as good as me. I'm running for the title and part of it is shutting down overrated up and comers like Anya, show them who's boss, ya know...and guess what, I'M the f*cking boss!"

Anya of course has done semi-fantastic for herself, completely dominating the competition last year with a 9-0 record, and only falling to Priyanka Chopra at the start of this. The American actress is looking for redemption tonight for her 2018 loss to the alpha Doll.

“I’m a very different fighter compared to the last time we fought.” Anya says next from the other end of the press table. “I’ve beaten girls like Robbie, Dobrev, Belissario and yes, even Gardner, so I’m looking to fare much better against Bella this time. I believe she just got knocked out by Demi Rose last week, for the…..3rd time in a row…?” Anya smirks teasingly, her eyes glancing at the redhead for a short moment, making Thorne’s eyes narrow in contempt. “I think she’s too cocky for her own good, and that’s never wise.”

Ladies square up at the podium, and just as last time, Thorne's one-inch height advantage isn’t going to bag her a significant leg or the entire farm. This time, however, the former champion is sporting quite a bit more bulk in her frame, which she will no doubt use to her advantage as well.

Anya later arrives in the arena with a flash and bang, arms wide and high and sporting a wide grin as she saunters in in a silver sports top and long black tights. The League of Mighty Women founding member is wearing white gloves for this contest and has her blonde long hair in a bun. Bella is out next and the former Bantamweight champion is sporting a red bikini top and red short tights, black gloves, her red hair in a loose ponytail. She’s bouncing on her toes left to right before stepping through a shower of silver sparklers to the sound of one of her own songs as she makes her way to the ring followed by Carmen Electra and the Dollhouse team looking confident and focused.

Bella didn’t fare too well recently against Demi Rose on the Odds & Ends Anniversary card, but preempted that loss with mighty wins against the likes of Caity Lotz and Naomi Scott. The Doll hopes to repeat her success tonight against an old foe in the ring.

Referee gets the nod from both corners, before waving for the bell! HERE WE GO with ten rounds of Bantamweight action!

ROUND 1:
Bella wants to show dominance, a twice-in-a-row victory tonight not just proving that Anya is not in the same league as her, but will also cement herself as a top contender for the Bantamweight title race. She starts off aggressive, skirting in from the side and then landing punches on Anya’s arms to kick off the action. Anya, rightly so, is spending the first two minutes holding her ground and both her arms tightly over her face, not wanting to lose this rematch in embarrassing fashion. She takes the abuse to start, wincing and groaning as Bella’s jab combos pound away on her arms and body, one or two making it past her defences to score off the cheek and chin. A fully aggressive Thorne is ensuring she gains ground here, and keeps it, and Bella’s constant pushes force Anya backwards with overwhelming force. Taylor-Joy does sneak in a couple of jabs of her own, mostly relying on her speed and agility to land a brisk overhand to the forehead and another to Bella’s side, but these don’t really trouble the Doll as much. Bell rings and it’s no doubt a wide round for Bella Thorne, who grins at the fan’s reception and raises a hand high on her way back to the corner.

ROUND 2:
Anya’s fighting like a whole different beast all of a sudden, swerving around Bella’s early punches and then paying the Doll back with crisp jabs to her nose and lips. Thorne herself is looking absolutely shocked at the end of the first minute here, after her head is snapped back by a third such punch to the kisser, with Anya displaying speed and agility to match her own. Taylor-Joy might have been hiding her hidden talent all this while, allowing her opponent to grow complacent before pouncing on her all of a sudden. The American blonde is showing everyone how you don’t have to be aggressive or pack power in your shots in order to win a fight, as she keeps sending Bella Thorne scrambling backwards with each one-two combo that squeezes past her arms and straight into her face. Not the best round for Bella at the end of three minutes, whose grunts keep growing louder and louder. She does manage to shock Anya back down the line with a hook or two slammed into her arms, but just like last time, it’s not enough to stop the bleeding or turn the tide.

ROUND 3:
Bella’s still at a loss as to how to break Anya’s defences, rushing forward at the bell but again meeting the same wiley and evasive blonde. The Doll’s multiple combos are either hitting the air as Anya weaves her head backwards or slammed into raised arms as the American actress intercepts them with speed. Through it all, Taylor-Joy continues to pack leather into Bella’s body and chin, rocking a hook to her stomach at the end of the first minute. But in the second half, Bella manages to stem the tide somewhat, also keeping her frame back and raising her arms to protect herself, for once. This effectively stops Anya’s jabs from landing so easily, and the Doll uses counter-punches to stun her back: a left-right combo stinging the nostrils, another sent into her tummy, which then erupts into an all-out wild exchange in the centre of the ring, with neither woman willing to back down as they torch each other’s features to the sound of the bell.

ROUND 4:
No love lost between these two, no matter how cordial they might have appeared to be to each other during the press conference. Bella needs to win herself a round here if she hopes to stay in this contest, and slow and steady seems to do the trick, at least against a counter-puncher like Taylor-Joy. A slow first minute is the result, as both girls take a more calculated approach to scoring points off the body or head, hitting the harder to reach places rather than going big and powerful. Anya’s getting a little taste of her own medicine as she takes a punch back for every jab of her own fired towards Bella’s face, and one thing Thorne has going for herself is her streetsmarts and ability to adapt. Here as well, she keeps her hands loose and hovering over her chin, effectively checking another of Anya’s punches to the side before sending a grazing shot across to dazzle her chin. Taylor-Joy appears to underestimate her foe’s skill in there, and pays the price as a result. Bell rings and Bella may have taken some hits and dings herself, but she stops Anya’s winning streak by finally edging out a round for herself.

