Lauren Holly had been simmering over some comments made by Downtown Julie Brown that Julie specialized in nailing babes in the ring with last names starting with H. To back that up it was known that, among others, Julie had hammered Liz Hurley, Rachel Hunter, Cheryl Hines and Darryl Hannah into submission. Teri Hatcher had beaten Julie in their first encounter but then went down to the Tawny Vixen's blows in the rematch. Holly sent a note to Jill Hennessey, Julie's boss and chairwoman of Hennessey/DJBrown associates that she was seeking to challenge Julie to a boxing match. Jill responded quickly accepting this offer and called Julie into her office.

'Have a seat Julie' commanded Jill. Lately Jill had been thinking that Julie was getting too cocky after finishing off Jen Garner and Vida Guerra in one sided fights and that she needed a more motivated opponent. Holly was that person. 'We're fighting Lauren Holly next week so get your ass in that gym and get to work'. Julie said not a word but got up and saluted her boss and made for the door. 'STOP' said Jill. Julie spun around and was hit hard in the gut by Jill's straight right. Instantly Julie stumbled and then dropped to her knees and fell face first to the floor in pain but then passed out. Julie whistled for Kelly LeBrock, Julie's sparring partner to get in there and drag Julie's sorry ass to the gym. 'I'm tired of the sloth in this place so get her awake and working on the bags and then do five rounds of sparring'. 'Got that?' snarled Jill. 'Crystal clear boss' was Kelly's reply.

The next 5 days saw Julie doing lots of sparring with LeBrock along with plenty of roadwork. She was ready.

The Hennessey arena seating 40,000 + is the scene of the fight. It is in Alberta, Canada home of Jill Hennessey. Referee is Elke Sommer who has seen Julie dispose of many victims. Elke is also a Julie fan and part time lover and warns her pal that this blue eyed redhead is 'the real deal' and has come to take her down. 'Noted' purrs Julie. 'They all come to do me in don't they?' The fighters meet at mid-ring for instructions and both are perspiring heavily. Holly is sneering at Brown in a totally contempuous way. 'You ain't psyching me out you juiced up bimbo' laughs Julie. This gets Lauren fired up and excited. She and Julie are face to face and suddenly exchange a small but passionate kiss. 'We'll save the amorous stuff for after I kick your ass red smirks Julie'. Lauren is off balance with this and heads back to her corner. 'Concentrate on those jabs Lauren says Linda Kozlowski her trainer. The bell rings.

Round One- Lauren fires a series of hard jabs at Brown who deflects all but one which connects with her jaw and snaps her head back. Julie is inside with a series of body shots which hurt Lauren who backpedals quickly. Julie is pursuing her and connects with a wicked right cross which sends Holly straight down on her curvaceous ass. Her long legs fly up. Holly is back up at 6 but stunned. Julie is on fire and looking to inflict pain and suffering to 'Director Jen' from NCIS. Holly and Brown are at mid-ring slamming each other with head shots. Holly's legs are buckling more than Julie's which pleases Hennessey who is up in her chairwoman box taking it all in. The bell clangs for the end of the round which Julie has won.

Round Two- Holly is anxious to show this crowd her ring skills. She whips a big left hook to Julie's body which crumples the Tawny Vixen in half. This is followed up with a right uppercut that jackhammers Julie backwards and sends her down hard. Holly is bringing life to this match now and is showing she has the heart of a contender looking to take out a legend. Sommer is standing over Julie counting. Brown is up at 8 and quite dazed. 'C'mon Downtown let's see what you're made of' challenges Holly. Julie still has lead in the pencil and resumes attacking with a strong left to Holly's jaw. Lauren's legs buckle again and the Tawny one wades in firing a brutal volley of combinations that are raising welts under Holly's eyes. Lauren's left eye is shutting from the shots she has taken. They're still stinging each other when the bell sounds. Holly wins the round by a whisker.

Round three- 'She's yours' Kelly LeBrock has told Julie. 'You have the mustard'. The two touch gloves. Julie connects once again with a right cross to Holly's exposed jaw. Lauren is backing up and is hurt. She is desperate now as the crowd is sensing a kill by the Tawny Vixen. Lauren Holly is now throwing punches which Downtown Julie Brown is slipping easily. The red head is arm weary which Julie now sees. It is time for Julie to double down and give the crowd what they want. Holly is looking like a drunken sailor at mid-ring as her legs are rubbery. She cannot dodge Julie Brown's assault though.

Left/right/left/right as the blows from Julie connect over and over with Lauren Holly's jaw. 'You got me Downtown you're the best' whimpers Holly. 'So I've learned snickers Julie as she delivers her famous 'Coup de Grace' straight right to Lauren's jaw for the final time of the night. Holly's body is senseless as it hits the ropes and bounces off with her knees hitting the canvas and then Lauren is face down with her arms over her head. Sommer counts her out. Downtown is doing her patented 'victory drag' with Lauren's black bikini panties ripped off her and tied to her ankles. Then it is 'drag time' as the crowd is on their feet cheering as the unconcious blue eyed red head is dragged naked with her boobs on the deck.

Post fight- Lauren is finally brought to and is seated next to Julie at the table with cameras going off. She softly kisses Julie on the cheek in a gesture of congratulations. 'Let's make it a drink and some canoodling shall we' says Julie. 'I thought you'd never ask' gushes Holly. 'I'm all yours champ'.
