These girls seem well matched, although Naomie is a little taller, and Martine rather better endowed with breasts! Both girls were stablemates in the recently dissolved BBU UK stable, although Naomie never fought for that organisation, and this will be her ring debut.

Naomie’s first into the ring, and she’s wearing a white bikini for this fight, soon joined by the buxom Martine in a black one, and both girls seem very much ready to get this on!

Round 1

The girls swap punches immediately, with Naomie very mobile and active, slipping a few nice shots into Martine’s face, and that makes the (slightly) older girl back away slightly, and she takes a few more hits as Harris steams forwards, clipping her neatly with accurate punches. Martine is looking to slow Naomie down as much as she can by giving the girl a few heavy shots to her ribs and soft flanks, but overall she has to concede the first round to the rookie.

Round 2

Naomie looks cool and confident now, and she’s soon back into action, giving Martine’s face a quick one two, then stepping back quickly, she stays clear of her opponent’s clubbing bodyshots, lures the girl forwards, then cuffs her face again, landing to her ears and cheeks this time, and soon Martine is all out of position on the ropes. Naomie is making Martine look foolish, and she doesn’t like that at all, halts the slimmer girl in her tracks with a left to the body, then smashes a right into her mouth, and down goes Naomie, uncertain and stunned, struggling up at 8, then she gets hurt to the body again, and nailed to the mouth again in the final five seconds.

Round 3

Martine is back to her normal chippy self again, and she takes the fight to Naomie, pushing the taller girl into the corner, determined to give her ribcage some punishment. But Harris has done her homework here, and she thrashes some crisp punches into Martine’s face, and she’s starting to dominate the more experienced girl, and hurts her with a good right hook to the mouth, then cuffs her to the ear with her left, and she’s forcing Mac to hold her, the referee having to pull the girls apart. It’s all Harris to the bell as she lands one punch after another in Martine’s red face.

Round 4

Right off the bell, Naomie rattles punches into Martine’s face, sending the girl back to her own corner, follows her in, and gives her a right pasting, really slapping those gloves into her face, then , as Martine lunges to try to hold, Naomie gets her with a right hook, and McCutcheon wobbles briefly, then falls, blood trickling from her nose as she rises to her feet at 7. And Naomie is back at her again straight away, Martine just fending the taller girl off as best she can while her face gets another two fisted beating, her cheeks really swollen by the bell.

Round 5

Naomie again pops punches into Martine’s face right from the start, and the older girl is now nursing a very sore face as the taller Harris seems unable to miss her with any of her own punches, and Martine’s face is looking really sore, her cheeks grazed by this constant battering. The older girl is bravely trying to fight back, but she’s taking two punches to the face for every one she lands to Naomie’s body, and she is actually hurting her, just because she has a lot of power in that upper body, the round ending with Harris backed into the ropes for once.

Round 6

The pace of the fight is beginning to slow, which suits Martine, and she’s starting to land more and more to Naomie’s body, and the taller girl’s beginning to bend a little, hurt and beginning to look vulnerable. Now it’s Harris’s turn to hang on, but Mac pushes her back and lands a couple of sharp hooks to her face, and her responses are too slow this time, as Martine hurts her again to the body, those hooks slamming into her ribcage from either hand.

Round 7

Martine carries on with the assault to Naomie’s body, and she’s starting to bully the less experienced girl, and her groans are becoming more audible as the round goes on, even though Martine is looking very tired, and finding it harder to push Naomie off. This gives Harris some encouragement, but she’s tired as well, and both girls are taking a few breaths here now, right until the final seconds, when Martine unleashes a good attack on Naomie, designed to catch the judges eyes and ensure she gets the round awarded.

Round 8

The girls are slowly out of their corners, but it’s Martine looking stronger and she lays some nice left hooks on Naomie’s ribcage, pushes the girl around the ring, and begins to look like she might be able to conclude this fight, and she clearly thinks so, bangs away at the taller girl, then takes a swift left and right combination to her face, and she’s covering up. Now it’s Naomie’s turn to throw some leather, and she is more clinical than the rather clumsy Martine, and her right hand is drilling between the older girl’s gloves, and she puts her down. Martine’s up again at 8, but she looks in a bad way, cut to the left eye, giving Naomie a big red target to batter, and that’s what she does, banging big punches into the girl’s face, leaving her a wreck at the bell.

Round 9

This is brutal now, as Naomie lays into Martine, but she’s losing her accuracy, her shape, and her control, with Martine, despite functioning out of just one eye, now able to club her to the body at first, then, as Naomie settles down, the roles reverse once more, and the taller girl almost puts her opponent on her ass again with a neat left, right combination. Martine needs to show some aggression, but she seems to be all out of gas, and surely if Naomie can connect again with a decent punch, she can end it. Try as she might, tough, she can’t get through Martine’s now blanketlike defence, and she’s blowing very hard at the bell.

Round 10

Martine needs to knock Naomie out if she is to win this, but she can’t find the energy as the girls restart, and Naomie is now just concentrating on keeping her at arm’s length, but that’s a dangerous game, and she’s handing the initiative to Martine, the older girl pushing and prodding to Naomie’s body, and she’s hurt her with a left hook to the ribs, followed it with another, then crunched a right hand into the face – Naomie stumbles – there’s another right hand – Naomie’s down! It takes Harris a while to regain her feet, but she beats the count, and now Martine is doing her best to knock the girl out, not easy with Naomie covering herself up so well, and it’s a desperate Martine who simply runs out of time.

Two exhausted and badly battered girls embrace as they await the result – Naomie Harris has beaten Martine McCutcheon on points.

That was a war between two girls of very different styles, and it is unlikely that either of them will be begging for a rematch!
