Many celebrity fight publications received this "footage" in the mail today, including FCBA Magazine. Our staff members spent some time verifying its authenticity before deciding to release it. The camera-work is professional for the most part, although shaky in some places. Several staff members who were following the FCBA in 2008 recall hearing about this, but this footage is fresh and still amazing to see - both for its historical value and in the context of the current rivalry between the two stables. Without further ado:

AHW SHOWDOWN: FOXFIRE WRESTLING VS. LOOKOUT WRESTLING
(9 FANTASTIC FINISHES).

Although noted primarily for their boxing, these two groups of ladies have spread their rivalry into the Apartment House Wrestling. Teams have agreed on team colors: Red bikinis for Foxfire. Black bikinis for Lookout. All barefoot. Fights take place in a luxury hotel suite. Most in bedroom, but some in the living room and one out on the patio.

1) DANIELLE HARRIS (FOXFIRE) VS. HILARY DUFF (LOOKOUT).
The older Danielle and young Hilary are on their knees in the middle of a huge circular bed. Danielle has Hilary in a full nelson. She forces Hilary to stand, then kicks her legs out from under her so that Hilary crashes face-first into mattress. Harris then switches to a Camel Clutch, pulling Hilary head back with a one handed chinlock, but she’s using her other arm to encircle Duff’s legs to add to pressure. Duff has to tap out. (Ref is volunteer Gabrielle Union in striped ref shirt and black short shorts).
Foxfire : 1. Lookout: 0.

2) VANESSA HUDGENS (LOOKOUT) VS. HAYDEN PANETTIERE (LOOKOUT).
Vanessa and Hayden much too athletic to merely fight on bed. They prefer the relatively wide-open spaces of the living room which is dominated by a three big sofa in a U-shape. After battling on, over, and off the sofas (Vanessa nailing Hayden with a flying leg drop off a sofa. Little blonde crashes on her butt, starfishing as Vanessa does a running full body splash, and then hooks leg for pin.
Foxfire: 1. Lookout: 1.

3) SARAH CARTER (FOXFIRE) VS. RACHEL BILSON (LOOKOUT).
Rachel is a firecracker as she and Sarah battle across the bedroom, even crashing into closet and back out at one point. Sarah finally monkey flips Rachel onto bed, then grapevines her until she finally taps out.
Foxfire: 2. Lookout; 1

4) ELISHA CUTHBERT (LOOKOUT) VS. RACHEL MCADAMS (FOXFIRE).
These two have an old grudge and it certainly shows in this contest. Mean, nasty fighting with both trying to smother the other out by forcing the others face into bed. They roll off bed onto floor, where Rachel traps Elisha in a kneeling surfboard. Elisha refuses to submit, so Rachel tries to switch to Boston Crab, but Elisha nails McAdams with a mule kick. Auburn-haired beauty lands hard and Elisha pulls her up into a piledriver into the pile carpeting. Not a KO move, but Elisha then applies a Dragon Sleeper, tucking Rachel’s head under her arm as she kneels behind her. Rachel lasts only a few second before tapping out. Elisha poses over Rachel who has collapsed on her face. This nearly sets off a brawl as Laura Vandervoort rushes in to push Elisha off Rachel. Missy Peregrym charges Laura. Ref. Gabrielle Union grabs both woman and sternly tells them they are up next. Rachel and Elisha stagger to safety.
FOXFIRE: 2 LOOKOUT: 2.

5) MISSY PEREGRYM (LOOKOUT) VS. LAURA VANDERVOORT (FOXFIRE).
Two can’t wait to get at each other. They quickly exit the bedroom and into the living room. Wild action with flying cross-body from Laura and an excellent flying bulldog from Missy. Laura finally nails Missy with a Release German suplex which she then holds for a spectacular bridging pin.
FOXFIRE: 3 LOOKOUT: 2.

6) MEGAN FOX (LOOKOUT) VS. ELISABETH HARNOIS (FOXFIRE).
Back to the big circular bed for this one. Megan wears Beth down with body scissors and full nelson combination. Megan keeps this hold for a LONG time, she is virtually cheek to cheek with the trapped blonde whispering a song of defeat in her ear. Beth won’t quit, but she’s worn down and when Megan suddenly adjusts into a matchbook pin, Beth is trapped and Gaby counts the pin.
FOXFIRE: 3. LOOKOUT: 3.

