BEFORE. This is a special fight that brings back memories from 2006 in both fighters. "I still remember that fight -Lindsay tells the press- Virginie came in with a patronizing attitude, almost taunting me, but she found out how good I was at her expenses. I admit she surprised me and took the lead, but she was used up by the tenth round and she experienced one of my best KO punches. I will be happy to do it again tonight, only much earlier in the fight!" Ledoyen livid, telling the press HER side of the story: "Hell, I put her down four times, she was done, and then she came out with a lucky punch and an imbecile referee that stopped the fight… imbecile he was, and tonight I will expose Lindsay to my punches!" Given the heated previous fight between these two, it's curious that managers never arranged a follow-up in the FCBA -but BBU is the right place for this type of settlement! Lilo purple bikini, Virginie in black -both deciding to wear the same colors they wore six years ago in their first and only fight. Parisian crowd is in favor of Virginie, but Lohan has her fans too.

R1. Ledoyen determined, comes out of her stool in anger and starts to punch! Lohan hands down, trying to use her power to get back to Virginie but it's the French girl's right that now put Lohan into trouble. Lilo finally covers up, gloves at her temples, advancing towards Virginie and hitting from there, making sure she covers up adequately. Ledoyen trying to dig into Lohan's defense, trading punches with her and finally finding a short-arm hook AND DOWN GOES LOHAN! Lindsay up at 8, and finally the two circle each other to the bell. Ledoyen pumps her fist in the air, cheered by the crowd; Lohan grits her teeth, remembering their first fight.

R2. Ledoyen doesn't stop, spirited, she assaults Lindsay again with her jab, then steps back when Lohan tries to respond with her dangerous right hand. Virginie puts a lot of pressure on her opponent in the first minute, getting finally close to her and as Lohan misses her right swing Virginie goes for the uppercut! AND LINDSAY DROPS TO ALL FOURS! Lohan surprised, shakes her head in disbelief as Virginie virtually repeats her initial performance of their first bout. Lilo finally up at 8, she gets more defensive but Virginie still uses her jab nicely, circling the slightly dazed American to score more points. Ledoyen in domination until now, but Lohan showed she can have answers to such offensive burst. Still, a huge round for Virginie.

R3. Virginie does not stop, keeping the pace with her fresh legs, beating Lilo around the perimeter with her peppering jab. Lohan not daring now -she knows she has to wait until Virginie finally winds down. Midway through -torrid exchanges of punches in the middle of the ring, with Ledoyen checking Lindsay's chin again, although Lohan proves to be bold enough to remain n her feet. Lilo finally scores for points, trading rights with a slower Virginie, then stepping back to build some distance between her and the French woman. Virginie misses her first punches of the bout, Lohan able to skin her cheek -still, not enough to take the round away from her. Virginie all smiles, touched but still fresh after three one-sided rounds.

R4. Lindsay defensive again, but this time she's letting Virginie too much space, too much action, Virginie able to push Lindsay to the ropes, working her ribcage there, and then SHE GOES RACK! Virginie finally finds Lohan's inviting jugs, pummeling as she wants to make Lohan pay for her clear superiority in the front department until the younger beauty finally manages to push her away. Ledoyen smiling, teasing Lindsay: "Come on, let me have another shot at it!" with Lohan unable to find her way back into the fight. She tries to blitz Ledoyen, but the French vixen punishes her again with a swinging hook -Lohan staggers on her feet, refusing to go down but looking a little shot at the end of the fourth.

R5. Ledoyen slows down, going to a more conventional boxing position, waiting, trying to get through Lindsay's defense with her right. But this gives Lohan the possibility to use her rangy arms to find Virginie's head and torso, finally getting the chance to score points before Ledoyen. Lindsay now perfectly choosing the tempo, getting with precision at Virginie's right cheek with her left as soon as Virginie misses her attack. Virginie tagged hard, tries to retread but Lindsay follows her, left/right again to the head. Virginie covers, dazed and Lohan unleashes a monster right to Virginie's guts! Virginie stupefied, petrified, AND SHE DROPS ON HER KNEES clutching at her aching tummy! Lohan seething, yelling: "Get up tramp!" at her dazed opponent. Ledoyen outclassed here, her legs at least momentarily shot, as she desperately tries to buy time, but Lohan won't have it. Lindsay simply traps Virginie at the ropes, gives her a comprehensive beating there, with Ledoyen lucky to remain on her feet when the bell puts an end to the round. Finally, Lindsay's power seems to have found a way to dismantle Virginie's offensive strategy. Huge round for Lohan, leaves Virginie going back to her corner in sobs.

R6. Virginie out slow, she probably did not have enough time to recover from Linday's assault. And Lohan knows it! Lohan pours her potent punches on Virginie's body from the early seconds, forcing Ledoyen to get to the ropes. Virginie hangs in there, trying to execute on Lindsay but it's the American girl who keeps hitting Virginie's ribcage. Ledoyen out of options -she clings and hopes for some time to pass! Lohan visibly annoyed by Virginie's strategy, and when they are finally separated she goes to Virginie's body again. And Virginie answers back! Ledoyen engaging Lindsay in some good punching exchanges, and the two need to be separated when the bell rings. Good stuff from Lohan -she has started to tear Virginie's strategy apart with her power.

