Just days after suffering a huge KO2 loss to Cobie Smulders during the June PPV, Leslie Bibb comes back for more action against Lioness Club of America's Eva Mendes. "This will raise few eyebrows for sure", claims Bibb, "but I've got to make my chances count. When I beat Olivia Munn, I couldn't get a fight for the next two years! The only way I'm gonna be a contender again, is accepting all the challenges possible. I've waited long enough for more exposure, so the Smulders loss can't stop me from entering the ring again. I'm thankful to Eva for the call, but I'm gonna beat her up anyway. That Smulders bout means nothing and I intend to go after her again soon!"

Eva Mendes comes into this bout on a low-key note as well, having been blown off the ring by Grace Park during the Pride at the Asylum event back in May. "It's action time this summer", a VERY confident Eva says before the fight. "Leslie is a similar opponent to Grace, but because she's unmanaged, it hurts her credibility a lot. With some proper management she'd be right there with Jenny Mac or Kate Beckinsale. I mean, she beat Olivia Munn and got nothing after that. It's like me against Ruah. Biggest win of the year and the phone is silent for months after that. Go and figure. I have lot of respect for Leslie, but she's going down in a heap tonight. I can't fumble it anymore like I did against Park."

Round 1:
Quick start from Mendes who doesn't leave anything to chance after that Park display. Low jabs to the midsection force the blonde on the back foot as she single-strikes in response but catches the arms and gets into more trouble soon as Eva cleans her ribcage from mid-range. Mendes continues with high-tempo jabbing to the chest, harrasses Bibb all over the ring as the blonde retreats under the early onslaught. Single hooks from Eva fly around the head but Leslie ducks away, also keeping her latest showing in mind. More aggression from Eva midway through, she peppers the ribs, finds some holes and lands some leather underneath the elbows. Leslie backs to the ropes, but can't tame the attacks, she covers up, looks for a clinch but Eva whacks her with more single jabs and rocks to the side! Bibb on the run, barely landing anything on the Latin intimidator. Cross-hook from the top nails her on the temple but sge responds to the midsection herself. Eva comes forward though, swings another hook around the head, but misses as Leslie finally scores soem decent shots, lacing the brunette in the breasts with a quick jabbing combo. Mendes steps back and gives the blonde some respite, but she's done more than enough to secure the opening round on points.

Round 2:
Nothing changes in the second, Eva pours in with more jabs to the guts, closes the distance and throws some uppercuts to the chin. Leslie's guard stays in tact though, she blocks off those shots and opens up with some hooks, but only grazes the brunette's cheeks and gets whacked under the elbows instead. Leslie bends down and Eva laces her with single hooks from the top, Bibb in trouble here as she sways back towards the ropes. Eva squares up to her, shooting single hooks, really laying some leather on the stranded blonde. Leslie leaps to the side, Mendes still works high-tempo jabbing and pushes her around along the ropes. Big right hook from Eva skims off the gloves and the raging Latina looks to land something on the head. Left cross goes wayward too and a low jab from the right slips past the ribcage. Mendes falls forward and hopes to press the blonde to the ropes, but Leslie catches her with a left hook above the arm clean on the eye! Eva winces in pain, but throws more jabs to the stomach. Bibb moans herself, but throws another left above the arms and slams the brunette across the nose! Mendes' head snaps back as her arms were slow to raise and the blonde piles in with another cross from the right. She splits Eva's mitts and cracks her on the nose again! Mendes' in trouble out of nowhere!!! She wants to jump away, but trips over her feet and Bibb nails the exposed Latina with a huge hook on the cheek! Thunderclap-like punch leaves MENDES SPAWLING ACROSS THE CANVAS!!! Leslie looks over the fallen brunette almost as surprised as the audience while Eva lands flat on her back with eyes closed!! She rolls onto her side and tries to get up, shakes her head, visibly affected by that hook. At five she's on all fours... knee up at seven... heroic effort to beat the count but at nine she wobbles back and lands on her side again. Where did that come from? Bibb, the single-striking KO machine dumps Mendes into a smoking heap!!! KO R2 Leslie Bibb!!!

Post-fight:
Crowd shocked upon the abrupt end of a fight that promised to go the distance. Journalists pour in ringside and Leslie's beside herself with joy. It seems like she's been knocking opponents out all her life, but a careful look at the data indicates it's only her SECOND KO victory after smashing Carly Pope nearly TWELVE years ago!!! Upset of the Month on the cards as Leslie climbs the ropes and slams the gloves across her chest!! "Told ya! Smulders was nothing, this is the REAL Leslie!!!"

Mendes gets up on all fours in the middle of the entire fracas and crawls back to her corner uttery devastated. She sits down on the stool and has her gloves removed, hopes to disappear in the locker room as soon as possible, but Leslie turns to her and doesn't let off the hook that easily. "Told ya, I'm gonna beat you up! Took me quicker than I thought though!" Leslie bursts out laughing as Eva grits her teeth and remains silent for a while. "BLONDE! Magazine and Valmore will be soooo proud of me after that... I can see those headlines already... "Leslie Bibb, the late blooming Latina Assasin!"... "That's enough, cunt! Eva gets up from her stool and cross-eyes the blonde in the middle of the ring. "That was one lucky punch and counts for nothing!!! I demand a rematch if you have the courage!!!" Leslie cannot stop smiling though: "Rematch? Anytime, anywhere, honey! I can beat you up all over AGAIN!" Eva answers back: "I have witnesses, everyone heard your approval. Tomorrow. Same place, same time!", Mendes turns away and leaves the ring as journalists continue to flash photos of the gleeful blonde "How about that? I couldn't get a fight for two years and now they all want to have their ass kicked by me! This can only get better!"
