Tess Valmore.

I had to leave on an extended trip immediately after the Asylum and am on the road now, so this review will be short

JEWEL/ STOWE. A big upset. Jewel was firmly in control of this fight going into the eighth when Stowe landed a big hand and then unleashed a flurry of punches causing the referee to stop the fight. Stowe by a controversial TKO. One has to wonder if it isn't time for Jewel to stick to training

DENNINGS/ ANNISTON. A disgraceful performance from Anniston, who fouled Dennings at least four times. In the end, it gained her nothing as Dennings landed a couple hooks in the seventh, that left Anniston out on her feet and the fight was stopped.

SCHERZINGER/ PEET. A huge upset. I think it is the upset of the young year. Peet should have had no business being in the ring with Nicole, but Amanda hurt Nicole in every round and stopped her in the fourth. This loss will cost Nicole a big drop in the rankings and probably any chance of a title fight

SOBIESKi/ TYLER. Leveler was in charge of this fight most if the way. She had a wide lead going into the eighth When a couple rights put Liv out on her feet causing the fight to be halted

ARTERTON/ HUNTINGTON-WHITELEY Not much of a fight. Rosie took the first round but Gemma took the second round and then stopped Rosie in the third. We seemed to have some over-protective referees last night

PERRY/ HAZELL. For the first three rounds Perry moved better and had better control than we had previously seen. Then she got into slugging mode and found herself behind
on the cards at the end of seven. Once again the referee stepped in and stopped the fight this time, after Perry landed a series of rights.

Once again I must thank my broardcasting companions Jenny for putting up with Jenny and me and Jenny for feeding me those great straight lines even if it wasn't intentional.