ROUND 5:
Another slow minute to kick off the fifth, as both fighters circle slowly, their hands bobbing loose and ready to fly forth at a moment’s notice. Anya’s moving a little more warily at first, not closing the distance at first and only blocking and stopping Bella’s early one-two combos with firm forearms over her chest. Bella appears to want to pick up the pace here, aiming another combo at her body, but then takes a sudden, swiping hook across the chin, which came outta nowhere!! Anya played it cool in the first minute, till striking like a snow leopard waiting for its red-haired prey! She earns herself another grunt, shoving a left overhand clean into Bella’s lips, which whips Bella’s head back painfully, and suddenly, Thorne is on the backslide! Anya displays aggression of her own as she rushes in after Bella’s position, shocking her with more leather to the body before hook after hook is hammered into her arms, Anya no doubt trying to take her head off! Bella ain’t looking too good as she’s beaten into the ropes, getting pounded on for a couple of seconds before managing to swerve under a swing or sideways to get away for good. By the bell, both women are breathing hard, though there’s no denying Anya took this one big! The LMW starlet might be onto something here if she can keep the momentum going!

ROUND 6:
AND HERE ANYA COMES, looking to make an early statement by putting Thorne away in record fashion as compared to their previous fight! The American blonde rushes in with her head down, a keen smirk on her face, her fists aimed low to set-up a pair of uppercuts. Bella wincing as she evades the first one, barely stepping to the side to avoid but then groaning as her arms take the full brunt of another, before a third swing bounces off her torso as Anya’s follow-up hook doesn’t land 100% true. Instead, Taylor-Joy lets out a shout of her own when Bella swiftly returns the favour: a left hand catching her on the cheek before a right hook lands hard on the ribs, before the Doll avoids yet another swing to her chin and rocks one of her own across Anya’s face as payback! Anya looks punch-drunk by the time she comes out of that first minute, just barely alive and already retreating! What started as the best round of her night might have quickly descended into pure chaos, with Anya getting beaten back by Bella’s steady pounding, the Doll picking her foe off one combo at a time, and driving her across the ring and back! Thorne's definitely making up for lost time here, rocking another punch clean between the eyes, which throws Anya back into the ropes, looking absolutely ramshackled! But just before Thorne can secure a possible return upset for her corner, the bell rings, ending the action for now! It might be anyone’s game in the last quarter of this fight!

ROUND 7:
So far, these two elite Bantamweights are dead even in terms of points, with each girl taking a round for herself before conceding the next one to her opponent’s aggression. Anya looks a little disappointed at falling for Bella’s trap in that last round, but has another opportunity here to secure the early win and beat Bella to the punch after her first KO8 loss. Taylor-Joy throws away her trademark defensive stance as she skirts in hard and fast, swinging away at the start of the bell, and trying to put Thorne on the defensive. Bella eats some early punches to her cheek and chest, wincing and gritting her teeth but generally doing a good job of keeping pace with the blonde. Slowly, she turns the action around, returning an overhand to the arms to stop Anya in her tracks with a grunt, before digging an lunging uppercut into her body just as Anya raised her guard too high to intercept. Thorne's slowly gaining ground, at the end of the first minute harassing Taylor-Joy back towards the ropes with a steady one-two-three pounding away on her arms, just hunting that chin. Anya not looking too hot here as she takes another ringin’ shot off the forehead, which makes her flail backwards! AND BELLA POUNCES, slamming another hook into her ribs before delivering another shot high to the chin - POW!! It lands hard on the chin, which sends Anya spinning about in shock!! The blonde gets sent OFF her feet, before collapsing to the ground near the ropes - it’s a clear KNOCKDOWN attempt for Bella Thorne! The Dollhouse queen pounds on her chest in dominance, roaring to the crowd before striding to one of the neutral corners, looking like she’s on cloud nine! Meanwhile, Anya’s trying to unglue her chin from off the canvas, her face still screwed up in pain and doing her best to push herself upwards to beat the count. Referee gives Anya the full ten count, but it’s still not enough for her redemptive arc this time, and she collapses back down to the ground right as he hits 10! There’s the call for the bell and this rematch is OVER!!

Official Decision: Bella Thorne defeats Anya Taylor-Joy via KO7!

AFTER:
“TOO f*cking GOOD!” Bella screams at the defeated blonde’s direction. “I’m TOO f*cking good for her ass!”

The victorious redhead takes a few moments to rest as she leans tiredly back against her corner post, her sweaty chest heaving as her team work on her bruised face, helping her recover from 7 long rounds of fighting a talented opponent that certainly left her mark on the Dollhouse star.

Anya meanwhile being helped to her corner by her own team, the wounded blonde looking crestfallen as the reality of her failure sinks in, having suffered the 3rd loss of her career, with two of these losses having the name Bella Thorne etched onto them.

The fans may be expecting more to this now that Bella can have her way with the weakened blonde post-fight but Bella may have some respect in her for the LMW star after all (or maybe she’s just too exhausted…?) as she forgoes any nasty shenanigans when she steps out of her corner and settles for striking a solo victory pose in the center of the ring, one arm raised high and her tongue sticking out as we’ve seen her do so many times before.

It remains to be seen if Anya Taylor-Joy would ever opt to challenge Bella Thorne again in the future after falling to the lethal redhead twice, but judging by the reactions tonight, fans would sure love to see as much as possible of these two going at it!
