BEFORE: What th'...hard feelings? Why? "Palicki was trashing my effort against Theron in BLONDE! Magazine," Nichols says at podium. "Said I 'mailed it in', said I didn't 'appreciate' the huge opportunity Theron represents, I mean - who the hell is Adrianne Pallicki to be criticizing me? I don't know what her game is, but if she wanted to motivate me for this fight - mission accomplished!" Pallicki standing by her comments, though insisting she wasn't Rachel-bashing in BLONDE! "Look, all I said is that a lot of fighters would give their eye-teeth for a chance at Charlize, and that Rachel seemed to be taking it for granted. At least that's the impression she gave. If that had been me - you would have had to beat me with a crowbar to get me out of there - I just sort of thought Rachel had collected her paycheque and was satisfied with the guarantee. Well, I like bonus money - knockout-of-the-night type money - and I plan to show Rachel what I mean come fight night!" Pallicki in white bikini with sport-cut top; white gloves; hair in slick, long low ponytail. Nichols in black lace push up; zebra print bottoms; white gloves; copper curls loose.

During R1: Thumping right to Palicki's midsection answered by clobbering right on Nichols' left ear...then they're brawlin' sloppy until falling in together. Ref's break - Nichols into Adrianne's breadbasket via swinging right hand, then swapping hooks up top as girls check chins. Rousing, full-bodied power punching midring - girls sporting snarling faces, flashing eyes. Minute mark - Rachel two-jabs Adrianne's face, sidesteps-right: Pallicki turns, stoops to receive a stiff jab in her tummy. Nichols rotating, using stick: swift right hand suddenly flashes across Pallicki's chin, putting her wobbly butt! Adrianne baby-stepping to her right, gobsmacked: she forms hasty earmuff, grunting in pain at the whacking two-fisted pasting of her paunch. Nichols pressing left shoulder/elbow against Palicki, walking her to ropes: healthy red-headed beatdown administered as Adrianne covers up. Lusty stuff - Nichols bouncing hooks off hip/waist; carving left uppercuts through to jug; chopping in right hands between Adrianne's mitts. Pallicki stunned, but rallying late - dipping side to side, slopping wide power shots onto Nichols to deny Rachel's finishing run.

R2: Same again: spirited, free-swinging stuff inconclusive midring; Rachel stiff-jabs Adrianne into compliance, then rings her up righty, walks her to ropes. Punishing beating administered throughout second minute...Adrianne covered up, sullen behind her mitts: Rachel working methodical - pounding the body, then leaning in to push/bounce Palicki's deadweight off ropes. Down the stretch, Adrianne rallies - slugging hard out of a tight dukes up/elbows-in posture. Rachel catching short uppercuts, has to grit her teeth and bang back hooks to deny Adrianne's advance off-apron.

R3: Hard punching back and forth - girls jabbing for openings, then leaning in righty. Fight traverses the ring - fighters taking turns chasing each other into ropes. Down the stretch - Rachel's back to ropes, her right hand behind Pallicki's head as Adrianne's galloping Keibler-style to midsection. Adrianne doesn't like the holding - slamming her right forearm down atop Rachel's breasts, then giving her an extra shove as ref's moving in. Tempers flare inside and out of the ring: Foxfire ladies berating their Sceej counterparts as security goes to def con 3.

R4: Adrianne jabbing like a champ: Rachel's head kicking back from poke, her face groggy. RIGHT HAND, ADRIANNE PALICKI! Booming cross smashes Rachel's face hard-starboard - her right foot skids forward as left knee gives way...only Nichols' fabulous conditioning allows her to stagger backward into ropes rather than sit down. Adrianne swaggers in big girl - pushing Rachel upright by her shoulders, then sailing into gut with both arms pumping. Push and punch, push and punch - Palicki stacking Rachel up and giving her a heartbreaking beatdown. Give Nichols credit - lovely redhead staring, beaten loopy - her torso loose on shellshocked hips...but she doesn't bend the knee. Bell: Pallicki gulping for air, chest heaving, nostrils flaring as she pushes up off sagging Rachel Nichols. Jmac up out of her seat, shouting at Foxfire: "That's how WE do it, bytches!"

R5: Pace slows: Rachel's hurting, Palicki's winded. Counterclockwise, stalking rotation - girls reaching out jabs, feeling for each other. Both girls catching electrifying poke on the face: look how startled they are when smote. Pallicki trying to mix in romping right hands, but Rachel walking her blonde into clinches, bogging AP down for ref's breaks. Down the stretch, beautiful Nichols counter-combination catches Adrianne hook/cross on the chin as Palicki hangs a jab: blonde legs give way, pitching Adrianne loose into ropes. Rachel at Pallicki via palm-down, stamping left/rights pounded into breadbasket: Pallicki moaning, folding forward at bell. Vengeful Rachel hooks Adrianne's ribs a beat late: Jmac and crew up out of their seats; Foxfire rising in answer - security calling for reinforcements as things start spiraling out of control.

