CHAMPION: NATALIE PORTMAN

1. Michelle Williams...Mishy is now 14 for 18 and topped Chabert along with newcomer Emma Stone during the interregnum.

2. Mila Kunis…has now won five of six with the last two being Krissy Bell and Hewitt.

3. Hayden Panettiere…was idle between rankings, so she got jumped by Kunis. Moved ahead of ScarJo, though, so she stays at 3.

4. Cassie Scerbo…beat Song and wasted Longoria. Took champ Portman OT. Up six.

5. Lacey Chabert…Sandwiched wins over Kreuk and Hudgens around loss to Mishy. Stays in the top five with results like that.

6. Sienna Miller...smooooth blonde is eleven for fourteen and the losses are to higher-ranked fighters: Williams, ScarJo, and Hayden. Down one on inactivity.

7. Kristen Bell…Is five of seven and the only losses are to higher-ranked fighters, Kunis and Hayden.

8. Ashley Tisdale... Has won seven of nine including Hudgens twice and Danes. The only losses are to Scerbo and Hayden. Has management now, which makes her even more dangerous.

9. Claire Danes…Avenged loss to ScarJo and beat Milian, then lost to Portman. Good enough to get her back in the top ten.

10. Scarlett Johansson…former champ has dropped two straight, but they WERE to Portman and Danes.

11. Reese Witherspoon…loss to Carter slowed her momentum and dropped her out of the top ten. Wouldn't take much to put her right back in it, though.

12. Brenda Song…She's five for her last nine against flyweight comp, with wins over Fox, Spearritt, Tisdale, Hudgens, and Chabert. Fell to Scerbo last time out. Lot of that going around.

13. Zoe Saldana…had a nice win over Kate Bosworth her last time out. If she gets busy, you might see her in the top ten.

14. Lindsay Lohan…has won four of five, and the loss was to the much bigger Van Camp. We aren’t believers that her ten cent head won't send her spiraling to the nether regions of these rankings again soon, but, for now…

15. AnnaLynne McCord…tall, talented beauty has won three straight, including Knightley, Shay Mitchell, and, most impressively, Meester.

16. Sarah Carter…Has won four of her last eight with wins including Kreuk, Song, Witherspoon, and Dushku. Three of losses were to higher-ranked Chabert and Portman and bantam Pressly. But the head-scratcher against Scagliotti cost her eight spots.

17. Elisabeth Harnois...Harnois is now 9-4-1 in her last thirteen against top comp.

18. Nina Dobrev…went 1-2 since the last rankings and moved up 15 spots. Why? The losses were barnburners against tough bantam Minka Kelly. And the win was over impressive young Miley Cyrus.

19. Penelope Cruz…is four for seven and the losses were to Wilde, Cuthbert and LiLo.

20. Vanessa Hudgens…Has lost five of seven, but the losses were Portman, Song, Tisdale, Chabert and Mishy. Still, she needs some wins to stay in the Top 20 much longer.

21. Hannah Spearritt…lost to Vanessa last time out, so she has to remain here.

22. Julianne Hough-Is six for nine and her losses have been to lightweight Yustman, bantam Carlson, and Hayden. She also has a pair of wins over Carlson and one over Yustman and also has Electra and Doherty shaped notches on her belt.

23. Kristin Kreuk…Has lost five of seven, but all the losses were to higher-ranked fighters, Krissy Bell, Spearitt, Portman, Chabert, and Kunis.

24. Kristen Stewart…Has won nine straight since going the distance with Mishy Williams in her debut, seven by knockout.

25. Christina Ricci…Her management is gone, and she's been inactive as a result. Needs fights to hold her position.

26. Eva Longoria…Looked slow and rusty in her loss to Scerbo. We're going to forgive that one, considering the competition and the fact that Eva hadn't been in the ring in some time.

27. Lady Gaga…hasn't fought since June, but has won three straight. Needs to be more active to stay here.

28. Amanda Seyfried…has won two of four beating tough bantam Clarkson and Frege and to Witherspoon and top bantam Hewitt.

29. Miley Cyrus…Proved her debut win over LiLo was no fluke by beating Jamie Lynn Spears, then turning around and giving Dobrev all she wanted.

30. Naomi Watts...has wins over Williams, Lohan, Spearritt, Miller and Ledoyen in her last six...but hasn't been in the ring in over a year and is falling as a result.

