Before: Bantam champ Spears fighting the toughest schedule in boxing - most felt she'd follow up Hu with a cupcake, but she's coming back with red hot Carmen Electra in a fight that's as much stable pride as it is title motivated. "I've read Eliza's comments to the press about how I'm a made-for-TV champ. Well I'm dedicating this fight to the 'sheriff'. That's right honey, I'm tuning up on Carmen to shut your mouth." Electra capping a glorious run that began on the beach and has culminated in a rampage to the top of the bantamweight rankings - she's got the ol' swagger back big time. "BSE knew what they were doing when they signed me," purrs Carmen in pre-fight, "they knew Britney could only go so far and that they'd need me to take it to the next level. I'm taking the belts and I'm changing things in the gym with this fight - Britney's got to get used to a supporting role from now on." Not the first time a stablemate's set her sights on Spears: last girl to do that got a pink slip. Britney in green bra style bikini top, yellow bottoms, hair up - Carmen in royal blue with white floral print bikini. Electra getting right into Brit's face during ring instructions, noses touching, girls quivering with anticipation."

During R1: Girls showing club-style early, hands low, dance-walking around the ring, mounting sudden rushes at each other with slinging haymakers from weird angles, fading back from one another's aggression. Spears the first to rein in, get disciplined - she brings her hands up, tucks her chin, starts to pivot purposefully to the left, jabbing at Carmen's face to bring the brunette to heel. Electra rung up as she tries to jump in and catches stick instead - she's off her toes at the half way point, hands up, looking to muscle in on Brit and work. Girls get shoulder to shoulder and RIP at one another's vitals! Electra rolling her shoulders, buffetting Britney's belly and trunks - Spears stepping back with a wince, dipping her shoulder and running Carmen onto a digging hook to belly, doubling it up across the breasts. Furious back and forth as one girl gives ground, then the other. Down the stretch, Carmen beating Britney to punches, backing the blonde to the ropes --crowd on it's feet as Spears digs in, bares her teeth and it's walloping two way haymakers as the girls pitch from their hips! ELECTRA GOES DOWN! Frenzied lefts and rights kiss side to side - Spears landing a crashing hook on the jaw, putting the right hand on top and nailing Carmen another hook as Electra is stunned on the spot. Brunette stumbling to one knee, then pitching forward to lie on her face at the ropes - Spears breathing hard, stepping to the neutral corner. AND IT'S OVER! Electra in deep, punished slumber, sleeping it off - Britney leaping for joy - KO1 in SPECTACULAR fashion - Britney Spears.

After: Britney still a little wide eyed, jazzed with the sudden violence of the bout in postfight: "Carmen came in with no respect for me - she lost this fight in the gym when she thought she could just brawl me out. I never thought I'd stop her in the first, but you know, I never thought she'd give me the landscape TO stop her. Physically, I still think Electra's a gifted bantamweight - but mentally? She just never learns. I think this is a huge warning for Dushku - don't call me a 'paper champion', don't call me a 'blubbering quitter' - I'm stepping to you, backing you down and beating you up, champion to challenger." Electra already sobbing for a rematch, claiming she 'wasn't warmed up' - she's absolutely devastated to have been laid out by Brit.
