Location: BBU Headquarters, Cardiff

Here comes a fight to determine the primary lightweight for the newly formed BBU stable, Team Canada. FCBA veteran Karen Cliche wants to confirm her status and lead the Canadian charge into BBU however Alaina Huffman has been touted as BBU's version of Charlize Theron by some pundits. Allthough Huffman has extremely big shoes to fill with those kind of prospects, she'd certainly want to be considered as top fighter in her stable to start with.

Round 1:
Cliche starts aggressively, looking to stamp an authority on her younger rival by throwing some big hooks to the head. Huffman circles away and lures the brunette into a frantic attack. Karen means business right from the start and lands a couple of nice jabs to the midsection before Huffman covers up and weathers the storm for a short while. Karen still comes forward, landing more punches to the ribs and pushing her rival against the ropes. Huffman clinches and manages to shove the brunette away after a brief struggle. Karen looks for another attack, but the blonde keeps her at distance and circles around until the bell. Cliche is smiling though as she walks to her corner as she dominated Huffman in the opening round.

Round 2:
More intensive jabbing from Karen who closes the distance and throws another combo to the midsection. Alaina sidesteps to the left before throwing a big hook to the jugs herself. Cliche ignores it and steps forward again, but misses a stiff jab to the head and gets rocked with a counter-hook to the cheek herself. That one rocked her and Huffman jumps forward and pours a jabbing sequence to the guts forcing the brunette to bend down and clinch. Huffman pushes her away and throws another hook that skims off Cliche's nose. The blonde is lightning quick across the ring and pummels her rival onto teh ropes where she unloads more vicious jabs to the stomach. After taking many blows to the body, Karen finally manages to clinch and survives until the bell, but she lost all the momentum in this round.

Round 3:
Huffman now the aggressor, throwing well-placed jabs to Cliche's midsection. Karen slow on her feet, feeling all those hits she took in the previous round. Alaina continuously steps forward and backs her against the ropes where she unloads more hooks to the guts that add further misery to the older woman's prospects in this fight. Huffman clinical in execution meets with hardly any resistance and unleashes a barrage of punches before finally nailing her foe in the cheek with a big hook. Karen's head gets rocked from side to side as she cringes in pain. Alaina aware of her advantage steps back and seems to analyze the damage she's caused so far. It looks impressive, Karen is breathing heavily and clearly in serious discomfort already. Alaina teases her by waiving a glove at her and Karen tries to jump at her from the ropes with a flying hook to the head, but Alaina laughs it off and sidesteps with ease to the right. Karen is angry and wants to close the distance again, but she's much slower across the ring and Huffman circles around not even bothering to raise her gloves as she feels under no threat from the brunette whatsoever.

Round 4:
Brunette is determined to cause Huffman as big trouble as she still can, jabbing at her straight off the stool, but to no real avail. Alaina blocks all those efforts and responds with a nasty hook to the chest before following up with another big uppercut to the stomach. Karen in more discomfort, bends down and covers up but Alains jumps up to her and continues to pound her in the arms and body. Cliche tries to back away but gets nailed right between her guard with a massive hook which throws her to the ropes. She has no time to recover as the blonde is right there delivering more punishment. A left-right combination to the guts follows with a fine uppercut to the jaw and down goes Cliche on her knees!!! Ref steps in and begins the count which she is just able to beat at eight, but looks swollen on the face and clearly overwhelmed by the younger opponent. Alaina jumps up to her and unleashes another combination, but this time Karen manages to cover it up before responding with a hook to the ribs which forces Huffman to back off for good.

Round 5:
Alaina jumps up to her rival seconds into the fifth and rocks her with a big hook above the elbow that catches the brunette in the chin. Karen's head snaps backwards and the blonde pours in with more jabs to the guts before another uppercut to the jaw. Cliche weaves on her legs and nearly trips over as she falls against the ropes. Huffman jumps on her and lands more blows to the midsection as Karen covers up in agony. Alaina tries to break her guard and lands some well-placed jabs to the head. First couple of attempts crash off the leather, but the third one catches Karen in the nose before a left hook to the cheek sends the brunette sitting down on the canvas!!! Ref steps in and he's seen enough today!!! It's all over TKO R5 Alaina Huffman in an authority making fashion!!

Post-fight:
Karen looks mighty upset sitting on the canvas as she watches the blonde smiling in delight. Alaina gets her gloves removed and offers the fallen brunette a helping hand. "Sorry for that, Karen, but I just had to win today! I hope you're not that mad at me?" Cliche glances her with some hesitation and responds "Well, I'm not mad. But I will be if you fail to back it up against other girls. Since you're the money girl for Team Canada now, we expect you to deliver some results!" Huffman smiles back: "Don't worry Karen, I intend to rock the BBU lightweights alright!"

Both girls leave the ring and Alaina Huffman has send her first message to BBU that she is a force to be reckoned with in the upcoming months and beyond. One can suspect some experts will be cheering the BBU officials to give her a proper try on the undercard for the January title bouts.