31. Brittany Snow...is three for last four with wins over Lowndes, Evigan, and Witherspoon. Only loss? Scerbo.

32. Fergie…finally fought a fly after four straight losses to bantams. And looked impressive in beating Shakira.

33. Shakira...She-Wolf is streaky in the extreme. Won four in a row. Has lost four straight since.

34. Keira Knightley…beat Madekwe last time out, showing new management they didn't make a mistake.

35. Lyndsy Fonseca…Looked good in win over bantam Frege last time out.

36. Jamie Chung…Is only 1 for five, but the win was Fox and the losses were to higher-ranked flys, Dobrev, Lohan and an on-a-mission Mishy, and to bantam McCarthy, a fight she was winning when she got stopped.

37. Megan Fox…Think there's a little pressure on Megan? Recent loss to Neve Campbell was her fifth in a row. In a stable that's as deep at fly as any, save perhaps HISC.

38. Emilie de Ravin…Slips four on inactivity.

39. Christinia Milian…Lost to Danes last time out. Can't drop her much for that.

40. Rachel Stevens…hung with Allison Mack for awhile, then proved that was no mirage with a slump-busting upset of Jessica Simpson.

41. Jessica Simpson…Has won two of four, but the loss to Stevens stung. Not as much as being shelved by her management as a result, though.

42. Leighton Meester…didn't fight in the interregnum. Has lost five of six. Needs to get active and right the ship.

43. Virginie Ledoyen…Followed a stunning loss to Ryder with an upset loss to Seydoux. Has Winona ruined Virginie?

44. Hilarie Burton…has only a win and a draw in her last five, but she'll fight anyone. The draw was with a lightweight (Vandervoort), and the losses came to Kelly, DeCesare, and Peregrym.

45. Kelly Monaco...has dropped four in a row...but it's a murderer's row. Fox, McCord, Panettiere, Alba. That said, a win soon would be nice. Or even a trip to the ring.

46. Sarah Shahi…has been inactive in recent months, and that cost her a couple of spots. She's got the ability to be a factor here if she can get the fights.

47. Rachel Bilson...Bilson is three for her last ten, but the losses were Williams, Panettiere, Shakira, Tisdale, Scerbo and Portman twice.

48. Brianna Evigan...young, talented beauty has solid wins over Seyfried, brawler Cavallari, and veteran Jennie Garth. Has management. If it can get her fights, she could be much higher next time.

49. Jamie Lynn Spears…Is eight for her last 11 and has beaten Spearritt, Lowndes, and Song, but continues to struggle with inconsistency as recent poor outing against Cyrus underlined.

50. Jessica Lowndes…debuted with a loss to Snow, then opened eyes with a punch out of Meester. Followed with a loss to Jamie Lynn Spears, but her looks, lip, and, um, not-exactly-observant-of-the-rules fight style make her pretty attractive to match makers.

51. Rachael Leigh Cook…Hasn't fought since stunning win over Beth Harnois. Yeah, we'd take time to savor that, too.

52. Kristin Cavallari... blonde has impressive wins over Song and Hilary Duff, but her ring gear is getting covered with cobwebs.

53. Kate Bosworth..has fallen to Harnois and Saldana since returning to the ring after a year off. Needs a win or two to make a jump.

54. Danielle Harris…Hasn't fought since a loss to Krissy Bell. Well, in an FCBA ring, anyway. We have no idea what she's done in dumpsters, on rooftops in Dubai, or pits in Macau.

55. Kendra Wilkinson...athletic Playmate is 1-3, but losses came to top-flight bantams Benz and McCarthy, and talented Shahi. Needs to get some wins, though.

56. Geri Halliwell…Has won three in a row, but that's been over several years. Only recent victory was Hannigan.

57. Katie Cassidy…is only two for her last eight. The lastest three losses were two to bantam Lachman, and one to another bantam, Kelly. She's got good wins against Kelly and Saldana in there, but needs to get more results.

58. Michelle Trachtenberg...might be better than her 2-8 FCBA record indicates. The losses were to Danes, Lohan, Williams twice, ScarJo, Chabert, Harnois, and Dobrev.

59. Heather Hemmens…lost debut against Milian, but got her first W the next time out against Kat Graham.

60. Allison Scagliotti…we can't believe we're typing this, but, she won her debut against Sarah Carter…

61. Anna Paquin…Has only one fight and lost to Stewart. But has potential.

62. Sarah Michelle Gellar…ok, we're all glad Sarah's stopped the 17 fight winless streak. But. The win was Ellen Page. We need to see more to believe she's anywhere close to back.

63. Emma Watson…Danes. Kunis. Kreuk. Ledoyen. Might as well add in Regan and Righetti. No sense babying the kid…

64. Shannen Doherty…Fought for the first time since '07 and looked like it getting destroyed by Hough. But. She can still fight. Let's she if she cares to.

