Before: Veteran and ingenue both looking to halt respective slides - Chabert with youthful verve, Gellar with guile and smooth she hasn't used in some time. "I don't need to bang with Lacey to beat her," says a comtemplative Sarah in prefight. "I don't to get her respect or try to hurt her - this is a girl I can break down my way, and that's what I intend to do. I know Lacey thinks there's all these things she can do in this fight, but she's going to find out right away that she has two basic options: quit or be battered." Chabert taking her losses in stride, very upbeat her side of the dais. "I feel great, I'm very strong bodied and I think I'm the bigger puncher in this fight. Gellar's a quality name, but she's one girl who's made for Lacey Chabert - I'm definitely gonna hit my stride in this one!" Gellar in black bandeau bikini, battle bun hair - Lacey in frilly pink bikini, bra straps, pink bow holding back hair.

During R1,2,3: Gellar systematic, patient, just operating on Lacey like a pro. Sarah will let Chabert come forward, encouraging youthful aggression, then blunting it with sidesteps and fades, turning the brunette. Gellar will get low, put her left shoulder into Lacey's waist and pivot 45 degrees to the right as Chabert misses over the top, neatly swinging herself out of position and vulnerable to Gellar's snik-snak counters. Sarah not throwing much - very choosy, accurate with her shots - brushing, tapping and confounding Lacey with combinations, but setting down on hard single body-shot counters that put a quiver on brunette lips. Consummate ring generalship - Sarah using most of the canvas, luring Chabert into punishment, diligently taking some of the vigour out of that firm young body in early action. Sign of Chabert's inexperience: she's actually confident in her corner just because she's coming forward and getting off - "I'm bullying her!" Lace tells her corner.

R4: Gellar has her agenda in place - making Chabert miss, pivoting around her, touching up her body: now Sarah can add to the menu. SMG coming off the body with caressing hooks ear and jaw, chop right hands tasty on chin, constantly pivoting to either side to confound the receipt. Lacey coming forward but bogging down now - confidence replaced by uncertainty, frustration as Gellar starts scoring to the face at will. Down the stretch, Lace butt-in-ropes, bending forward wearily to take away her body - Gellar flails at kidney with a sudden squall of violence. Sarah leaning chest-forward, flapping her arms at Chabert's shiny lower back - dreadful pounding drops Chabert to all fours in astonishment - brunette looking around moist-eyed as Gellar stalks to neutral corner.

R5: Chabert more reluctant, shying away - brutal kidney attack frightened as well as punished. Gellar going over to offense, stalking now, stepping and stabbing her jab to chest and body, herding Chabert to ropes. Sarah fighting off Chabert's chest, using her shoulder to rub Chabert upright, then flurrying tidy to the tummy - all designed to get Lacey stooping forward. Gellar going greedily to the back as soon as it's available - blonde cupping brunette behind the head with the left hand while swinging away open hand heel strikes to the hip and lower back! Great swinging, hateful strokes - Gellar's legs spread wide as she power-sweeps away to kidney - heinous stuff drawing some boos amongst the delirious cheers. Chabert driven numb and trembling to her knees - now openly crying, hand at her achy back - she's blubbering to the ref, bewildered at what's going on - Gellar stomping to neutral corner icy-eyed as Lacey gets a heartless 8 count.

R6: Chabert's composure's broken - she doesn't have the experience to muster her courage in the face of savage Gellar fouling. Sarah observing, upping the tempo accordingly - she's got ingenue going downhill, starts to pour it on. Sarah opening up, not doing a lot of damage, but fact she's willing to throw more just adds to Lacey's discouragement. Chabert flurried to the ropes - she digs in, covers up again - sticking lefts and rights to her belly coax her forward and Sarah goes immediately to kidney. Swiping right hand heel strikes, digging hooks up under the flank and across the lower back - it's all too much. Chabert dropped to her hands and knees again, shouting in protest, tears flowing - she sits on her haunches, hands clutching throbbing lower back and gives it up as ref waves it off. KO6 Sarah Michelle Gellar.

After: Gellar stone-faced, abrupt in her corner as she towels off and gets set to leave - she brushes aside Tractorpull questions about her relentless back assault that left Chabert sobbing and broken. "I came here tonight to beat Lacey Chabert," snaps Gellar. "Mission @#$#%% accomplished!" Chabert tender, gingerly sitting up on her stool, chest up and out as she still clutches her lower back with both hands, lips twisted in pained grimace - doesn't help to be ringed by BLONDE! cameramen snapping away with flashbulbs to document the hurt.
