BEFORE:

"Scherzinger?" says a smiling Megan. "Been there, done that. But, if she wants more proof of who the better fighter is, that's fine with me. But maybe I won't carry her as long THIS time..."

"Oh, I OWE Megan Fox," says a definitely-not-smiling Nicole. "For the cheap shots, the thumb in the eye, the trash talk. All of it. And tonight, I'm going to settle this debt...the principal AND the vig."

ROUND ONE:

O'Dell: "Back at ringside, Jenny O'Dell with Pam Anderson and Tess Valmore, and Pam, absolutely no hearts and flowers being exchanged between these two fighters..."

Pam: "Too bad J-Mac isn't here for this one, because I get the feeling we aren't going to see one of those post-fight hugs she hates..."

O'Dell: "Not unless it's prelude to a slam, no. And that's 'Kick Start My Heart' by Motley Crew you're hearing and here comes MegaFox!"

Tess: "Fox looking plenty confident, Pam..."

Pam: "No reason for her not to be. She's up 1-0 on Nicole."

O'Dell: "Fox into the ring. Helped off with the robe to reveal that mauve bikini that Megan can definitely do justice to..."

Pam: "And, guess who's wasting no time getting this thing going?"

O'Dell: "That would be the singer of the song you're hearing right now, 'Don't Cha', one Nicole 'The Hawaiian Hammer' Scherzinger. Nicole all business on her way to the ring. Right inside without a glance at Fox. Helped off with the robe to reveal a pink and gray number that the fans are definitely appreciating..."

Tess: "This is one of those disrobes you could sell tickets to..."

O'Dell: "And, in addition to the disrobe, the fans are going to see a fight. Tess is on record as favoring Nicole. How do you see it, Pam?"

Pam: "On paper? Scherzinger wins. Of course, on paper, she's a top ten bantam. Check the rankings if you need proof they don't fight 'em on paper. Fox HAS been here and done this. And I think she'll do it again."

O'Dell: "We're about to find out. There's the bell, and Fox wasting no time going after Scherzinger. Moving in behind a jab, stalking...forcing movement."

Pam: "Like I said, Fox has been here before. She can't box with Nicole. Try that and she's going to get beaten 9-1 like Mendes. She needs to stop Scherzinger...or at least get some knockdowns."

O'Dell: "Tess, is your mic on? You're not going to point out that PAM went the distance with Nicole...and didn't win a round?"

Tess: "Now, why would I want to say something like THAT? Besides, Pam's right. Fox needs to have some big rounds to have any chance..."

O'Dell: "And that's what Megan's about right now...something big. Having a little success with the jab, but not finding a home for the right hands. Scherzinger moving smoothly, dancing, STICKING that jab..."

Pam: "Nicole's got plenty of quicks, that's never been the question with her. It's is she physical enough in a very physical division. But, right now, she's controlling Fox with her speed and her legs."

O'Dell: "Nicole not putting a lot of punches together. Not staying in one spot long enough for that. But she's landing good, clean stuff. Frustrating Fox, who can't find the range. Nicole a nice flurry at the bell to cap off a good first round."

Pam: "Good start for Scherzinger. Always like to grab the lead against a girl who beat you the last time out."

ROUND TWO:

O'Dell: "Bell rings to begin the second and again Fox moving forward behind the jab, looking to cut off the ring now. Scherzinger all movement, but Fox pressuring, getting in close, tying up, banging away in the clinch..."

Pam: "This was her strategy the first time around and it worked like a charm. Mug and maul inside, don't let Scherzinger get distance and use the hand speed."

O'Dell: "Referee breaks and Scherzinger moving again, snapping a jab. Fox eats it, jabs back, closes, bangs the body, ties up..."

Pam: "This is called 'winning ugly', and that's precisely what Fox is doing. There's no art to this. But, it's effective. She's scoring in the clinches, taking away Scherzinger's offense."

O'Dell: "Nicole shoving Fox off, but Megan right back forward, hooking the body, holding Scherzinger around the neck with the left and banging with the right as the bell rings. A little frustration on Nicole's face. A different expression on Megan's,  as she's evened things up, ladies..."

Tess: "I've got it 19-19, and I'm sure Pam does, also."

Pam: "Sure do."

ROUND THREE:

O'Dell: "Action underway in the third and Fox again pressuring, but Nicole sticking and moving again, circling, finding space..."

Pam: "Megan getting too aggressive. Needs to work that left hand and get in behind it. She's just walking in with her hands up, and that won't work. Nicole will pick you apart...and that's just what she's doing to Fox."

O'Dell: "Scherzinger getting off in bunches. Landing a flurry and moving before Megan can react. Fox resettng, coming forward, only to get lit up again."

