BEFORE:

"How can it be that Carmen Freaking ELECTRA is so underrated in this association," says Carmen, eyes flashing. "I'm quicker than Mack. I'm faster. I'm more athletic. And I've got the better, stronger body. And I'm the underdog? Well, I'M betting on ME."

"Electra is more of a challenge than people give her credit for," says Allison. "She has all the tools. But Mack The Knife's going to take them away, one by one, and, when her box is empty, Carmen's going to feel the shark bite."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside and that song you hear is 'Everyone Get On Up', sung by the one and only Carmen Electra from her eponymous 1993 album..."

McCarthy: "I thought all copies of that flop had been buried in lead lined vaults by order of the EPA..."

O'Dell: "Well, apparently at least one survives. Electra into the ring, helped off with the robe...and check her out in that black and white striped bikini..."

McCarthy: "Mack ought to wear a overalls to save herself some embarrassment..."

"Oh the shark, babe
Has such teeth, dear..."

McCarthy: "I will NOT lose my cool and get us yanked off the air again. I am a professional and will act as such. Because NO ONE wants to see 'Gigli II'."

O'Dell: "Excellent, Mac. And, of course, since Jenny McCarthy is sitting next to me, that music can only mean that Allison..."

O'Dell: "'Mack The Knife' Mack is on her way to the ring. Mack climbing in, wearing that black robe with the gleaming silver knife dripping blood, helped off with it and she's got a blood red bikini on..."

Tess: "Isn't that the same one she was wearing the night she knocked McCarthy out in 36 seconds?"

McCarthy: "I will NOT lose my cool and get us yanked off the air again..."

O'Dell: "How about a pick, Mac?"

McCarthy: "Everyone knows the deal with Electra. She's like Pam Anderson. She's fought in every kind of fight there is, a lot of them private stuff. She's got the skills, but she's shot before her time from all those apartment matches and martial arts fights overseas. I still think she's got a shot tonight, though. Mack is waaaaaay overrated just like most of the Dancing Hookers."

O'Dell: "Well, we're about to find out, because there's the bell. Mack bobbing and weaving, working forward, banging to the body. Carmen looking to get a little space, but being crowded. Mack controlling tempo, working the body with hooks, shoving Carmen backward."

McCarthy: "Electra still has the fast hands! Nice flurry right there, caught Mack a couple of good ones."

O'Dell: "Mack responds to the breadbasket. Punishing those lats and ribs, crowding, banging inside. Carmen landing some in spots, but Mack in control here with the pressure."

McCarthy: "Electra might be spending too much time looking for a big shot. Needs to let her hands go and counter. She's letting Mack fight her fight."

O'Dell: "And that's exactly what Allison is doing as round one comes to an end."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Second round underway now and Carmen on her toes here, Mac!"

McCarthy: "Not allowing Allison to close. Dancing and snapping jabs. Not a bad way to counter Mack's pressure."

O'Dell: "Electra with a nice flurry! Landed three solid shots there, then scooted away before Mack could counter. Allison dogged in pursuit..another nice combo for Carmen!"

McCarthy: "Used a jab step and a right hand lead! Followed with a hook and a straight right! Lightning fast! Got Mack bamboozled!"

O'Dell: "Carmen sticking the jab, bouncing on her toes, faking with one hand and popping with the other. Mack still pursuing, landing the odd body shot, but that's about it. There's the bell and this thing's all even, Mac!"

McCarthy: "That was...great! Just GREAT!"

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Third round underway and Carmen back to work...look at the feet, Mac. She's going in about three directions at once! Mack's off balance, can't find her, and Carmen's landing that snapping left at will!"

McCarthy: "Electra's just out-quicking Mack right now. She's on her front foot, then on her back foot, switching weight, gets Mack where she want her, then lights her up with a quick salvo...like that one! Nice combination. Three or four solid punches landed cleanly! Allison felt all of them!"

