BEFORE: Both fighters are considered inconsistent, but both ready to break free from the pack. “Hil is definitely making a mistake taking me on again in her first fight coming back. She's going to regret it. She should've focused on getting back into shape rather than stepping into the ring with me. I'm a winner, a proven puncher and Hilary is going to feel that pressure all over her. She is going to wish she'd taken off another month to recover..” as Kelly Clarkson grins, “But, of course, congratulations Hilary. I'll try to take you down easy to welcome you back to the FCBA.” Hilary Duff all smiles, “Thanks, Kelly. While I have a family now, I love my Lookout! family as well and they've been super understanding during the whole pregnancy. But, while Kelly is talking about being a proven puncher, I did have the bantamweight championship last year and I plan on competing at that level of competition again. I take a step down that road by stepping over Kelly Clarkson's body on the mat..” The two of them friendly overall, but the tension between the two is evident as they meet in the middle of the ring. Kelly Clarkson has on a bright purple bikini and Hilary Duff clad in a teal-green bikini.

R1: Despite some training and sparring sessions, it's clear that Duff is suffering from some ring rust during this initial round. It's also clear that Clarkson was definitely serious about making Hilary feel the pressure, Kelly pushing forward to slug her gloves hard against Duff's body. Duff moving backwards in early retreat as Kelly presses hard. Delivering hard hooks to Hilary's torso, Hilary moves back against the ropes. Retreating backwards slightly, but keeping the jab shooting outwards to keep Kelly from really imposing her will, but Clarkson isn't having it. Clarkson bobs back and forth, just burying her fists into Duff's tummy to leave her breathless at the bell.

R2: Clarkson starts off round 2, eager to start off where the previous round ended. Kelly starts off with a jab, just pounding off with a jab towards Hilary's upper bod and then, pounding quick little right shots clean to belly. Duff clinches, holding onto Clarkson as she spins and uses her weight to try to turn the American idol star into the ropes. Clarkson plants her thighs to prevent it as the two of them exchange a series of slugging right hands towards another ribs, torso and an occasional glove scrubbing hard against glove. Hilary unable to guide Clarkson against the ropes during the fierce exchange as Kelly slams a little shoulder up against Hilary to bully her backwards and delivers another hook or two into the tummy to take the round again.

R3: Duff decides to take on a little more preemptive approach this round as she pushes out of her crouch and decides to try to impose the jab. Clarkson appearing to anticipate this as she intercepts the jab, delivering short, compact jabs of her own. Pairing the jabs with heavy overhand hooks that send Hilary's head whipping to the side. Hilary is forced to back up, but showing some of the agility that made her such a threat at the bantamweight division. Preventing herself from backpedaling into the ropes, she sponges up some of the punishment and gets her arms up to protect her head from being hammered again. Towards the end of the round, Hilary manages to rip off a right uppercut and left hook combination that dazes Clarkson a bit. Shocking Kelly for a moment, Clarkson tries to reimpose order and push Hilary back into the ropes. A few shots to Duff's midsection takes away some of her progress, but Duff delivers another hard uppercut to daze Clarkson heading into the fourth round. The late resistance by Duff mars an otherwise confident round for Clarkson.

R4: Duff comes out a little more confident than the previous rounds, bobbing and ducking as she sends hooks whipping around towards Clarkson's head and chin. Clarkson keeps ripping leather to blonde torso, while Hilary slams her shoulder against Kelly's jugs to knock her backwards. Face a little red from the blows to tummy, but Hilary continues to fight back with whirling hooks of her own to just batter into Clarkson's own abs. The two of them mouth-breathing a bit, but that doesn't dampen the intensity one bit. The sound of leather thuds against belly, breasts and occassionally spanking off of dazed faces as it's unclear who comes out better after that round. The ref needing to pull them apart as the two of them still firing away at each other as the bell rings.

R5: Clarkson and Duff both come out as Clarkson immediately goes after Duff's abs again, just slamming glove after glove towards her tummy. Duff leaps forward into the fray, however, keeping her elbows in while unleashing wild gloves right and love towards Clarkson's own torso. Whipping gloves back and forth as she pinwheels her arms furiously, Duff forces a frustrated Kelly back. Stiff uppercuts hammer from Duff towards Clarkson's chest and face, while Clarkson delivers biting jabs towards Hilary's tummy, tits and ribs. The two of them digging shoulders and bumping at one another when the two get close, but the two of them don't even appear interested in clinching just a steady flow of hard shots to batter one another as they manuever around the ring. Late in the round, Hilary seems a little more assertive and moving Clarkson backwards with her hard shots, until she is just barely off the ropes. Clarkson panting out and wincing, Duff grimacing and gasping but neither looks ready to quit.

R6: Duff coming forward strong off of the ropes, pushing out of her corner with determination as she delivers wild hands to Clarkson forehead and abs. Clarkson continues to batter away at Duff belly and slamming a stubby hook every once in a while to bounce Hilary's head sideways. Entering the final minute, the two of them are whirling gloves towards one another as Clarkson targets tummy and Duff manages to fire back just as fiercely against Clarkson midriff. Catching her opponent hard against the sternum with a sudden combination and in doing so, Hilary catches her off guard. Clarkson's legs buckle as she steps forward to clinch. Duff isn't interested though as her left arm tangles up Kelly's right arm, walking Kelly around for a moment in the clinch. Clarkson tries to push backwards to break out of the clinch, eager to get out of the round but Duff hops forward with a compact and powerful hook right on Clarkson's chin with all of her body weight behind it. Clarkson's head whips to the side, then so does her body as Hilary releases her arm and Clarkson thuds to the canvas. Duff leaning against the nearby ropes, catching her breathe in anticipation of Clarkson rising again, but she doesn't. The ref waves it off – officially declaring Hilary Duff the KO6 winner!

After: Hilary clearly a little worn out from her first in-ring action since June 2011, but manages to pull off a win in her return. Hilary smiling as she holds up her right glove into the air, “This is the glove that took down Fishel, Kreuk, Dushku, now Clarkson and I plan on adding a lot of other girls to the list. Watch out, girls, I'm back!” as she shadow boxes in front of the camera, “BOO-YAH!” Hilary heads out of the ring, throwing on a “Duff is Tuff” tanktop on over her sweaty bod as she leaves with a victory and an air of confidence, indeed stepping over Kelly Clarkson on her way out.
