Although she lost to fellow Brit Hannah Spearritt last time out, Dannielle is still BBU flyweight champion, as Hannah is not a BBU member, but it's hard to see what she's proving by facing the much younger Alex, having already beaten her once fairly easily.

Alex has plenty to gain, though - Hannah Spearrit may well agree to a money-spinning fight with her if she takes Dannielle's belt, and she's trained well for this fight.

Alex is first into the ring, looking good in scarlet bikini, her curves there for all to see, but she's overshadowed by Dannielle in a silvery, almost sheer, one piece outfit, which leaves nothing to the imagination.

Round 1

Dannielle seems a little apprehensive at first, which allows Alex the chance to shine, cuffing Danni's pale face with left and right hand shots, keeping herself busy, almost prancing as she bounces around the ring on her toes. Brent absorbs the early pressure, but she fights back well on the counter, gradually stirring into life, and, after stunning Burke with a wicked right hook to the side of her head, she starts to dominate the singer, hurting her with doubled up left jabs to the face, stunning her again with a good right before the bell.

Round 2

Alex is already bleeding from the mouth, and a left hook to her jaw does nothing to help her, the girl teetering on her heels into the corner, and, with Danni following in, she takes care to guard her face, keeping her elbows tucked in too, knowing how Danni can hurt her to the body. Brent shows her experience now, taking her time, looking for the gaps in Burke's defence, prising the girl open and not wasting any effort, her accurate punches dril;ling past that guard and hurting. By the bell, Alex is in tears, and looking for her corner.

One-sided round to Dannielle

Round 3

Another round, another battering for Alex Burke, as Dannielle, enjoying herself now, pumps her jabs into the singer's face, which is looking a bit messed up now, then finds her body a vulnerable second target, the girl gasping as she takes a beating to her belly. Alex just cannot get away from the ropes as Danni continues pummelling her, and the singer is again staggering by the bell, slumping onto her stool.

Another round for Dannielle, who is looking for one clear shot to finish this

Round 4

Alex is barely off her stool when she finds Dannielle pouring punches into her face again, her eyes glazing over, her guard dropping, and there's the clean punch - a right hook to the mouth, putting the singer down, and out.

Despite her win, Dannielle is subdued after the fight, telling Christine Bleakley, "She wasn't good enough to get a title shot! Dunno what the BBU is thinking of! Gemma Merna? Yeah, she might put up a better fight - at least she'd have a go!"
