After five rounds, Kris Kreuk had been hurt on multiple occasions, backed up, outworked and thoroughly embarrassed as bell showed fast hands, smart risk-taking and defensive skills you don’t expect to see in a debut. Far from being intimidated by Kreuk, Bell routinely scrubbed jug with brisk shoeshines, checked the Kreuk chin tidy/right combos and left Kristin with a shiny patina of hurt on her beautiful face in clawing out to a 4 rounds to 1 advantage going into the last half.

Kreuk dug down, literally and figuratively as a brace of low blows slowed Bell in the sixth—she would rally and hurt Kreuk again in the seventh with those sharp combinations to the head, but brunette had the measure of her girl now and was shaking off the damage better than she had early on., Jabbing her way back into the fight, Kreuk waged a bitter campaign over the last three rounds, largely on the inside, as the crowd was treated to a tasty-punching, pelt-gloved, two way thumping to the final bell.

Kris wore an exhausted, lumped up look of stunned denial at the scoring, whereas Bell was overjoyed at having fought Ms. Kreuk to a draw. A fine debut for a scrappy blonde minx in the burgeoning hottie factory that is the 110 pound class.
