Throw out all the odds, all the strategies - this fight's about who wants it more. "I've always been a target," says Charlize, "but I've never felt the disrespect from the media that I have for this fight. You all are writing about me like I'm a has been. I'm going to wreck your girl in this fight. I'm going to dismantle the golden child for all to see and when I do, I better see some apologies in your magazines."

Bell serene in pre-fight, supremely confident, finally the consensus favorite against her hated rival. "Everything's in place for a perfect evening," Bell says. "We're equal in so many ways, but she's a stupid fighter. It always comes back to the fact that when Charlize Theron gets hurt, she lacks composure - she can't think through trouble. I'm optimistic that when this is over, Theron will have to accept a new role in the FCBA - that of support-player, maybe even gatekeeper. She can still make a lot of money and she's too young to retire, but the sun is definitely setting on that empire."

Round 1: Theron off her stool and she's TACKLED INTO HER TURNBUCKLE by a charging Cat Bell. JAILBREAK punching from the brunette as she jams Charlize back by her shoulders, then stands up into dreadful body blows, pumping lefts and rights, creeping barrage starting in the belly, moving up-torso to slam into both jugs with thudding force. CHARLIZE GOES DOWN! Theron shell-shocked, hammered to her knees as Cat Bell is pushed back - still seething with adrenaline. Theron wide eyed, panicky, takes an eight and Bell climbs aboard. A HUGE overhand right spills Theron against the ropes, hands extended pathetically to keep Bell off - ANOTHER crashing right upside the head sends Theron skidding along the ropes. She nearly puddles, but starts to dig in. Hateful slugging the rest of the way, Cat on top, mauling and propping her foe, getting her face on Charlize, pounding away with mindless lefts and rights to the breadbasket. Charlize grimacing, pushing her shoulder against Cat, then leaning into the ropes to clip her counter uppercuts. Sweaty pushing and slugging continues after the bell until Cat is pulled off the trembling challenger! High fives and smiles in Bell's corner for the successful Pearl Harbour opening; Theron busted up, getting smelling salts. What a way to start!

Round 2: Theron boxing early, trying to get her legs back - Bell cutting off the ring, stuffing her jab into the blonde's breasts, backing her up to the corners, then sailing in again with a shattering two fisted assault. Bell setting a murderous tempo early, fighting off Theron's chest and belting away as she leans forward. Charlize trying to lean back to get the uppercut - it's the right punch but she's having trouble getting off under the pressure. Bell pins Theron's back on the ropes and makes a point of bodying up to press her flat at the bell! Charlize outraged, shoving back - ref gets into it to keep 'em separated.

Round 3: Bell with that THUMPING JAB TO THE LEFT BREAST, keeps Theron on her heels - Cat sweeping a right round punch to the waist as she methodically steers Charlize to the ropes. End of the first minute, right hand in the body sets up a crashing left hook on the chops, catching Theron with her hands at her chest. THERON GOES LIMP! Charlize sagging against the ropes, out on her feet - a HUGE Bell right hand on the face draws moans from blonde supporters in the audience. Charlize tilting, willing herself to stand upright. Cat just sailing in, chest and chin first, pulling in haymakers from her hips as she batters Charlize unrecognizable. Theron sliding along the ropes, Cat stepping with her - brunette just taking the blonde apart with clobbering, long armed power. Final minute, Bell getting big on her girl again, reaching up under Theron's arms and chest-popping the groggy blonde back into the ropes, then gutting her with that creeping barrage working her way from belly, to ribs and finishing on those perky breasts - Cat just standing up and lashing into the blonde rising lefts and rights; leaving Theron swaying at the bell.

Round 4: Her corner begs Charlize for legs, but she's too banged up - Charlize managing a little shuffle to her left as Cat stalks in the fourth. Theron timing Cat better this round, closing her stance a little; jabbing as a breakwater to disrupt the brunette on the way in, then turning into slashing rights before their bodies slap together. Bell shipping leather, taking hard upside her head and when she piles on, she can't walk Theron is back! Blonde getting stubborn, struggling well for canvas, muscling and twisting her girl, even throwing Bell off at one point. Important round for Charlize as she stops the bleeding, stands her ground for the first time in the fight.

Round 5: Bell goes back to the jab, tattooing the blonde's chest, stepping to the left, methodically breaking Charlize down. Theron jabbing back but getting parried and midway through, Bell dips to her right, countering Theron's jab with a sudden counter hook on the chin. The blonde stoops forward wobbly butt. Bell with that crafty left, tugs down Charlize' head and swivels into a cruel right uppercut, picking Charlize face up pretty for the cameras. Theron staggering back into the ropes, takes a seat, digs in and suffers another grinding beat down as Bell climbs aboard and helps herself to blonde breasts with both hands. Once again at the bell, Cat is body pressing Theron against the ropes, sending the same message round after round after round.