65. Ashlee Simpson…Wishes she could fight Jamie Lynn Spears every other month.

66. Salma Hayek…is two for her last twelve, and it's worse than it sounds. The wins were over Trista Sutter and Winona Ryder.

67. Kylie Minogue…showed she could still fight going the distance against Pink.

68. Jojo...young singer has potential and showed it beating Lovato.

69. Danielle Panabaker…Danny Panny showed some ability and tons of toughness in debut loss to Stewart.

70. Alyson Hannigan…first two fights since '08 didn't go well, as Hannigan fell to Kreuk and Halliwell. Could a fight against rival Gellar be the cure for what ails one of the two?

71. Carrie Underwood…Has lost her only two FCBA fights, but showed she could box in both.

72. Amy Jo Johnson...has two wins, a draw against Scerbo and losses to Hayden and Krissy Bell in last five. Not bad at all. Hasn't fought much, though, and has reached the age where campaigning at fly will be a very difficult proposition.

73. Shania Twain...returned to the ring against Jewel and showed she could still box. Then tried on Pink, which turned out to be a mistake.

74. Beverley Mitchell…Broke an 0-4 streak with a win over Kat Dennings in her first fight since '09.

75. Kelly Ripa...is one for her last four, but still has the fitness and skill to compete with younger girls.

76. Alyssa Milano...is two for her last nine, but one of the wins was Panettiere and the losses were all against top-flight talent.

77. Emily Browning…is 0-2 in her young career with losses to de Ravin and Dobrev. We think she's better than this ranking, and, if she gets fights, she'll prove it.

78. Ashley Benson...couldn't beat Dobrev in her debut, but did enough to intrigue us.

79. Demi Lovato…is 0-3 in her brief career, but two of the losses were to the bigger Van Camp and highly-ranked veteran Jessica Simpson. Would seem to have ability and be attractive to match making types.

80. Sara Jean Underwood…is 0-2 in her brief career, but the losses were DeCesare and Harnois.

81. Stephanie Jacobsen…is 0-1 lifetime…but the loss was to Lucy Liu.

82. Kiele Sanchez…has fought twice in the last two years and lost both.

83. Elsa Pataky…is 0-2 in her FCBA career, but the losses were Cruz and Brewster.

84. Victoria Beckham…has lost four straight, including her most recent outing to Pink.

85. Emma Stone…lost her debut to Mishy. Read that again. She DEBUTED against MISHY. Did this kid lose a bet?

86. Kat Graham…made a list of demands. Heather Hemmens beat her with it.

87. Amy Adams…is 0-2 in her FCBA career with losses to Stewart and Jamie Lynn Spears. Should stop returning Wiz's calls.

88. Laura Breckenridge…is 1-3 in her career, and last fight was in '07.

89. Samaire Armstrong…has lost her last three and hasn't won since 2006. That win WAS against Chabert, though.

90. Christina Aguilera...one win since 2003, and didn't exactly distinguish herself in recent outings, spending a whole fight fouling Britney Spears to no avail, then getting starched by Lohan. Good news is, she's in shape. Round is a shape. Ba dum bum.

91. Gillian Anderson...is 0 for her last three. Last FCBA fight was in '07 and her last win in '03. Still, talk of an Anderson/Hayek meet on Cougar Beach continues.

92. Ellen Page…got battered by Gellar and some are questioning whether she should retire from the ring. Others remember her beating Gomez.

93. Lucy Hale...still looking for an FCBA win, but has shown both some ability and tons of heart in the effort.

94. Emmanuelle Chriqui...pretty Canadian brunette hasn't seen much action or done any winning. She showed plenty of ability against Kristen Stewart, though.

95. Drew Barrymore...is 1-1 career but hasn't fought since '99.

96. Holly Marie Combs...last won in '00. Has lost six since then.

97. Vanessa Marcil...last win was in '05. Last fight a year later.

98. Kirsten Dunst...She's lost 12 of 13 with the lone win being Ryder.

99. Shiri Appleby...famous (ok, bad word) for losing to Dani Harris twice, once in a shopping mall.

100. Thandie Newton...one for her last four. Last win was in '07.

101. Melissa Joan Hart...probably can't make the weight anymore. Last win was over Michelle Williams. It was also in 2000.

102. Tara Reid...is one for her last nine, has a career record of 4-18 and hasn't been in the ring for over four years. Doesn't even rank as the hottest mess in the division anymore. Thanks for that, LiLo.

103. Scout Taylor-Compton...is 0-2 and hasn't made it past the third round.

104. Selena Gomez…Her ranking still hasn't recovered from the loss to Page.

105. Calista Flockhart...has fought(and lost) three times in her career. Is 46 and last went the distance when she was 35.
