CHAMPION: ASHLEY TISDALE(LOOKOUT! BOXING)

1. Michelle Williams...Mishy is now 16 for 20 and and claimed the scalps of Hudgens and Scerbo the last two times out.

2. Mila Kunis…has now won six of seven with the last three being Krissy Bell, ScarJo and Hewitt.

3. Lacey Chabert…Has beaten Kreuk, Hudgens, and bantam Cuthbert in her last four. The lone loss? Mishy.

4. Natalie Portman…Pax Portmanica may have ended at the hands of Ashley T, but she claimed plenty of impressive victims beforehand, includiing Scerbo and Panettiere.

5. Hayden Panettiere…came back from title loss to toast Ledoyen, but couldn't take the straps from Portman in her next outing, leaving her here.

6. Sienna Miller...smooooth blonde is now 12 for 15 after an impressive win over Cruz, and two of the losses are to higher ranked Williams and Hayden.

7. Kristen Bell…Is six of eight and the only losses are to higher-ranked fighters, Kunis and Hayden.
W-Underwood
8. Cassie Scerbo…has won four of six with victims including Longoria, Song, and current champ Tisdale. Losses? Williams and Portman.

9. Claire Danes…Is fighting at bantam now, but still can make the weight an be plenty dangerous here. Win over Beckinsale suggests she can't be plenty dangerous THERE, too…

10. Scarlett Johansson…former champ has lost three of four, but the losses were to Portman, Danes, and Kunis.

11. Reese Witherspoon…loss to Carter slowed her momentum and dropped her out of the top ten. Loss of management probably did a lot more damage.

12. Brenda Song…She's five for her last nine against flyweight comp, with wins over Fox, Spearritt, Tisdale, Hudgens, and Chabert. Fell to Scerbo last time out. Lot of that going around.

13. Zoe Saldana…had a nice win over Kate Bosworth her last time out. If she gets busy, you might see her in the top ten.

14. Lindsay Lohan…has won four of five, and the loss was to the much bigger Van Camp. We aren’t believers that her ten cent head won't send her spiraling to the nether regions of these rankings again soon, but, for now…

15. AnnaLynne McCord…tall, talented beauty has won three straight, including Knightley, Shay Mitchell, and, most impressively, Meester.

16. Sarah Carter…Has won four of her last eight with wins including Kreuk, Song, Witherspoon, and Dushku. Three of losses were to higher-ranked Chabert and Portman and bantam Pressly. But the head-scratcher against Scagliotti cost her eight spots.

17. Hannah Spearritt…beat Shakira last time out, and, combined with several girls in front of her losing, it got her into the top 20.

18. Kristin Kreuk…Has lost five of eight, but all the losses were to higher-ranked fighters, Krissy Bell, Spearitt, Portman, Chabert, and Kunis. Went OT and dug deep to turn back Seyfried last time out.

19. Nina Dobrev…didn't fight in the interregnum and lost a spot as a result.

20. Julianne Hough-Is six for nine and her losses have been to lightweight Yustman, bantam Carlson, and Hayden. She also has a pair of wins over Carlson and one over Yustman and also has Electra and Doherty shaped notches on her belt.

21. Penelope Cruz…is four for eight and the losses were to Wilde, Cuthbert, Miller and LiLo.

22. Kristen Stewart…Has won ten straight since going the distance with Mishy Williams in her debut, eight by knockout.

23. Elisabeth Harnois...Harnois is now 9-5-1 in her last fourteen against top comp. Loss to Agyeman last time out cost her a few spots.

24. Vanessa Hudgens…Has lost six of eight. The losses were Portman, Song, Tisdale, Chabert and Mishy twice, but you've got to win better than 25 percent of your fights to stay in the top twenty.

25. Christina Ricci…Her management is gone, and she's been inactive as a result. Needs fights to hold her position.

26. Eva Longoria…Looked slow and rusty in her loss to Scerbo. We're going to forgive that one, considering the competition and the fact that Eva hadn't been in the ring in some time.

27. Lady Gaga…hasn't fought since June, but has won three straight. Needs to be more active to stay here.

28. Naomi Watts...has wins over Williams, Lohan, Spearritt, Miller and Ledoyen in her last six...but hasn't been in the ring in over a year. A win or two could put her in the top twenty quickly.

29. Brittany Snow...is three for last four with wins over Lowndes, Evigan, and Witherspoon. Only loss? Scerbo.

30. Amanda Seyfried…has lost three in row and four of six. Has a good win against Clarkson in there, and the losses are Witherspoon, Hewitt, Kreuk, and Johansson. Still…

31. Fergie…finally fought a fly after four straight losses to bantams. And looked impressive in beating Shakira.

32. Keira Knightley…beat Madekwe last time out, showing new management they didn't make a mistake.

33. Emilie de Ravin…banged out a win against Rachel Stevens last time out.

34. Leighton Meester…had a rough patch, but seems to have worked through it after an impressive win over Evigan.

35. Lyndsy Fonseca…Looked good in win over bantam Frege last time out.

36. Jamie Chung…Is only 1 for five, but the win was Fox and the losses were to higher-ranked flys, Dobrev, Lohan and an on-a-mission Mishy, and to bantam McCarthy, a fight she was winning when she got stopped.

