Before: (O’Dell the loin cloth festooned blonde on “Lost World”, recently featured in “Maxim”). Wow, what a way to start out-O’Dell taking on an FCBA legend and apparently liking her chances, asks: “When was the last time you saw Demi look good in a fight?” to the pre-fight press. Jenny with the youth edge, but Demi has forgotten more about the sweet science than this blonde young blonde has had time to learn. Jenny in navy athletic bikini, white polkadots; Demi in red cotton jockey two piece.

During R1: Jenny showing her hand early, steps up and showers Demi with hard, well turned punches. O’Dell with good handspeed lands hard combinations to Demi’s arms and hips, but it’s apparent early that Moore is allowing it to happen. Demi with relaxed posture, hands at her stomach, bends at the waist, rolls with the blows, and slips anything remotely close to her head—getting good long look at the youngster in the process. Round to O’Dell who gives Demi an earful—Moore ignoring the trash and returning business-like to her corner.

R2: Jenny shows no signs of fatigue gets right back on top of Demi, who stays in that low crouch, stepping back, letting O’Dell get off. Jenny getting careless and finally Demi counters, digging an innocent looking short left hand underneath an O’Dell right cross. Jennifer immediately cratering, elbow dropping to cover her ribs, and Demi goes on the attack. Jenny falling back, trying to outrun Demi’s punches, but the brunette steps with the blonde, just pawing and cuffing her head to keep O’Dell off balance. Jen hitting the far ropes, tries to cover up, but Demi with too much on the clock, works to the ribs and stomach with brutal efficiency, getting perfect leverage on hard lefts and rights, shifting her weight from one foot to the other as she hangs. Cruel look of satisfaction from Demi as Jenny iv overwhelmed, sinks to all fours, spits out her mouthpiece and submits in shame. KO2 Demi Moore.

After: Moore breezy, chatty with press afterward, and completely disparaging O’Dell in postfight saying “I did Jenny the biggest favour of her life by hammering her tonight. It’s best she finds out now that she has no future in this game.” Harsh, typical Moore assessment, but Jenny making enough rookie mistakes to warrant a step back in competition.