Round 6: Theron standing, slugging; right hand at her chest, left at her hip. Bell alters her jab angle to bang back that swollen, tired face as the blonde shuffles forward. Bell in control, punching with Charlize from outside - she'll beat the blonde to right hands, dipping low to make blonde fist breeze past her right ear while brunette fist bounces hard off face; then Bell turns over the hook, catching a stunned Theron looking, hands hovering stupidly over her chest. Theron taking a terrific punch, but too many of them! Bell backs her up, working that firm body as she pressures her into the ropes at the bell. Charlize not pushing back much, hardly resisting the insulting belly-to-belly and breast-to-breast body presses by this point - Cat is using her girl up through 6.

Round 7: Shoulder to shoulder, Theron one step off the ropes, leaning in with Cat. Both girls working methodically underneath; both with right hands at the chest, left across the body, using their left shoulders to nudge and bump, keeping it close, compact. Long armed beauties doing a nice job of tightening up the strokes. Charlize finally landing the right uppercut, fitting it in off a nice shoulder bump. Down the stretch, Theron lights Bell up with a beauty, putting Cat wobbly butt for the first time and she reaches in to clinch! Charlize sidestepping, almost hip-tossing Cat into the ropes and Theron able to set her feet, crank long hooks up into the breadbasket, leaving Bell whimpering at the finish. Now it's Theron chesting up, making Cat feel the weight - ref gets in there - hateful glares all around as the girls are separated.

Round 8: Girls flat footed, rubbing and scrubbing away. Theron's starting to find a rhythm, routinely picking Cat up with the clipping right uppercut, then batting away with a double hook against the stomach. Bell not answering back, just laying in, letting Theron get off. Midway through, Theron with another stunning right uppercut, puts the hook on top and sends Bell sprawling against the ropes. Charlize extending the left to brace Cat, then slamming away with hard rights - Bell tilting to the right, sideways to the ropes takes a bashing left/right off that left eye in swoon! AND THERON GOES FOR THE FINISH! Bell sitting in the ropes, eyes blurry and SHE starts to ship leather! Theron letting her hands go, tearing up that gorgeous face, pulling in side-winding rights to those luscious breasts. It's a Cat Bell massacre! When the bell sounds, Charlize keeps pouring it on - she's bodied back as Cat sags, all busted up. Theron writhes in the ref's arms eager to get back on.

Round 9: Battered faces, low guards, tired legs - the girls shuffle together, mouths open against one anothers shoulders as they lick it up on the inside. Exhausted girls standing in, pushing each other off with the left forearm, working away in turns, both just trying to mop the other up. Slowly but surely, Bell bangs Charlize across the ring until her back is on the ropes, starting to dominate. Bell with her palms all over Charlize' body, shoving her back, turning her hips, positioning her for those big clouting rights. Theron's head bobbling as she takes the shots, eyes unfocused - just shoving back punches at random. Bell again bodying up at the finish, bosoming Theron into the ropes and pinning her there for the break with a big smile.

Round 10: Girls meet mid-ring - Theron backhanding a lazy jab off her stomach, slides back and walks Cat into a GORGEOUS right uppercut! Bell all picked up, stammering forward - Theron riding her loose left on Cat's right shoulder, turns the brunette and labels her another crashing right on the jaw. Another turn, Charlize just pulling Bell forward with that left and she gets her back into ANOTHER harsh right uppercut, pounding the mouthpiece off Bell's teeth and leaving her destitute. Cat out on her feet, hands plaintively pushing against Charlize' belly and left arm. The blonde's on a rampage! Charlize tying up Bell's right arm, slumps her forward and GIVES BELL'S FILLED-TO-OVERFLOWING BRA A GOOD THUMPING! Cat's butt jutting back, head up, mouth pouting in hurt as Theron gathers her up under the arms and bodies her hard to the ropes. Lathering beat down washes over Bell - she's bent forward, gloves useless at her teeth, punches bouncing off her back and face. BELL GOES DOWN! Beating just accumulates in those gorgeous gams and Bell pitches over face first and then rolls onto her back - SHE'S OUT! Delirious KO10 Charlize Theron!

Theron sobbing tears of relief and joy - it just might be the biggest win of a storied career. Charlize gets it all back and takes it from the woman she hates most! Bell fluttery-eyed, coming to, then breaking down in a rare display of emotion in the ring. Theron pushes through the crowd, reaches under Bell's arms and pulls her sobbing to her feet - a big predatory hug, then it's around the ring!

Theron's right arm around Cat's jiggly waist taking a firm hold of the outside hip of her bikini, free hand waving merrily to the raucous crowd as Cat Bell is taken for a devastating walk of shame. Camera pans grim faces of the TE contingent at ringside, Syren being held back by CB - oh the humanity!

"No!" says Charlize post fight. "That was what that whole fight was about, me saying 'no' to Catherine. No, you can't knock me out. No, I won't quit. No, you aren't the best fighter in boxing. No, you can't keep my title. No. No! No!!"
