Before: “I rate Tiffani in the top 5 or 6 at bantam,” says Eliza in preflight, “probably a couple of notches higher than Britney--Tiff’s a hardnosed girl. I’d call her a tune up for Spears, but you know, I really don’t expect Spears to finish her fight with Electra--sorry to say. There’s nothing I like better than taking belts away from Britney, but you can’t have everything. I‘m going to concentrate on dismantling Tiffani--make it an easy fight, just to show that the gulf between the best and the rest is as wide as it’s ever been.” Thiessen in the best shape of her life for this fight, having a terrific camp. “People don’t know it yet, but Cuthbert exposed Eliza in their fight,” says a brazen Tiffani. “She hurt Eliza to the body and I’ve got the idea that gut of hers is candy. I’m going tummy on Dushku and I think good things will happen there.” Dushku in red leather bikini, Tiffani in heroic white sports bra, pale blue bikini bottoms, sporty ponytail.

During R1: Eliza probing Tiff’s relaxes, feinting her, jabbing her. Eliza stepping around, showing a little Claire Danes look as she drags that front foot, pivoting to the left, touching her jab off jugs and guard. Thiessen hands up, dabbing her jab, then trying to step in off to hook. Tactical first as Eliza keeps things midring, getting her rhythm--she’s got Tiffani reacting to her already.

R2: Eliza lands her first hooks in Tiffany’s tummy--getting good bite, pivoting left around the contact. Thiessen wincing, lips tight at the body shots--she steps out, bats her gloves together, regroups. Patient methodical pace to Elisa’s liking--she’s outfoxing footwork. Tiff working smart behind that jab, easing around, in and out with economical footwork. Tiff working hard, getting a right hand into Dushku’s side, but she’s getting  outmaneuvered through 2.

R3: Eliza coming forward more often now, spearing the jab, driving in a straight right to the body, up top quick the hook, then pivoting to the side. Blood from Tiffani’s nose--she can’t get out of the way of Eliza’s quick, accurate punches, but she’s not backing down either. Tiff god as her word in pre-fight, paying the price to get close and digging both hands to Eliza’s gut in spots. Third consecutive round for Eliza--she’s cocky at the bell, slapping at her stomach, taunting Tiffany as the ref gets between.

R4: Tiffani won’t punk. She jabs with Eliza, chucks some gambling right hands at Dushku’s head to get the brunette ducking and dipping--Thiessen able to body up and tackle Dushku o the ropes. Tiff rough with her head under Dushku’s chin, palming Dushku’s biceps back, then bludgeoning that gut with chugging fury. Eliza’s pressed up against the ropes--uncomfortable, but keeping it together--she’s keeping her head in close to tiff, swatting the odd counter hook inside, keeping her shoulder on Thiessen as Tiff scrounges for her first points. Bell sounds--Tiff lays an extra right hand thick and meaty to Eliza’s beltline--Dushku right back with b ac compact hook to the tits--plenty of forearm on follow-through and he ref jumps in as tempers flare.

R5: Thiessen out strong, picking up where she left off. She’s getting her head on Eliza, keeping her hips back, wrestling and mauling when she’s not punching, and bringing it hard to the gut when she does. Dushku backed to the ropes, defensive again--she’s good with her shoulder in there, nudging Tiff back, getting the little right uppercut on the mouth or stuffing right hand to the belly, but Tiff’s clawing hooks and right hands to her girl’s flanks, simply outworking Dushku. Final minute-Tiff scraping away, crowding--Eliza with a little shoulder shuck, twitches in the right uppercut and steps to the right as Tiff wobbles hurt to one knee at the ropes! Dushku raising her hands, all smiles, then relaxing arms outstretched on the neutral corner ropes as Thiessen takes a shattering 8. Eliza striding on with 30 seconds on the clock--she presses her jab in between Tiff’s gloves, then rips her body the right hand, picks her up the right uppercut, hooks her jaw as Tiff slouches forward. Thiessen boozy, legs locked and ELIZA GOES JUG! Dushku helping herself to that glorious rack, thumping left and right uppercuts just a-HAMMERING that bra as Tiff sits sick into the ropes.

R6: Eliza turned it around--Thiessen shabby-legged, gloves at her cheeks, shuffling flat footed as Eliza circles her, jabs her forehead, stabs right hands to the body, stays outside. E just putting punches together, touching Tiffani, touching her, breaking her down--by the midway point, she’s mixing in the hook off the right hand, staggering Tiffany, shaking her up. Final minute--girls trade right hands and TIFF TAKES A KNEE! Eliza stands right there, lifting her mitts, legs tight together as she grins down--Thiessen reeling, eyes cloudy--ref hustling Dushku back. TAT takes 8, covers up and on comes Eliza. Dushku sets her feet, gets thick to the flanks with right hands, pumping in 2 and 3 loud, spanking shots, changing up her feet to work the left hand, shoving a drooping Tiff back and getting back after those jugs, Thiessen’s composure finally breaking--she sobs aloud as Dushku takes what she wants, battering bra with lusty abandon. Tiff helpless, not responding, unable to stop the punishment and the REF STEPS IN! Official cradles a shaking, battered Thiessen as Eliza coos over the mans shoulder, Heartless TKO6 Eliza D.

After: “She gave me 6 decent rounds,” Eliza yawns in post fight, “worked my body a bit--you know, she did what she could. I wouldn’t have stopped her except for that Cuthbert crack--you’d think these chicks would watch what they say before they meet me. I really feel sharp now--believe it or not, Tiffani fought hard tonight--she gave me more than Carmen or Britney will that’s for sure,” Whatever happens--Dushku looks ready--this is exactly how you want to look in a tough tune up for a title bout.
