BEFORE. "Luckiest series of punches in the history of boxing!" says a confident Laetitia Casta in her prefight interview "Do you remember Jeri Ryan? She thought she had me, but then I stopped her big time! Or Shannon Elizabeth? I am back on track, and Malika needs to suffer!" Casta also denies recent allegations from the respected Tractorpull Magazine "I don't know what they are talking about. They've always been big fans of Charlize, there is no secret about it. But the FCBA was not about Charlize only. Big deal, you I lost to her. And I lost to her when I was in her stable, the stable that adores her and would do anything for her. There were always disturbances at my training sessions, people never talk about it but that's what it is. They wanted Charlize to win, and they had her winning." Malika Menard not buying Casta's story, but pressure is on her for sure: "I beat Laetitia and I deserve the glory. She might have a history of round one losses, but these were a long time ago. She developed as a more solid fighter in the last years, and despite her terrible bouts in the last couple of years, she had never been that hard for a long time before our recent match. So I did great, and you will see that I will do great tonight too! " And is Foxfire Atlantic interested in Malika? "We talked yes. But I'm not going to tell you more now" she answers. Malika in the same black bikini she wore in her winning debut match; Casta in white sport bikini, tied behind the neck.

ROUND 1. Menard less aggressive, almost prudent at the beginning of the round, with Casta coming forward, gloves on her temples and MALIKA STRIKES! Malika's jab opens Laetitia's guard, and the bigger girl lands a right hook to the cheek. Casta's eyes open wide, whimpering in stupor, as she tries to build some distance between her foe. Malika stopping, testing Laetitia again, and then launching herself forward to brawl with Laetitia. Casta too slow, unable to stop Malika, finds herself trapped near the ropes. Oh wait, have we already seen it? Malika pounding, easily hitting Laetitia's body and head, and then going to her breast. Casta not able to clinch, Malika hits Laetitia's chin with her right AND CASTA IS DOWN! Laetitia shocked, fuming, but able to get up at 6 and to effectively clinch Malika this time. Bell saves her, but that's a big round for Malika and she knows it. “You're done, you're done!!!” shouts a spirited Malika as she goes back to her corner.

ROUND 2. Malika slows down, but still dictates the pace. Girls exchange from the distance, with Casta finally hitting Malika with her right hand. Now Casta's jab is more effective, and she dances around Malika, faking with the right AND THIS TIME SHE CONNECTS! Casta hitting hard Malika's midsection with a left/right/left combo, and then going for her chin with the right and MALIKA GOES DOWN! Big girl on all fours for a moment, with Laetitia that jumps around her. Malika up at 8, she looks shabby, but uses her long arms to grab Casta by the head and shoulders. She gets more leather from Casta on her body, but manages to buy time and get safe to the end of the round. Finally Laetitia all smiles as she goes back to her corner, while Malika is brought back to reality.

ROUND 3. Casta out quickly, but she's not pressing Malika enough. Bifg girls runs away, and again her jab puts pressure on Casta. Malika steps forward, hitting Laetitia's body with her right and then retreats, keeping the smaller girl at bay with her jab. And then she does it again, and again and.. then gets caught! Laetitia uses her shoulders and experience to push Malika to the ropes, battering her belly and tits! Malika trapped, but she fights back with her right, snapping Casta's head several times. Girls finally separate, a couple of seconds before the end of the round. Close, almost too close to call this round.

ROUND 4. Casta out quickly again, she loves to attack Malika now but SHE GETS ROCKED! Casta tries her right, Malika ducks it and then unleashes a blistering counter right uppercut that finds Casta's chin. Casta on all fours, she gets up at 8 but she she's clearly shocked. Malika coming forward, trapping Casta again. Casta with her back on the ropes engages in another close range exchange, and she pounds Malika's body. Smaller girl adds punches, feisty action from Laetitia as she tries to come back from the earlier knock-down, AND SHE GETS HIT AGAIN! Another uppercut from Malika, another right hand that splashes on Laetitia's vulnerable chin. Casta down on her butt, hands on the ropes. Malika screaming in joy as she sees Laetitia down again. Laetitia somehow managing to beat the count, but she looks shabby after this round.

ROUND 5. The pace finally slows down, as both girls decide to take some time to regroup. But Malika's jab proves to be more effective, keeping Laetitia at the right distance. And when Malika pours in, she scores. Not much action in the round, but Malika gets the better again.

ROUND 6. Similar stuff, with Casta visibly slowing down. Probably too static, probably too slow, she hits her foe feebly, producing little to no damage. Midway through, Malika gets closer pushes Laetitia towards the ropes and GOES TO CASTA'S RACK! Casta shell-shocked, jugs hurting, she tries to find a way out but she's simply unable to push Malika. Casta clinches, again and again, but Malika is leaving her mark on her.

ROUND 7. More rope action, with Casta covering, clinching, stopping Malika's assault this time more effectively. Still, Malika dictates the round, flooding Laetitia with torrential body punching at times. Casta spent, feet planted on the canvas but not going anywhere.

ROUND 8. Malika dances, Malika jabs, Malika throws a right hook, Malika goes for a left/right combo to the belly AND LAETITIA GOES DOWN AGAIN! Casta's legs collapsing under Malika's one-sided assault, leaving the former multi-champion on her butt again. Painful to watch for Laetitia's corner- she beats the count again but then Malika is on her jugs, beating the hell out of them. Proud girl won't give up, but there doesn't seem to be much left from her.

ROUND 9. Malika almost teasing Laetitia now. Freshness and youth are on her side and she can circle her prey, touching her with the jab, retreating when Casta gets more aggressive. No pushing, no shoving from Malika this round, but she's firmly in control as they're going through the tenth.

ROUND 10. Casta out with pride –four knock-downs have put an incredible toll on her in this bout- as she summons her forces for a last desperate attack. Casta launching herself forward, following Malika to the ropes, trading punches there. Laetitia hits Malika's body with her right, tests her cheek with her left, and then batters Malika's tits with a couple of punches. Malika annoyed, she doesn't like the treatment on her breast and SHE ANSWERS BACK! Torrid action from Malika, she scores with the hooks and blasts Casta's head repeatedly! Casta's gloves not protecting the battered beauty anymore, and with a minute still on the clock CASTA GOES DOWN AGAIN! Casta sobbing, gloves on her face and chest, not trying to get up and IT'S OVER! Malika Menard stopped Laetitia Casta KO 10.

AFTER. Devastating loss for Laetitia. She survived the first round, answered back in the second, fought in the third, but disappeared afterwards. Her pride and her experience did not save her from a humbling defeat tonight, and there are serious questions about her overall conditioning. After all, her last years of FCBA may have put an ineradicable seal on her career. But Laetitia's problems should not take anything away from Malika's explosive set of performances. "I am so so happy. I put her down in the first for the second time, and when she started to answer back, I shifted gears and shut her off. It's time now to expand my horizons –and I'm very interested at the opportunity to work with Foxfire Atlantic. British cows are a top priority, then I'm sure there is some worthless Italian to dominate, and of course I'm interested in the American girls. I mean, if Laetitia was a star there, I should have no problems, right?"