Pam: "This is all about whose fight they're fighting, Jenny O. In the second, it was Fox's fight. In the first and here in the third, Nicole's fight."

O'Dell: "And Scherzinger taking full advantage, letting both hands go. Megan thrown to the defensive, and, when the flurry ends, Nicole circles away, forcing Fox to move in again. Lather, rinse, repeat to the bell, and now it's Megan's face with the frustration on it."

Tess: "And Nicole who's in the lead, 29-28."

ROUND FOUR:

O'Dell: "Fourth round underway and Fox again moving forward, trying to close, but Nicole's having none of it. Scherzinger circling, side stepping, reversing, pot-shotting. Megan not able to find the range..."

Pam: "Fox is like a truck with a broken gear box, she can only go in one direction...forward..."

Tess: "That's a pretty good metaphor, Pam. And it's nice to have a partner I don't have to DEFINE the term for..."

O'Dell: "Did you just end a sentence with a preposition, Valmore?"

Tess: "You know what Churchill said about that ridiculous grammar myth. 'This is the sort of bloody nonsense up with which I will not put!'"

Pam: "And I thought you two needed McCarthy to get the broadcast totally off the rails..."

O'Dell: "Apparently not. Meanwhile, back in the ring, Fox continuing forward, but Scherzinger slick and slippery. Showing loads of movement, using the feet, the head, the shoulders, the hands. Fox unable to get off, and, when she does, unable to land. Nicole sticking and moving. Scoring plenty."

Pam: "Scherzinger beginning to take control here. This is something she wasn't able to do in their first fight."

O'Dell: "And she's not going to mix it up down the stretch. Legging it out. Frustrating Megan as the clock ticks down ending the fourth, another excellent round for Scherzinger."

Pam: "She's up 39-37 through four."

ROUND FIVE:

O'Dell: "Fifth round underway and Fox still moving forward, trying to find Scherzinger with her jab, but it's just not working..."

Pam: "Not going to. Nicole's too quick to locate that way. Fox just needs to work in behind the jab and close. Got to get a body on this girl."

O'Dell: "And Scherzinger not allowing it. Using the legs beautifully. Sticking and moving, turning Fox, making her stop, change direction, reset repeatedly."

Pam: "And punishing her along the way. Megan's plenty game, give her that, but she's getting picked apart out there."

O'Dell: "Scherzinger not pressing, not looking for anything big. Content to flurry and move, score her points and slip away, make Fox chase."

Tess: "Right now, all she needs is a box from Acme to look like Wile E. Coyote chasing the Roadrunner..."

O'Dell: "And we've gone from Churchill to Wile E. Coyote in one round. And, like Wile E. Fox taking her lumps as the final seconds elapse. End of the fifth. Half way through, and Nicole in control, Pam."

Pam: "I've got it 49-46 now, and this is not the kind of a lead you want Nicole building up."

ROUND SIX:

O'Dell: "Into the sixth now, and Fox still in hot pursuit, cutting off the ring now and leaning in to tie Scherzinger up, hooking body with the free hand..."

Pam: "Fox just looking to tie and wrap, anything to slow Nicole down. The uglier this gets, the better it is for Fox, and it's getting plenty ugly right now."

Tess: "And Fox taking full advantage, bottling Nicole up, holding and hitting, slopping for points, taking Nicole out of her game."

Pam: "Maybe I should have tried some of this..."

O'Dell: "Megan's making it work, smothering Nicole, taking away her offense, staying busy inside, not doing a lot of damage, but she's piling up points."

Pam: "She's also looking for one clean shot in close. Land a nice, short right hook and this thing can turn around quickly."

O'Dell: "Not going to happen this round, because there's the bell, but Fox has got the bleeding stopped anyway."

Pam: "That was a big round for Megan, not so much because she's cut the lead to 58-56, but because she'd been dominated three straight rounds. Good for the confidence."

Tess: "And give Megan credit, three rounds like that can bring out the quit in a fighter, but Fox hasn't stopped competing."

ROUND SEVEN:

O'Dell: "Into the seventh and Fox keeping up the pressure...NICE counter, Scherzinger!"

Pam: "That was a NASTY right hand. Slipped a right hook from Fox, got her off balance, and landed it flush."

O'Dell: "AGAIN! Fox wobbled on a right hand counter! Scherzinger landing a nice flurry, then slipping off to the center. Megan a little unsteady, but still coming forward behind the jab...AND DOWN SHE GOES! Scherzinger a straight right and Fox knocked to her back!"

Pam: "Cold stare down at Fox by Nicole. Referee sends her to a neutral corner and begins the count. Megan to her hands and knees at six. Seven...up at eight."

O'Dell: "Fox takes the mandatory and the referee's going to let it continue. Scherzinger right at Megan, letting both hands go. Fox covering up, tying up, trying to get out of this round."