R7. Virginie trying to stay on the outside again, legs still stiff although more mobile than earlier. Lohan waiting patiently, and as Virginie tries to get closer she rocks her with the right! Ledoyen hit, she backpedals but Lindsay keeps the pressure and DOWN GOES VIRGINIE! Ledoyen hit on her left chhhk, she sprawls backwards, splashing on the ropes and then down on the mat. Lindsay roaring -she certainly evened the fight now. Virginie sobbing, trying to get up again, and she finally pulls on the ropes and get to her feet again at eight. Anger in Virginie's eyes, desire to finish her opponent in Lindsay's eyes -that's a nice clash between the two! Virginie now tries to slow down the fight again, getting away from Lohan, letting her try punches that do not hit Virginie's body -not the prettiest technique for Virginie, but she gets the result -surviving the round.

R8. After three consecutive one-sided rounds, Lindsay looks for the KO! Lohan advances easily, but Virginie is shifty and stays away from Lindsay's punches now, blocking, ducking and then Virginie pours in! Lindsay surprised, she misses a right straight and gets reached by Virginie's right instead! Lindsay unsteady, legs bending for a moment, with Virginie continuing to punch, right/right/left AND LOHAN IS DOWN! Lindsay collapses on her butt, with Virginie letting go a scream of joy. French fighter somehow relieved, American reed in face -she rises at seven, not happy about the knockdown. Virginie now even taunts Lindsay, hands down, feet finally moving again as they used to do earlier. Lohan tries a rangy right, misses, Virginie gets closer to hit Lilo but gets caught instead! Lohan now on autopilot, she exploits her size to push Virginie towards the ropes, keeping a constant pressure with her right on the retreating French fighter. Virginie is under a barrage of punches, she blocks a couple but can't set up an attack of her own and gets tagged! Lohan insists, Virginie tries to cover her face and Lilo works on her chest! Virginie surprised, bamboozled by Lohan's abrupt change of focus, gets hit several times on her minuscule tits and tries to retaliate on Lindsay's rack but Lohan explodes her left AND VIRGINIE GOES DOWN! Poor Virginie sags with her butt on the ropes, sliding down, hands that desperately try to get a hold on the ropes. Virginie eventually manages to beat the count, but she's clearly out of options in this round and simply runs from Lohan in the remaining seconds. Crowd doesn't like it - cheers are all for Lindsay at the end of this round. Despite the early knockdown, Lindsay gets the round here -the four consecutive round since the early dominance of Virginie. Fight even, but Lindsay clearly looking in better shape.

R9. Lohan now more cautious, she wants Virginie to get closer so she can use her powerful right to flatten the French fighter. Ledoyen vivid for the beating she received at the end of the previous round, she returns to some jabbing action and this is good for her! Virginie able to pepper Lindsay's body from the medium range, forcing Lohan to cover instead of attacking, taking apart her tactics here. Lohan frustrated, unable to get to Virginie in a convincing fashion, as she gets hit repeatedly by the veteran. Virginie does a good job here, with her right hand that finds its target a few times before deciding to go for a close assault to the body. Lindsay caught again by Virginie's right AND NOW VIRGINIE GOES RACK! Lohan's breast gets pummeled by the spirited French, who further control Lindsay at the ropes to end the round in a surprising fashion. Virginie ahead on points again as they are going to the final round, but they both remember how the chasing Lohan came out in the final round to stop Virginie in their previous meeting.

R10. Lohan out quickly, she wants to go for the kill but she's not precise anymore. Virginie escaping again, drawing more murmurs from the crowd, but when she attacks she gets Lohan on the defensive. Lindsay hit again by Virginie's punches -it is clear she has very little left. Ledoyen dances away in the final minute, with Lindsay unable to catch her. Last second -Lilo discouraged, Virginie with her fist in the air, celebrating a victory that seems hers. And at the end it turns out to be correct -at the end of another epic battle, Virginie Ledoyen has beaten Lindsay Lohan UD 10.

AFTER. The two fighters are exhausted, and collapse in each others arms as they congratulate each other. At the end, another hard-fought battle between these two, with Virginie emerging this time. Lohan looked good, able to reverse a fight that at the beginning seemed to be an easy step for Virginie. Ledoyen caught in the middle, but able to take the fight back on her side with a torrid ninth round and able to survive the tenth round. Virginie tired, but able to give her post-fight statement: "You know, she is a real fighter and I admit I did underestimate her. I did not think she would have been able to survive my early attacks, and I suffered her comeback -she has heart, that's for sure. But at the end, this was my fight, and I'm happy to have won it against a talented opponent."