37. Megan Fox…Think there's a little pressure on Megan? Recent loss to Neve Campbell was her fifth in a row. In a stable that's as deep at fly as any, save perhaps HISC.

38. Jamie Lynn Spears…Is nine for her last 12 and looked great in recent victory over Cook. Has beaten Spearritt, Lowndes, and Song, but continues to struggle with inconsistency.

39. Christinia Milian…Lost to Danes last time out. Can't drop her much for that.

40. Emma Watson…looked good in beating veterans Cook and Gellar. Couldn't get the job done in an eliminator against Tisdale. Then again, Ashley DOES wear the belts.

41. Rachel Stevens…hung with Allison Mack for awhile, then proved that was no mirage with a slump-busting upset of Jessica Simpson. Couldn't beat de Ravin in the follow up, but that doesn't cost her much.

42. Jessica Simpson…Has won two of four, but the loss to Stevens stung. Not as much as being shelved by her management as a result, though.

43. Hilarie Burton…has only a win and a draw in her last five, but she'll fight anyone. The draw was with a lightweight (Vandervoort), and the losses came to Kelly, DeCesare, and Peregrym.

44. Kelly Monaco...has dropped four in a row...but it's a murderer's row. Fox, McCord, Panettiere, Alba. That said, a win soon would be nice. Or even a trip to the ring.

45. Sarah Shahi…has been inactive in recent months, and that cost her a couple of spots. She's got the ability to be a factor here if she can get the fights.

46. Rachel Bilson...Bilson is three for her last ten, but the losses were Williams, Panettiere, Shakira, Tisdale, Scerbo and Portman twice.

47. Brianna Evigan...young, talented beauty has solid wins over Seyfried, brawler Cavallari, and veteran Jennie Garth. Has management. Couldn't get a result over Meester, but, that may change if she keeps getting work.

48. Jessica Lowndes…debuted with a loss to Snow, then opened eyes with a punch out of Meester. Followed with a loss to Jamie Lynn Spears, but her looks, lip, and, um, not-exactly-observant-of-the-rules fight style make her pretty attractive to match makers.

49. Virginie Ledoyen…Followed a stunning loss to Ryder with an upset loss to Seydoux. Then fell to Panettiere. Appears to be in free fall.

50. Allison Scagliotti…has fought Carter and Tisdale. She's 1-1.

51. Shakira...She-Wolf has now lost six straight, and tongues are wagging about whether it's time for her to hang 'em up.

52. Miley Cyrus…started her career by upsetting LiLo and Jamie Lynn Spears, then gave Dobrev a fight. Then looked horrible against Gomez. Horrible.

53. Kristin Cavallari... blonde has impressive wins over Song and Hilary Duff, but her ring gear is getting covered with cobwebs.

54. Kate Bosworth..has fallen to Harnois and Saldana since returning to the ring after a year off. Needs a win or two to make a jump.

55. Danielle Harris…Hasn't fought since a loss to Krissy Bell. Well, in an FCBA ring, anyway. We have no idea what she's done in dumpsters, on rooftops in Dubai, or pits in Macau.

56. Kendra Wilkinson...athletic Playmate is 1-3, but losses came to top-flight bantams Benz and McCarthy, and talented Shahi. Needs to get some wins, though.

57. Geri Halliwell…Has won three in a row, but that's been over several years. Only recent victory was Hannigan.

58. Katie Cassidy…is only two for her last eight. The lastest three losses were two to bantam Lachman, and one to another bantam, Kelly. She's got good wins against Kelly and Saldana in there, but needs to get more results.

59. Michelle Trachtenberg...might be better than her 2-8 FCBA record indicates. The losses were to Danes, Lohan, Williams twice, ScarJo, Chabert, Harnois, and Dobrev.

60. Rachael Leigh Cook…has dropped two straight since big win over Beth Harnois, to Watson and Spears.

61. Heather Hemmens…looks to be staying at fly after beatdown at hands of Allison Mack.

62. Anna Paquin…Has only one fight and lost to Stewart. But has potential.

63. Selena Gomez…Just when it looked like her career might be strangled in the cradle, she destroyed Cyrus.

64. Sarah Michelle Gellar…followed the streak-breaker against Page with a loss to Watson.

65. Shannen Doherty…Fought for the first time since '07 and looked like it getting destroyed by Hough. But. She can still fight. Let's she if she cares to.