Pam: "Nothing hurried about what Nicole is doing here. Using the jab, setting up the right hand, putting punches together. Punishing Fox."

O'Dell: "Megan just trying to survive. Tying up Nicole and running out the last seconds of the round."

Pam: "Let's check the replay of that counter that sent Fox down. Megan loads up a right. Nicole leans back, steps left, slips, and sets...stop it there...see where Fox is? Leaning forward and left with the follow through...now let it go...BOOM! No chance for Fox to react. That fist is moving as soon as the foot is planted. Credit to Megan for getting up."

ROUND EIGHT:

O'Dell: "We're into the eighth now and Scherzinger aggressively after Fox, landing a nice flurry, and Megan firing right back!"

Pam: "Scherzinger looking for a finisher here, but she doesn't need it. She needs to stick with boxing and she's got this thing won..."

O'Dell: "But that's not the game plan right now. Nicole trading with Megan and both girls landing good stuff..."

Tess: "Playing into Fox's hands here. Scherzinger's up four points. It's Megan who needs the stoppage, not Nicole."

Pam: "I think Nicole thought she could finish Megan off here, but MegaFox has a bit more left than Scherzinger suspected."

O'Dell: "Nicole a nice three-punch combination. Fox fires back, digs body with a hook, then lands a left-right to the head. Megan clinches, and hooks the body with her free hand. Nicole shoves Fox off, lands a left, Megan a right hand that landed clean!"

Pam: "Fans loving this! Back and forth, neither woman willing to give an inch!"

O'Dell: "And they're still trading at the bell...and now shoving afterward! Referee in to break them apart and send them to their corners. Close round, Pam."

Pam: "It was, but Fox gets it on my card."

Tess: "Mine, too, which makes it 77-74 for Nicole with two to go."

ROUND NINE:

O'Dell: "The ninth is now underway and Fox again forward, but Nicole back to using her legs now. Sticking and moving. Making Fox chase, reversing movement, giving shoulders, heads, hips. Constant movement. Megan trying to cut the ring off, but Nicole not having it. Too quick. Too slick. Lands a combination and is gone before Megan can respond."

Pam: "When Nicole does this, she is VERY tough to handle. She's too quick, too slick. You can't get anything going. You land one, but, before you can follow up, she's gone. And when you reset, she gets off and becomes scarce VERY quickly."

O'Dell: "Megan DOGGED. Getting peppered, but not slowing down. Looking to close and trade. But she needs a trading partner, and Nicole's raising the tariffs extremely high."

Tess: "I'm glad you saved that one for when Pam was with us. Mac's head may have exploded trying to figure that one out."

O'Dell: "Megan still trying to figure out a way to slow down Nicole, but it's not going to happen in the ninth. Scherzinger lands a left-right and ducks a right hand before circling away as the bell rings."

Tess: "Nicole's round. 87-83 with three minutes to go. One path to victory left for Megan."

ROUND TEN:

O'Dell: "Into the final round and Fox off her stool and right after Nicole. Scherzinger circling behind a quick jab. Megan trying to close and bring her to battle, but Scherzinger having none of it. All movement."

Tess: "You're smiling, Pam. Do you like Nicole's strategy?"

Pam: "If I'm Scherzinger up four in the last round Fox would have to come into about the third row to find me."

O'Dell: "Well, Nicole's staying in the ring, but she's not staying in one place. Fox scoring a bit with her jab, but can't follow it up. Nicole doing almost nothing but moving here."

Pam: "Like I said, good strategy. She's controlled the fight, won two out of three rounds, has a big lead. The only way the other girl can win is by knockout. Why stand there and trade with her?"

O'Dell: "Nicole clearly agrees. A frustrated Fox still coming after her, trying to cut the ring off. But Nicole not about to let it happen. Scherzinger with a little shuffle as the clock winds down drawing some cheers from the crowd..."

Pam: "And a hateful stare from Fox..."

O'Dell: "But stare is all Megan can do. There's the bell and it's over. Scherzinger raising the hands, and there's no doubt about this one."

Tess: "My final is 96-93..."

O'Dell: "And all three judges have very similar scores, all in favor of the winner by UD10, Nicole Scherzinger!"

AFTER:

O'Dell: "Let's go up to the ring and Tess Valmore!"

Tess: "I'm with our winner, Nicole Scherzinger, and, Nicky, looked like you got out of the game plan a little after you got the knockdown..."

Nicole(smiling): "I kind of saw a little red there and wanted to take her out after all the cheap crap she pulled on me the first time we fought. But, I got ahold of myself and remembered what this was all about...proving that I'm superior to her in every way, and that, unless she cheats, I'm going to win. Not most of the time. Not nine out of ten times. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME."