R6: HAMMER AND TONGS! Both girls looking hurt n' sloppy, gambling to end this thing before exhaustion sets in. Adrianne landing right hands early, driving a stunned Rachel Nichols to ropes: Nichols sagging under a heartless romp to her gut as Adrianne leans her head in close, gallops both hands underneath. Chopping side to side receipts eventually catch Adrianne to chin: SHE goes wobbly butt and Rachel staggers forward off ropes, clocking blonde jawlines as redhead steps forward. Hands drifting to waists, eyes glassy - the girls jab each other's weary faces uncontested, then take turns smiting righty. Crowd screaming as first one girl's knees bend, then the other...both fighters seem on the verge at the bell!

R7: Pace slows: fighters rallying. Slow counterclockwise rotation - Rachel jabbing off her shoulder, punching Pallicki's face, then her breasts, spreading the blonde out. Pallicki's hands low - she's trying to lick back rising counters off her waist - clipping Rachel across the chin at times, but failing to win initiative. Nichols able to shoot-in late, walk Palicki to ropes, then work her over in the wrap: Rache with left arm round Adrianne's back, slumping her forward for pumping right hands tits-and-tummy. Adrianne's face pinched, stricken, mouth open as she cramps up hurt, her right arm limp around Rachel's shoulders Bell: Jmac up out of her seat screaming at ref to stop the "Holding and hitting!"

R8: Rachel carrying the bulk of the minutes - jabbing head and body; chopping short lefts and rights to Adrianne's puffy face; hooking her sleek blonde body. Pallicki erases all the good work with a gorgeous, drifting right cross midway through - catching Nichols leaning away and nearly sitting her down - crowd roaring as Rachel stumblebums awestruck into ropes. Adrianne steals the heat with gaudy power punching, despite Rachel's consistent work throughout. Foxfire trainer breaks out smelling salts as Rachel's eyelashes flutter - dangerously close to going out on her stool!

R9: Rachel steppin' counterclockwise, chopping out the jab from the shoulder: she's got Adrianne turning, staring into poke. Sudden right hand flashes across Palicki's chin and BLONDE GIRL DOWN! Adrianne on her back, hands above her head, knees up, head lolling "no...no...no..." side to side. Pallick up, but reeling: Nichols hands on her knees, belly heaving like a bellows in neutral corner. Rachel pounds mitts together, eyes glaring: FINISH HER. Rache wades in after AP's 8: RIGHT HAND, ADRIANNE PALICKI! Adrianne diving off the ropes, looping the overhand onto Rachel's chin and RACHEL'S rocked! Nichols staggers sideways into ropes, left arm looping instinctively over top strand for support...Palicki wanders over, looking to slop it to her rival! Groggy hammer and tongs - fighters whining, tying each other up, tumbling along ropes - both sets of long legs ready to go! Round ends to the sight of girls with left hands round back of each other's head, just SHOVELING in righty to offending breadbaskets. Rachel's round, but Palicki converts a potentially fight-winning 10-8 into a standard 10-9 with her rally.

R10: Shopworn vixens fighting on empty...slow-shuffling counterclockwise rotation as they take turns busting each other up jabs. No head movement - fighters are there for one another's poke: just a groggy, mindless acceptance of leather. Down the stretch, Rache slips-left - Adrianne's jab misses over Rachel's right shoulder; Rachel snap-rips the hook off Adrianne's tummy. Low moan of pain, Pallicki - she bunches up, backing away with stricken expression. Rachel walking forward hands on hips...she wades in as Adrianne sits into ropes, stuffing a right hand into Palicki's breadbasket to pitch the blonde foreward "GUHH!" Rachel reaches under Adrianne's arms, chests her upright - chops away rights-and-lefts against Pallicki's breasts as blonde girl sobs in protest. Jmac apoplectic ringside as Palicki is jug-mugged, then OH LORD THE CHIN-CHECK! Rachel leaning in, kissing Adrianne goodnight the shearing right cross: big headsnap as blonde girl reclines against ropes, then slides down and to her left, crash-and-rolling onto her tummy. KO10 in slobberknocking fashion, Rachel Nichols!

AFter: Nichols staring down, staggering sideways - she's basically out on her feet, the last woman standing. Then, as ringside docs are tending to fallen Adrianne, battered Rachel shouts: "QUITTER!" at her fallen foe! Foxfire charges the ring, mobbing Nichols: she puts the house of Fox up 1-rip against the suddenly hated Sceej. "Guess I must have hit her with a crowbar," Banged-up Rachel quips in postfight. "Because apparently, that's what it takes." Snarky! Insult to injury, Rache just might have earned KO-of-the-night money!