66. Ashlee Simpson…Wishes she could fight Jamie Lynn Spears every other month.

67. Salma Hayek…is two for her last twelve, and it's worse than it sounds. The wins were over Trista Sutter and Winona Ryder.

68. Kylie Minogue…showed she could still fight going the distance against Pink.

69. Jojo...young singer has potential and showed it beating Lovato.

70. Danielle Panabaker…Danny Panny showed some ability and tons of toughness in debut loss to Stewart.

71. Alyson Hannigan…first two fights since '08 didn't go well, as Hannigan fell to Kreuk and Halliwell. Could a fight against rival Gellar be the cure for what ails one of the two?

72. Carrie Underwood…Has lost her only two FCBA fights, but showed she could box in both.

73. Amy Jo Johnson...has two wins, a draw against Scerbo and losses to Hayden and Krissy Bell in last five. Not bad at all. Hasn't fought much, though, and has reached the age where campaigning at fly will be a very difficult proposition.

74. Shania Twain...returned to the ring against Jewel and showed she could still box. Then tried on Pink, which turned out to be a mistake.

75. Beverley Mitchell…Broke an 0-4 streak with a win over Kat Dennings in her first fight since '09.

76. Kelly Ripa...is one for her last four, but still has the fitness and skill to compete with younger girls.

77. Alyssa Milano...is two for her last nine, but one of the wins was Panettiere and the losses were all against top-flight talent.

78. Emily Browning…is 0-2 in her young career with losses to de Ravin and Dobrev. We think she's better than this ranking, and, if she gets fights, she'll prove it.

79. Ashley Benson...couldn't beat Dobrev in her debut, but did enough to intrigue us.

80. Demi Lovato…is 0-3 in her brief career, but two of the losses were to the bigger Van Camp and highly-ranked veteran Jessica Simpson. Would seem to have ability and be attractive to match making types.

81. Stephanie Jacobsen…is 0-1 lifetime…but the loss was to Lucy Liu.

82. Kiele Sanchez…has fought twice in the last two years and lost both.

83. Elsa Pataky…is 0-2 in her FCBA career, but the losses were Cruz and Brewster.

84. Victoria Beckham…has lost four straight, including her most recent outing to Pink.

85. Emma Stone…lost her debut to Mishy. Read that again. She DEBUTED against MISHY. Did this kid lose a bet?

86. Kat Graham…made a list of demands. Heather Hemmens beat her with it.

87. Sarah Hyland…has plenty of snark and looks. Couldn't handle Stewart in her debut, but makes an interesting opponent.

88. Sara Jean Underwood…is 0-4 with losses to DeCesare, Harnoise, Krissy Bell, and Scherzinger. After the latter pounded her out in one, some suggested she try another career. Perhaps we should try not overmatching her first…

89. Amy Adams…is 0-2 in her FCBA career with losses to Stewart and Jamie Lynn Spears. Should stop returning Wiz's calls.

90. Laura Breckenridge…is 1-3 in her career, and last fight was in '07.

91. Samaire Armstrong…has lost her last three and hasn't won since 2006. That win WAS against Chabert, though.

92. Christina Aguilera...one win since 2003, and didn't exactly distinguish herself in recent outings, spending a whole fight fouling Britney Spears to no avail, then getting starched by Lohan. Good news is, she's in shape. Round is a shape. Ba dum bum.

93. Gillian Anderson...is 0 for her last three. Last FCBA fight was in '07 and her last win in '03. Still, talk of an Anderson/Hayek meet on Cougar Beach continues.

94. Ellen Page…got battered by Gellar and some are questioning whether she should retire from the ring. Others remember her beating Gomez.

95. Lucy Hale...still looking for an FCBA win, but has shown both some ability and tons of heart in the effort.

96. Emmanuelle Chriqui...pretty Canadian brunette hasn't seen much action or done any winning. She showed plenty of ability against Kristen Stewart, though.

97. Drew Barrymore...is 1-1 career but hasn't fought since '99.

98. Holly Marie Combs...last won in '00. Has lost six since then.

99. Vanessa Marcil...last win was in '05. Last fight a year later.

100. Kirsten Dunst...She's lost 12 of 13 with the lone win being Ryder.

101. Shiri Appleby...famous (ok, bad word) for losing to Dani Harris twice, once in a shopping mall.

102. Thandie Newton...one for her last four. Last win was in '07.

103. Melissa Joan Hart...probably can't make the weight anymore. Last win was over Michelle Williams. It was also in 2000.

104. Tara Reid...is one for her last nine, has a career record of 4-18 and hasn't been in the ring for over four years. Doesn't even rank as the hottest mess in the division anymore. Thanks for that, LiLo.

105. Scout Taylor-Compton...is 0-2 and hasn't made it past the third round.

106. Calista Flockhart...has fought(and lost) three times in her career. Is 46 and last went the distance when she was 35.
