Katy wants to finish her pre FCBA tour of the UK with a fight against a high profile Brit, and finds out that Liz is spending time mentoring the newly formed BBU lightweights and welterweights. The American cannot resist issuing a challenge.
Liz also wants this matchup - her girls have been beaten and humiliated by Ms Perry, and she wants to get some revenge for them.

All in all, the fight is definitely on, and the girls train even harder than for their first matchup.
Liz is first into the ring, wearing a white outfit, with Katy emerging from her dressing room in black leather, goading the Brit by wearing the type of outfit she likes to have on.

The girls are called together by guest referee, Kelly Brook, who reminds them that the 3 knockdown rule is definitely not in use, but that she will decide if either girl is unable or unfit to continue. She also promises to give the girl in the ascendancy at that point every opportunity to knock her opponent out.

Katy sneers at Liz, "Hear that, b###h? No ####in' escape for you! You're goin' down!" The Brit just glares back, "I'll beat your face black and blue, Yank - then you're going to lick my cunny out - all night!" Clearly they do not touch gloves.

Round 1

There is no cagey circling. Liz clips Katy's mouth with a smart right, then gets caught by the American's left jab, which smacks into her cheek, then again, followed by a right to the ribs, and the Brit backs off, panting.

Katy follows the older girl up, pounding her body with left and right handers, and she looks for the switch to the head, only to taste the taller Liz's gloves smacking her head first to the left, then back to the right, and she holds on, Hurley chiding her, "Body punching won't win this fight, you tramp! You must do better!" Katy pushes herself back, but has to take another sharp right to the jaw, which has her stumbling into the ropes.

Liz sees her opponent trapped and throws a big right hook, but Katy blocks it, then lands a sweet left to the Brit's jaw, a right to her ear, another left to the jaw, and another, a right to the mouth, and Hurley's down! Down and hurt in the first round, and Kelly's over her counting slowly.

Back on her feet at a count of 8, Liz takes another good left right combination to the face, then she's holding on, Katy now having plenty to say, "Howdya like that b###h? Can't take it, can ya?" Perry's punches are harder, crisper than the actress expected and she knows is in for a painful night unless she ups her game.

The round ends with Liz taking a solid left to the gut, making her gasp.

Round 2

Liz is confident that she is the better boxer, but she was outpunched in the first round, and quickly goes to work on the American this time, getting her right hook thudding into that toned body, looking to weaken her. But Perry is really up for this, and she dances away from the Brit, then picks her off with a lovely left, stuns her with a right, then knocks her down with a straight, savage left to the older girl's bewildered face.

Rolling form her back to all fours, Liz climbs to her feet after another 8 count, immediately eating Katy's left jab again, her head rocking back each time it thuds into her face, and she has to hold on, Perry taunting, "Had enough already, b###h? Want me to finish you off real quick doya?" She pushes Hurley away, then digs that left to the belly, and she sets herself for the big uppercut, but this is too soon against a fighter like Liz, and the Brit catches her off guard, lovely combination punches crashing into Katy's pale features - she staggers backwards, then a big left hander from Liz just misses her, the American craftily dodging her.

The Brit is talking as she hits Perry, "I'm ready to cut your face up, then finish you off! You'll be begging for mercy in no time!" Liz lunges in with an ungainly right hook, and back comes Katy, ripping left handers into Hurley's ribs, then landing her own right hook to her jaw, sending the Brit into her corner - she follows up with a crisp left jab, Liz's head jolted back, then as it lolls forwards, Katy's right glove crashes into her cheek, putting her back on the canvas, face down and dazed.

A wobbly Liz Hurley is back on her feet at 7, then takes another left jab to her mouth, slumping forwards and holding on at the bell, Katy sneering, "Gonna end this real soon, b###h! We'll see who begs then!"

Round 3

Katy's face is bruising up nicely from Hurley's left jab, but it's Liz who is slower to rise from her stool, her corner working hard to staunch blood from her nose and lips - those crisp jabs cause real damage!

Opening seconds belong to Hurley as she has Perry on the ropes , working away at her body, but the American turns her girl beautifully, and now she's ripping in the bodyshots - and they hurt - down comes Liz's guard, and bang, bang, bang three big punches to the face sit her on her ass.

Gulping in air, a grimacing Liz gets to her feet at 7, then takes a solid right to the gut - dropping her left arm, almost an invitation for Katy to thump that face again, but she goes to the body again, making the Brit hold on, sneering into her ear, "You're mine, b###h! Any time I want now! Coulda finished you then, but I'll wait a bit!" Kelly pulls the girls apart, telling Liz to fight, not hold, smiling as she sees Katy coming forwards again.

In comes Perry again, ripping lefts into Hurley's body, she then clips the Brit's head back with a straight right, then another, blood and snot spattering the actress's white outfit, she cracks a left hand into her jaw, and Liz goes down again - how much more can she take?

For a fifth time a battered Liz Hurley clambers back to her feet, barely aware that the bell has gone, saving her surely from being knocked out - but saved for how long?

Another round to Katy, but does it matter?

Round 4

It has been as much as her corner to do to revive Liz between rounds, and they are concerned that their girl is taking too much of a beating. In the other corner, Kelly Brook is telling a jubilant Katy Perry to finish the actress off, or she'll stop the fight. The American licks her lips, and smiles back, "Sure ... Oh, by the way, I can't wait to do a number on you too - Your tongue in my ass is gonna feel so ####in' good!" Brook glares at the singer and walks away.

The bell starts the round again, Liz Hurley slow off her stool, and Katy is ripping punches into her ribs and gut, the tall actress, holding on for all she's worth, Perry taunting her, "Tell me when you've had enough, b###h - my uppercut's waiting for ya!" Hurley pants back, "What can I say? You've simply overpowered me tonight!" Katy is grinning as she pushes the bigger girl away, then she just jab jab jabs her face with that hard left fist, and the actress is staggering, her long legs wobbly. The American then lashes a right hook across Liz's face, and down she goes again, rolling over from her back to her hands and knees, somehow regaining her balance at 9.

Kelly Brook nods at Katy, who bangs a hard left into the Brit's belly, who slumps forwards into her arms, gasping, "Enough! You're too good for me!" The grinning American pushes Liz away again, steadies herself, then crashes that big right uppercut into Hurley's jaw, and it's all over, the lovely actress senseless and brutally beaten on the canvas.

After

Revived, but still groggy, Liz is hauled across the ring to pay her respects to the strutting Katy, kneels before her and kisses her feet. She winces as she hears her conqueror bark at her minders, "Take the b###h to my dressing room - she's mine!"