O'Dell: "Mack still pursuing, but Electra's leading her a merry chase. Jab stepping, feinting, bouncing, landing that left...OH! BIG FLURRY STOPPED MACK COLD! Allison looking a little wobbly! Carmen dancing back and forth in front of her. Mack comes forward again...AND DOWN SHE GOES! ELECTRA WITH A WICKED THREE-PUNCH SALVO!"

McCarthy: "YES! Mack to her knees! Electra to a neutral corner..."

Tess: "Which is about the ONLY neutral thing going on right now..."

O'Dell: "Count at five, six...Mack getting up. Taking the mandatory eight, and on comes Carmen. Allison covering up as Electra lets those fast hands go! There's the bell! Huge round Carmen Electra!"

McCarthy: "29-27 Carmen after that one! 29-27 Carmen!"

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Round four underway and Carmen back on her toes. Allison now working out of the crouch, Mac...making one of those level changes Wiz loves so much..."

McCarthy: "She's presenting a smaller target. Keeping the hands up as she works forward. Electra still snapping those jabs, but Mack catching most of them on her gloves."

O'Dell: "Allison getting inside and hooking that body again. I'm pretty certain this is the strategy she was talking about when she said pre-fight that she'd take Carmen's tools away one by one."

McCarthy: "Electra lands a nice combination! Set up a right hand with a left uppercut!"

O'Dell: "Mack back to work downstairs, hammering that breadbasket. Crowding Electra. Pounding those lats. Carmen circling, trying to find spots for those snappy lefts, but Allison isn't giving her much of a target. Nice left hook to the ribs by Mack at the bell. Close round. Allison's, I think..."

McCarthy: "I think so. Close enough the judges might not agree, though."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Fifth round now underway and Mack still in that crouch, working forward, crowding Carmen, cutting off the ring, and bruising up that body with thudding hooks. Electra tying up, but Mack punching free, banging the midsection as Carmen ties up again looking for a fresh start."

McCarthy: "Mack is holdinmg and hitting! The referee should caution her!"

O'Dell: "Actually, CARMEN is holding and Mack is hitting. Allison keeping that pressure on. Working out of that crouch, pounding that body, looking to get into Carmen's legs..."

McCarthy: "That's how you can take them away, work the body. It'll bring the guard down, too."

O'Dell: "And that's all Allison's about this round. . Nothing upstairs at all. Focused like a laser on that body. Carmen can't find the range. Her stuff's being smothered and caught on the gloves. MACK WITH A LEFT HOOK AND A STRAIGHT RIGHT AND DOWN GOES ELECTRA!"

McCarthy: "That's what happens when the guard comes down. Get UP, Carmen!"

O'Dell: "Carmen up at seven. Takes the count as Allison bounces up and down in her corner looking like she's about to spar three at Front Street instead of look for the finisher against a fighting legend and four-time bantamweight champion. Referee waives Mack forward, still in that crouch, slams a couple of hooks to the body...and that's the bell!"

McCarthy: "Let's take a look at the combination that sent Carmen down. Allison comes up out of the crouch with a hard left hook to the chin and Carmen's knees wobble. She follows with a rightr cross right on the button and Electra's blown to her back. She managed to get up, though, so the scorecard still matters. I've got it 47-46 at the halfway point."

ROUND SIX:

O'Dell: "Second half of the fight starts the way the first half ended, with Allison Mack pressuring out of a crouch and working Carmen Electra's body. Electra tying up as Allison gets in close, wincing as Allison slams a pair of hooks into those ribs. Electra shoves Mack off, lands a jab, Allison counters lusty, with a left to the ribs and a shovel hook to the belly."

McCarthy: "Mack's trying to bring the guard down again now. All body. Nothing upstairs at all. Carmen keeping the gloves up, though, remembers what happened last round."

O'Dell: "Mack clinical now. Just punishing Carmen to the body. Lands a nice uppercut that snaps Electra's head back. Carmen covering up, backed up into the ropes. Mack hurting her to the body again and again. Electra tying up, trying to force a break and get some space."

