Before: "I'm gonna go 'Jennifer-Love-Hewitt' on Scarlett!" Amanda chirps, referencing Hewitt's devastating KO1 over Johannson a couple years back. "Scarlett was definitely exposed as a cutie-pie fighter who can't handle determined pressure. Gonna get in her grille; back her up; every where she goes, it's gonna be me on her until she gets the message!" Johannson not amused to have that rough Hewitt outing thrown in her face...she's scowling in rebuttal. "I like that Amanda's an A-list name like myself," Scarlett says at podium, "but I'm too thrilled by her attitude overall. People who think Hewitt laid down a blueprint against me are totally misreading that fight. If Amanda comes at me with pressure, it's going to bite her in the ass. She's not going to press me into defeat; all she's going to do is make herself available to me. But fine, if she's determined to take punches, who am I to argue? Let's get this party started!" Scarlett in charcoal bikini cut to resemble the Andress Dr. No classic; small black gloves; sexy-short Avengers red hair. Amanda in pink bra style bikini top twist-tied betwixt cups; small pink gloves; royal blue sport bikini bottoms; hair in slick top-knot ponytail.

During R1: Scarlett in southpaw look - her lead right foot/right shoulder facing against Amanda's lead left foot/left shoulder. Clubbing hooks from Amanda take Scarlett in right hip; Johannson twisting slightly torso-left as she takes, then hacking back a short-chopping left to jaw, prompting pony-trot of hurt from Seyfried's buzzed legs. Scarlett over to offence - hopping in close, chopping and extra left to blonde pate; turning over right hook against blonde jugs as Seyfried totters back into ropes. Scarlett hopping forward in-stance: straight left spanks at jug; weight shift to back (left) leg draws the right hook clean across Seyfried's open mouth. Crowd roaring: Amanda getting tattooed here...blonde girl vexed; right hand at left cheek; left across her gut as Scarlett calls her shots. Scarlett enjoying her time atop Amanda - redhead nice and relaxed - feeding blonde-girl pesky, straight lefts to set up swiping right hooks...Scarlett shifting weight nicely between front and back legs. Seyfried touched up, but stubborn: toned legs holding her up as Scarlett collects stiff points. Final minute, swinging right hand jams onto Scarlett's jaw...Johannson nearly dropped one her butt as her legs give a shimmy! Amanda over to offence off the ropes - hooking Scarlett high on right temple; reaching in under her arms; turning her/packing her into ropes all ragdoll...Amanda's turning bully on Scarlett! Seyfried: seething; left hand bracing Scarlett's right shoulder while right hand PLOWS deep to belly! Johannson groaning, ashen faced...she turns her left side into ropes/left hip taking a seat on cable as she doubles forward. Seyfried leaning in...left hand flat against Scarlett's lower back; right hand pitching up under Scarlett's right arm to punch at chin - then over the right shoulder to slug cheek. Scarlett spellbound, lips pursed, eyes in shock...stooped forward, she curls her left hand around her face so it's palm-out at her right temple/right hand palm out at left temple...Amanda can't find the chin so she starts lifting right hands into the overhanging ledge of Scarlett's helpless breasts! BLONDE GIRL HELPING HERSELF! Scarlett slumping into ropes, sponging up hurt; Amanda with that left hand on Scarlett's lower back, anchoring her for rising rights to rack! BELL: Amanda grinning, pumping up extra into poor Scarlett - ref pulls belligerent little blonde off her prey as Johannson blinks away tears through 1...plucky Amanda steals points via late surge!

R2: Scarlett hard-eyed, tight-lipped...she comes out hatchet-chopping her right jab down atop Amanda's left while pivoting counter-clockwise, keeping lead right foot outside Amanda's lead left. Scarlett leaning in off her chop-jab, placing straight left hands to Amanda's mouth...good pinpoint strikes have Seyfried frowning as redhead turns blonde midring. Amanda trying to sweep a sidearm right into Scarlett's tummy with mixed results: Johannson's counterclockwise rotation taking the edge off Amanda's right-handed stroke. Nothing fancy: Scarlett working the southpaw "hinge" angle to good effect off Amanda's left side - placing in left hands for points, controlling tempo with her right.

R3: Same again: Scarlett establishes "hinge" on Amanda's left side, turning blonde girl counter-clockwise. Seyfried munching on straight left hands...she tries to force pressure up the middle, only to be picked up tart via Scarlett's short right uppercut. While Amanda's blinking, Scarlett finishes with the left cross - neatly punching Seyfried across the mouth, sending her stumbling back on heels. Scarlett hops-to to close, re-establishes the hinge, picks away on her girl: Seyfried visibly frustrated - catching hard knocks to face, but spooked by Scarlett's well disguised right uppercut.

R4: Scarlett's been working the face from the hinge, now she scoops the odd underhand left into Amanda's breadbasket, punching blurts of protest from blonde lips. Seyfried turning, getting dictated to...she's a confused beauty - fielding hard touches and not getting much of her own work done in response. Scarlett's slap-choppy right jab starts to claim against Amanda's rack: Seyfried sputtering when smote, trying to answer back at Scarlett's inviting, but elusive jugs. Down the stretch, Seyfried rushes up the middle: Scarlett twitches her right shoulder, fitting that sneaky-short right uppercut clean to chin...Seyfried's right (back) foot slides forward way out of position and BLONDE GIRL DOWN! Seyfried sitting in a puddle, punched to her buns by a cool, collected Scarlett J through 4.

R5: Amanda slugging righty: Scarlett's slick counter-clockwise sidestepping carries her away from blonde sweet-spot. Everything clicking for Scarlett: slap-chop right jab hacking down on face or rack, claiming steadily; straight, poking left-hands-of-opportunity scoring to Amanda's face, knocking her head back; scooping underhand lefts plowing paunch, frequently bunching Amanda up/pinching her face in gutshot hurt. Bully's work for classy redhead - circling Amanda, touching her stiff, picking her apart...no one punch does it, but accumulation has Seyfried's backside wobbling by the halfway point. Down the stretch, Scarlett leans way forward, her head outside Amanda's left shoulder while left hand strokes Seyfried ear-to-chin on her right side...blonde girl staring/stumbling back into ropes. Scarlett hops forward; feeds Amanda an extra left straight to face, then clips her the sweet right uppercut clean to chin. Pinpoint punching shuts off power to blonde legs...Seyfried swoons to knees-and-cheek on canvas as Johannson glances down with frosty smile. That's it: Amanda struggles up to all fours but no farther...she's all a-tremble at the 10 count. KO5 in hardhearted fashion, Scarlett Johannson.

AFter: Johannson sporting an ugly shiner under her right eye courtesy Amanda's ferocious early work...probably explains Scarlett's cold-blooded execution thereafter. "She hurt me in the first," Johannson admits in postfight. "I won't deny it. I could just hear her comments about steamrolling me, overwhelming me...the thought of how she would gloat kept me on my feet in those moments. She had her chance - once I got myself together, I just said: 'no way girl; not tonight'. She tried to bully me and I couldn't have that. If she'd been successful with those roughhouse tactics, I'd have had a real problem on my hands, so it was imperative that I turn the tables on her."
