Front Street Boxing was formed in February of 2010 when the shadowy Grand Wizard Of Boxing purchased Philadelphia's historic Front Street Gym and signed Pink to a lifetime personal services contract. What started out as a vehicle to get Pink FCBA fights slowly expanded as The Wiz added fighters and fleshed out the operation with a cast of characters including Rufus, his operations manager, Reginald a former British Special Services operative who serves as his driver, and former fighter Avril Lavigne, now banned from the ring, who is Front Street's communications director. Also in evidence is Wiz's childhood friend Big Pauley, who is sometimes forced to make the odd trip to the New Jersey Pine Barrens in vehicles that always return to Philly lighter than when they left.
The Man In The Hat, who is rumored to have made his fortune in sports gambling, claiming to have never lost a bet, has entered into a co-op agreement with Hour-Glass Fitness and works closely with Hour-Glass star Britney Spears, who, along with Pink and trainers Jewel and Neve Campbell, make up a group he has dubbed "The Cauldron Crew". The "Crew" along with Hour-Glass trainer Mariska Hargitay, are rumored to wield a great deal of influence.
In addition to Hour-Glass, Front Street has forged working relationships with several stables, including Medallion, Empire, Foxfire, and, especially Bazz and manager Poindexter Del Crunchy, whose late night bar exploits with Wiz are already infamous.
The Grand Wizard is said to be an inveterate schemer who is always looking for an angle. Many FCBA insiders say privately that they wouldn't put anything past the Wiz. Others say it publicly, including Front Street's sworn enemy, Jenny McCarthy.
On May 9, 2017 five fighters were released in the biggest roster shake-up in the stable's history. Later that month Charlotte McKinney was signed as the new welterweight addition.
On September 10, 2017 long-time director of communications Avril Lavigne left the stable and joined The Dollhouse where she intends to resume her active boxing career.
On August 2, 2018 Anna Torv announced her retirement with immediate effect only seven days after winning the lightweight title.
On November 2, 2018 Taylor Hill was traded from Sceej Boxing.
On September 9, 2020 Cassie Scerbo was signed from the inactive Bazz Fight Club. She retired from active competition in May 2021 and assumed Executive VP position.
On September 30, 2021 Kat Dennings retired from active competition and moved into a coaching role.
On October 30, 2022 Katy Perry announced her retirement.
On January 1, 2023 Marie Temara was signed. On May 4, 2023 Mikayla Demaiter was signed to replace Peyton Roi List.