McCarthy: "Carmen needs to get her hands busy! She's letting Allison take her apart in there!"

O'Dell: "I don't think she's LETTING Allison do anything. Mack is taking what she wants right now, and what she wants is that world famous body. OH! Nice flurry to the head. Carmen wobbled! She's hurt! Backed into the ropes! Allison right back to digging away at the body. Carmen just clinching and holding on as the round comes to an end."

McCarthy: "I've got Mack up a couple now. Electra's not out of the fight, but she's got to find some answers."

ROUND SEVEN:

O'Dell: "We're in to round seven and Electra trying to get back to moving and sticking, but Mack having none of it, working forward in that crouch, blocking the jabs, banging the body with short hooks, smothering the counter attempts..."

McCarthy: "Carmen wearing down under this body assault. You can see her slowing down."

O'Dell: "And Mack taking full advantage of it, piling on the punishment. Not looking for a big shot. Just working the ribs, the lats, nasty shovel hook to the belly right there..."

Tess: "Wonder where she learned THAT from..."

O'Dell: "Mack moving Electra back with a double pump jab, then hooking the ribs with a right hand. Carmen tying up, wincing in pain, banging at Allison's side with her free hand..."

McCarthy: "Carmen not getting off at all this round. Mack totally dominating her."

O'Dell: "And that's the bell. We're through seven and Allison Mack in full control."

ROUND EIGHT:

O'Dell: "Eighth underway and Electra with a nice flurry there! Best stuff in a long while from Carmen. Found the range on Allison coming in and landed a couple solid shots!"

McCarthy: "Carmen's not out of the fight. She's down three on my card. Still has time to win it!"

O'Dell: "Mack back to work at the body now, slamming those hooks home. Carmen banging at the top of her head in that crouch. Mack doesn't like it, digs hard to the midsection. Carmen wraps around the head, clinching for a break. Gets one. Lands a double-tap jab. Mack counters with a straight left and a right hook, then buries a left hook in the kidney! Carmen fires back with a flurry. Landed a couple. Mack hooks the body, forces Electra back, lands a hard uppercut."

McCarthy: "Carmen looking like she's got a second wind, Jenny!"

O'Dell: "And Allison looking to take it right out of her, pounding that belly button as the round ends. Close, Mac."

McCarthy: "Close, but Allison won it, I think."

ROUND NINE:

O'Dell: "On to the ninth, now, Mack in the lead and looking for more, boring in on Carmen in that crouch, giving her angles, hooking the body. Electra shoving Mack off, trying to get her hands busy. Allison rocks Carmen with a left hook, hammers away at the midsection with the right. Forces her back against the ropes..."

McCarthy: "Electra's got to get out of there..."

O'Dell: "Mack another hard left! ANOTHER! Carmen wobbling. Mack bangs a hook to the belly and Carmen gasps in pain. Mack and uppercut! Snapped back Carmen's head. Electra hurt! Allison letting the hands go! Rocking Carmen to the head! Electra covering up. Uppercut between the gloves snapped Carmen's head back again...AND THAT'S IT! REFEREE HAS SEEN ENOUGH AND HE'S PUTTING A STOP TO IT! The winner by TKO9, Allison 'Mack The Knife' Mack!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "Allison, you said you were going to empty Carmen's tool box then stop her. Was it harder than you thought?"

Allison: "Not really. I knew she could still fight. She's got great hands and feet. Very quick. And tough as hell. But. I knew I could hurt her to the body, slow her down, and take her out of there. And, for all the folks who think she's done, look at it THIS way. She lasted 26 minutes with me. McCarthy only lasted 26 seconds!"

McCarthy: "It was THIRTY six seconds you..."

Allison: "Now, hit MY music!"

"Oh the shark, babe

McCarthy: "I will NOT lose my cool and get us yanked off the air again..."
