CHAMPION: TRICIA HELFER (HMK PRODUCTIONS)

1. Rachel Nichols…has won seven of eight with Larter, Biel(twice), and Palicki among the victims. Only loss was the middle of three against Biel.

2. Erica Durance…is four for her last five with wins over Strahovski, Diaz and Ruah. The lone loss was to Righetti. Didn’t exactly look great against Union last time out, but got the job done in the end.

3. Adrianne Palicki…another how-to on not falling far after losing your title. Go out and beat Missy Peregrym.

4. Charlize Theron…welter champ does plenty of fighting, and winning, at this weight, too. Beat Pare in the interregnum.

5. Gemma Arterton…has won nine in a row and twelve of fourteen and has wins over Torv, Lively, Decker, and Zeta-Jones in there.

6. Yvonne Strahovski…recent loss to Helfer had folks questioning Straho. Silly rabbits. Ask Jen G. how good Yvonne is.

7. Jessica Biel…would have been number one with a win over Nichols last time out.

8. Kaley Cuoco…has won eight of ten, with Swanepoel the latest victim.

9. Ali Larter…is 8-4-1 in her last thirteen and has good wins against Peregrym (twice), Heigl, de la Garza, Cuoco and Daniel on her fight card. The losses were to Palicki, Garner, Nichols, and Strahovski, all but Jen G. higher ranked.

10. Cameron Diaz…is 8-3 since her comeback, with the scalps of Cuoco, Garner, Landry, Bell, Arterton, and Swan on her belt. Only Theron, Palicki, and Durance have bested her.

11. Anna Torv…is eleven for thirteen with the only losses coming to Cuoco and Arterton. Showed just how good she can be in recent whitewash of tough Gabby Union and knockdown, drag out wars with Kelly Rowland and Rosario Dawson.

12. Missy Peregrym…Has lost two of three, falling to Palicki and Joanne Kelly around a win against Hathaway.

13. Serinda Swan…has won ten of eleven.

14. Brooklyn Decker…has won nine of eleven, and the only losses are to reigning champions Helfer and Theron.

15. Taylor Cole…has lost two straight, but has seven wins in her last eleven against top comp.

16. Rhona Mitra…powerful Rhona is 5-1 career. Followed a big win over Garner with a punchout of Accola. She won't be on the edge of the Top 20 long if she stays active.

17. Candice Swanepoel…Swanny II is 8-6-1 in last fifteen and rallied from a tough loss to Cuoco with a win over Lively.

18. Daniela Ruah…has won six of seven, most recently pounding out Deschanel and Yustman.

19. Maria Menounos…is seven for ten, and her absolute destruction of Laura V. turned a head or a million.

20. Jennifer Lawrence…followed a win over Winstead with victories over Judd and Garner. Yep. That'll jump you 20 spots.

21. Alana de la Garza…has won four of six and has wins over Winstead and Moynahan to her credit.

22. Jill Wagner…is six for her last eight, with the losses being Peregrym and Swanepoel.

23. Joanne Kelly…has beaten Ruah and Peregrym in her first two fights. Only lack of a body of work keeps her from being even higher.

24. Jennifer Garner…retirement tour saw a win over Judd, but the stop at JenniferLawrenceville did not go as planned.

25. Bar Refaeli…stopped the Lima Express her last time out.

26. Charisma Carpenter…has wins over Ryan, Biel, and, most recently, Garner in her last five. Can clearly still do this. Prefers to pick her spots, but, if she wants another title run, she's got it in her.

27. Kelly Rowland…Let's see. In her first four fights, she knocked out a top ten bantam, went 16 rounds with a Top 20 light, then repeatedly hurt and knocked down another Top 20 light before being TKO'ed. Then she starched Holly Valance.

28. Paula Patton…beat Righetti. Nuff said.

29. Brittany Daniel…is six for nine with a quality win over Cuoco. Has been kicked upstairs by management, however, and will almost certainly fall from here.

30. Emmanuelle Vaugier-has management, and recent win over Marisa Miller shows she'll NEED management to get fights.

31. Kelly Brook…continued slumping with a loss to Nolin.

32. Blake Lively….is only five for thirteen after recent loss to Swanepoel.

33. Eva La Rue…recent loss to Jeri Ryan dropped her out of the Top 20.

34. A.J. Cook…has won three of four working at bantam. Can still fight here, too, however.

35. Olga Kurylenko…has only won four of her last nine, but has good wins against Swanepoel and Arterton in there, and three of the losses came to Lively and Decker twice.

36. Elisabeth Rohm…cool blonde is 7-4-1 in her last twelve.

37. Mary Elizabeth Winstead…Couldn't build on big win over Lis Rohm, getting handled by Peregrym and Lawrence.

38. Kate Upton…followed win over Vergara with one over Marisa Miller.

39. Marissa Miller…has lost two straight, to Upton and Vaugier.

40. Odette Yustman…has lost two in a row. But, they were Ruah and Michalka.

41. Laura Vandervoort…is two for her last four, but both wins were against bantam Glau. The fights at light were a loss to Cuoco and the beatdown by Menounos.