7) YVONNE STRAHOVSKI (LOOKOUT) VS. MARY ELIZABETH WINSTEAD (FOXFIRE).
These two traverse more ground than even Panettiere/Hudgens: starting in the bedroom, they toss, slam and kick their way into the living room, then out on the patio. There is a hot tub here and fall in with a huge splash. Two surface chopping and punching at each other. Finally Yvonne gets Mary in a side headlock and flings her from the tub. Mary rolls on her back as Yvonne does a crossbody splash across her body. Mary’s upper body jackknifes up and Yvonne gives her a teeth-rattling European uppercut to chin. Mary crashes onto her back and Yvonne goes for a grapevine pin forcing Mary to yell her submission. Surprisingly, Yvonne then helps Mary up and hugs her.
FOXFIRE: 3 LOOKOUT : 4

8) JENNIFER GARNER (FOXFIRE) VS. BLAKE LIVELY (LOOKOUT).
As they battle in the living room newcomer Lively is a serious underdog against the veteran Garner, but the rookie uses her long legs to administer some stunning kicks to Garner and then make for an excellent scissors around Garner’s neck. Garner had clearly underestimated the newcomer, but she rallies, escaping the neckscissors with a punch to the head. Angry Garner then body slams Blake several times to soften her up and (with a nod to ref. Union for whom this was a signature move) then hoists Blake up into a military press slam. Blake lays stunned on the carpet and then finds her legs entrapped in an STF. There is no escape for her and she has to tap out. Garner has calmed down now and congratulates Blake on a good fight.
FOXFIRE : 4. LOOKOUT: 4.

9) STACY KEIBLER (LOOKOUT) VS. MANDY MOORE (FOXFIRE).
Score is tied but Lookout’s got Keebs and Foxfire’s got Mandy. Moore fights valiantly, almost getting a three-count out of flying neckbreaker off one of the living room sofas. Unfortunately, Keebs kicks out and treats the songstress to a series of DDT’s into the carpet. Mandy staggers to her feet after each one, but a sidekick drapes her onto one of the big sofas. A grinning Stacy jumps onto Mandy’s chest with both knees, then gets her with a simple schoolgirl pin.
LOOKOUT WRESTLING WINS 5 MATCHES TO 4.

Both teams shake hands, but Beth and Blake start arguing over something and a major brawl breaks out. Gabrielle Union settles into a chair saying: “My job is done.” And watches as the two teams demolish each other. Last one standing turns out to be a dazed Jennifer Garner whom Gabrielle then wraps around her shoulders in a torture rack, which she then converts into a military press and carries Jen out to the patio where she slams her into the hot tub. Jennifer splutters to surface. Gabrielle grabs her by the hair and slams her head into the padding around the tub. She leaves Jen half-in, half out of the tub and saunters over to the camera person. Camera person turns out to be Michelle Trachtenberg in disguise! She and Gaby shake hands and exit together, passed several piles of groaning, slowly stirring Foxfire and Lookout girls….

Definitely an interesting look back at both stables, which was intriguing in all aspects. It raises lots of questions for both stables as well.

For example, why did Lookout! hire Michelle Trachtenberg after her obvious manipulation of both stables?

Did anybody question Gabrielle Union regarding her curious involvement in this affair?

Or although Lookout! won the stable war, who is winning the actual war between the two, given the number of high profile wins and losses between the two?

And perhaps the most pressing of all, given the general tension and animosity between the two stables, who released this tape? Clearly this is a tape neither Lookout or Foxfire wanted to see released, but they retained copies. Which means someone had access to their stable tape libraries to locate this tape. And since 4 years have passed, the security breach must have been recent. The big question is who has had access to those libraries and who benefits from its release at this time?

We would of course love to know, but if we never find out, we're just happy to have been able to witness this epic AHW stable war between two of the proudest stables in the FCBA.

And then one last question - what will happen next?
