The second semi-final sees blonde model Alex taking on the experienced former champion, singer Javine, knowing now that Sabrina Washington is waiting to fight the winner in the final.

Alex looks great tonight in a blue and white hoped bikini, with Javine in a black one-piece outfit.

Round 1

Both girls are rather hesitant at first, with Alex clearly nervous, and she gets worked around the ring by the more experienced Javine, who is throwing some nice jabs into the blonde’s face, reddening the skin around her right eye already. Alex needs to take care or be blasted out quickly here, and she gradually asserts a little more of herself into the fight, tying up Javine, leaning into her, making life awkward.

Round 2

Alex looks a little better now, and she’s beating Javine to the punch in this round, her jabbing and moving style upsetting the singer, who is not used to being outclassed like this. Javine’s the girl on the ropes as the round progresses, struggling to fight her way off, and Alex is again leaning into her, making it tough for the singer to land any of her bigger shots.

Round 3

Alex again looks to lean on Javine, tie her up and tire her, but the singer’s getting wise to those tactics, and she keeps mobile this round, concentrating on jabbing Alex’s face, causing her grief whenever possible. Alex is getting roughed up a little now, but she’s still trying to fight Javine at close quarters, still looking to draw her inside and take toll on her body, thinking it weak, but not really landing enough punches to impress anyone in this round.

Round 4

Javine moves well around the ring for a big girl, and she’s landed enough shots in Alex’s face now to have the blonde’s nose dribbling blood, but still the model keeps getting inside the singer’s guard, ripping a few bigger shots into that ribcage, and they’re beginning to hurt, too, the former champion starting to slow down. Just past the midpoint, Alex hurts Javine with a left to the flank, then unloads two quick lefts to her face, and Javine goes down, shocked by the blonde’s speed, and getting to her feet at 6. Alex is satisfied with her work, doesn’t press home the advantage, and Javine jabs her to the face, having the better of the remaining seconds.

Round 5

Alex is quicker into her work this round, with Javine an easy target, becoming rather static and allowing the blonde to hit her at will to the body. The singer doesn’t seem able to raise the tempo, and she’s getting caught time and time again with Alex’s right hook, which is damaging her around the eye, then when she does manage to get close enough to land, Alex is leaning on her, pulling her about and tucking into her body with punches with either fist. The round ends with a frustrated Javine throwing aimless wild shots at Alex, who is smiling at the bell.

Round 6

Javine comes out with renewed strength this time, having received a lecture from her seconds, and she’s picking up the pace of the fight, jabbing Alex to the face, keeping at a distance, but covering a lot of ground as she skips and dances around the blonde. Alex is getting tagged, but she retains the centre of the ring, making Javine put in all the work, accepting that the girl has taken the round, seeming unflustered at the end.

Round 7

Now Javine is showing Alex her skills, jabbing her nicely, then switching downstairs for a while to the body, laying into the model’s rack, too, smacking those big tits around, and that seems to take the blonde by surprise, she leans into Javine, and the singer slams a left hook into her jaw, and sends her to the canvas, the girl spreadeagled on her back for a count of 8. Javine closes in on Alex now, sensing she has the blonde at her mercy, and she’s laying into her for all she’s worth, while the model covers up, taking most of the shots on her arms and gloves, but her lips are bleeding by the bell, betraying the power of Javine’s work.

Round 8

Maybe this fight has swung a little too far for Alex now, as Javine picks her off right from the off, jolting her head back, rapping her left jab into the girls fattening lips, with Alex not offering too much back for the first couple of minutes of the round, just leaning on Javine, dragging her and wrestling her. Javine’s punches are beginning to look less effective as the round progresses, and it’s Alex who ends the round stronger, taking Javine through the pain barrier with some heavy shots to her body, pushing her to the ropes, and she has the singer groaning and wobbly at the bell.

Round 9

The girls are both showing the signs of this battle, Alex bruised around the cheeks, and bleeding from the nose and lips, with Javine’s left eye closing and blood dribbling from her mouth, and it’s the singer who’s taking the punishment in this round, with Alex getting in close, pushing the girl backwards, and pumping her fists hard into her body, seriously weakening the former champion’s resolve. Javine’s guard is dropping, dropping, and Alex pops some good punches into her face, pretty much finishing off that damaged eye, which she can hardly see out of now, making her change her stance to try to protect it, trying to hide, but she’s hurt again at the bell, laying on the ropes as Alex knocks her about.

Round 10

Anybody’s fight? Javine’s ahead on most cards, but she is exhausted, and Alex seems to have something left to give, rips into the singer’s body again with left and right hooks, then she gets her with a right to the belly, and Javine crumples forwards, her knees hitting the canvas, her face resting against Alex’s shapely thigh, the ex-champ taking a 7 count. Now this fight is right in the balance, half the round still to go, and Alex is just wading into Javine, the girl’s head now swaying back and forth like a ragdoll’s, and the model pretty much undoes her with a left uppercut, which lands on the side of the singer’s face as her head lolls, sending her crashing back to the canvas. Somehow, Javine gets up again, but Alex is moving in to finish her off, the singer slumping against her as she hits her to the body, pushing her into the ropes, smacking her sideways with a right hook, missing with another uppercut – bell!

It’s a split decision, two to one in favour of – Alex Curran! She’s beaten Javine Hylton on points, and the girls embrace after the decision is announced.

Sabrina Washington has watched the fight, and smiles to her team – she’ll surely have too much for Alex Curran in the final?