42. Jeri Ryan…Recent win over LaRue shows there's still something in the tank.

43. Adriana Lima…had a four-fight winning streak snapped by Bar. Have there ever been this many intriguing models in the FCBA at the same time? Lima, Decker, Swanepoel, Upton, Refaeli…

44. Krista Allen…3-3 in her last six, but has only fought once in the last two years, falling to McCarthy in the Pub Brawl.

45. Brooke Burke…is three for her last four, but, like Carpenter, picks her spots at this point.

46. Katy Perry…won her third in a row with a power-punching pound out of welterweight Atkinson.

47. Melissa George…hot Aussie is two for her last three with wins over Cruz and Church and a loss to Glau.

48. Holly Valance…had won five in a row. Then came Rowland.

49. Christina Hendricks…power punching redhead is 2-2 lifetime, with KO wins over Jeri Ryan and Zeta Jones and losses to Cat and Kelly Brook.

50. Jennifer Carpenter…is 2-1-1 since '09, with wins over Schilling and Scott and a draw with Park. Lone loss is to Strahovski.

51. Elizabeth Hurley…Showed everyone how dangerous she still is by destroying promising Katy Perry.

52. Abbie Cornish…is 2-2 in recent vintage with wins over Prepon and Lawrence. Her losses came to Righetti and Garrett.

53. Erica Cerra…2-1 recently with wins over Perabo and de Pablo. A loss to Poppy Montgomery kept her from going higher.

54. Bridget Moynahan…has won three of seven and that schedule isn't filled with cupcakes.

55. Jennifer Ellison…4-5 in her last nine.

56. Molly Sims…punchout of Patton proves Molly still has it.

57. Ashley Scott…followed a loss to Ruah with a win over Patton. Both helped her standing.

58. Jennifer Finnigan…leggy Canadian doesn't get a lot of work, as her 2-2 career record attests. Check out her effort against Gemma Arterton, and you'll see why.

59. Camilla Belle…she's young, talented, and 2-2 career.

60. Elizabeth Mitchell…3-3 lifetime.

61. Jennifer Englund…4-4 career.

62. Rosario Dawson…Fought hard against Torv. Then got her first win in six years over Kruger. Just needs rounds.

63. Gabrielle Union…There was retirement talk after Torv dominated her. After she battered Durance in a losing effort, such talk is pretty muted.

64. Anne Hathaway…has lost five of six and may be too underpowered for the weight.

65. Cobie Smulders…has management. Came back from a loss to Bibb with a victory in the rematch. Might just be getting on track.

67. Sarah Wayne Callies…2-1 career, splitting with Bridgy Mo and beating Ashley Scott.

68. Beyonce Knowles…still young enough to make a run, but has only fought twice since '06, splitting with Rihanna.

69. Taylor Schilling…1-1 lifetime.

70. Beau Garrett…hard luck beauty's fought top comp. Has won a few, but not as many as she might have.

71. Martine McCutcheon…showed she could fight with a KO win over Ke$ha and a good effort against Arterton.

72. Angelica Bridges…1-2 since '08 with a win over Jeri Ryan and losses to Swan and Nichols.

73. Jennifer Lopez…has lost her last four, but can still grind an opponent down.

74. Alicia Witt…3-3 career.

75. Shannon Elizabeth…2-4 since '07, but those two wins came against Palicki.

76. Milla Jovovich…2-4 since '07, but has wins over Cornish and Wagner. The losses are Pressly, Kurylenko, Mendes, and Allen.

77. Amber Heard…has youth, ability, and management. Look to see her higher soon.

78. Jessica Pare…smoking hot, and didn't look bad against Theron in the ring, either.

79. Ke$ha…has lost two in a row to McCutcheon and Paltrow.

80. Carla Guigino…1-3 since '08.

81. Jennifer Morrison...2-5 in her career after her loss to MegaFox.

85. Katie Holmes…one for her last five.

86. Amber Valetta…is 1-1 for her career, but hasn't fought since '05.

87. Jill Hennessy…3-0-1 lifetime, but hasn't fought since '05.

88. Maggie Gyllenhaal…undefeated in the FCBA. Won her only fight against Paltrow in '05. Promoters don't want to book her because it's a pain in the rear spelling her name.

89. Padma Lakshmi…could have a similar problem, except she's so hot people will LEARN to spell it. 0-3 career, but her fights have been against Helfer, Palicki, and Theron.

90. Sofia Vergara…has lost five straight. Hasn't won since '07.

91. Karen Cliché…1-4 since '08, but she has a win over Winstead, and the losses are Casta, Decker, Righetti, and Palicki.

92. Lucy Pinder…1-7 career. Tough. Hits hard. Hot. Fun to watch.

92. Navi Rawat…has lost five straight and six of seven. Never recovered from that first round KO at the hands of Hathaway.

93. Ashley Judd…last win was in '07. Climbed back in recently and was beaten by Lawrence and Garner.

94. Gretchen Mol…1-4 career. No fights since '08. Was in a really cool TV show, though, "Life On Mars".

95. Lake Bell…1-8 career, with the lone win being over Cat Bell. Started her career with a "Junkyard Fight". Kids, let this be a lesson to you….

96. Giselle Bundchen…1-6 lifetime and the only win was over an aging Paulina Porizkova.

97. Whitney Able…0-1 lifetime

98. Gwyneth Paltrow…broke a six-fight losing streak by upsetting Ke$ha.

119. Taylor Swift…0-4 lifetime.
