Before: Good developmental fight for Jewel as she will really have to focus on her footwork, cut off the ring and bang the woman in front of her tonight. CZJ one of the premier pure boxers on the circuit, probably can't win in dramatic fashion, so she'll have to stay sharp to decision the improving Kilcher. CZJ in red cotton two piece Hanes - Kilcher in Hanes tank top and cotton panties (powder blue).

During R1: Jewel executing beautifully, hems Catherine into one quarter of the ring, works her way to the brunette's body with right round punches to the ribs, and fights off Catherine's chest to the bell. Jones unhappy with the body work, shoves Jewel after the bell, but both corners work responsibly to diffuse the situation.

R2: Zeta Jones staying on her toes, wheels around Jewel, sticking jabs, and stepping in to deal 3 punch combinations before stepping quickly back out of range. Jewel with her fists in tight to her body, tries to clip Catherine with something short, but Jones just too quick this round.

R3, 4, 5: Jones opening up on Jewel now, still circling, but setting down on her combinations to bust Jewel up in each and every round. Jones has the range at this point, touching Jewel's shiny face with the extended left, and whipping in the right from the side, finishing up with a slapping left hook before shuffling to a new angle. Jewel falling farther and farther behind, crossing her arms, dipping at the waist, but taking far too many quality shots from Jones in these rounds. Offense from Jewel amounts to the odd booming body shot, but nothing sustained as Jones dictates.

R6, 7: Jones continuing to wrack up points, dominating Jewel with a slicing jab. Catherine content to make contact, clubbing away with batting combinations, but not ripping in to Jewel as badly as she was. Kilcher still coming forward, senses fatigue in her opponent, but can't capitalize at this point as Jones still able to stick and move whenever she wants.

R8: Jewel finally able to put her body on Catherine, and Jones struggles to stand her ground as she solid blonde walks her to the ropes. Jewel hooking the left arm around Catherine's shoulders, digs into the brunette's body with carving right hands, pushing Jones back into the ropes between punches.

R9: Jones showing some Ivan Robinson flair, hands close together at her chest, rips off an early right uppercut to split Jewel's lip in the first minute. Sharp lefts and rights bang Kilcher's beautiful face back and forth as Jones gets some respect back this round. Kilcher landing beefy body shots in the final minute, finishes the stronger fighter.

R10: Jewel with her best round, immediately bodies up on Jones, whose legs look shot. Jewel walking the brunette to the ropes for shove and slug, digging her blonde head up under Catherine's chin and turning her golden shoulders into tight lefts and rights downstairs. Jones on her heels, sitting on the ropes, counters with the odd slapping open palmed uppercut, but she can't handle the brawny blonde in close. Jewel takes the round, but loses a wide decision as Jones’ early power punching carries the day.

After: Jewel with another distance effort, outhustled and outfoxed early, but able to put her stamp on this fight late. Jones a tricky opponent for anyone, just too slick for Jewel who never really got herself in position to land a KO blow.
